1. AI Art Winter Avatars

   I understand that A.I. is everywhere and essentially unavoidable. (Heck, I even used it to edit this complaint.) It can be a valuable tool that, when used responsibly, can enhance an artist’s work. However, the winter avatars cross the line from “A.I. assisted” to “A.I. created” for me and the inconsistencies in the artwork make that hard to ignore.

   Issues with Oko:
   -Oko’s belt has metal rivet holes, but the belt’s needle doesn’t pass through a rivet.
   -There are two belt segments with holes, implying two belts, yet only one buckle.
   -The end of the tucked belt can’t be tucked into the buckle as drawn.
   -The belt wraps three times around his left hip but only twice around his right.
   -The belt should end after the rivets, but it continues behind the dagger.
   -Oko’s scarf wrappings don’t follow a coherent structure. Both ends seem to wrap clockwise around his neck.

   Issues with Vivian:
   -Vivian’s belts appear completely flat to the viewer despite her dynamic pose.
   -Her corset’s base leather layer should have a seam that’s missing.
   -The buckles vary in size and shape in ways that look unintentional rather than stylized.
   -The fingers on her right hand are all the same length.

   Individually, any one of the issues above could be dismissed as an artistic choice. Taken together, though, they point to the irresponsible use of generative art. If these avatars are meant to represent handcrafted artwork, the inconsistencies need to be addressed.

2. Black screen when trying to access my account

   Since the last update for Lorwyn Eclipsed, I cannot access my account any more. If I login to my account, I either just get a black screen or a stuck "waiting for server" screen.

   I already tried everything that is suggested. Even tried it on different devices.

   What is interesting though, is that if I create a new account, it will launch the new account and I can play. Just my regular account won't load up at all.

   Now I am really afraid, that all my stuff after years of collecting is gone. Please take a look at this issue, thank you!

3. Completely and utterly dumb alchemy archetypes

   Alchemy is currently riddled with a completely unfun and pointless card combination that is completely spoiling the experience.

   Specifically omnisicience/acquitic sublety decks could be played by anyone including a lobotomized Guinea pig. This is the successor of the equally stupid Kona/omniscience deck. What is most incredible is how lazy card design needs to be to go from nerfing Kona cause the deck was unfun and oppressive, to releasing yet another omniscience delivery method (arguably a better one) in the EXPANSION IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT.

   You guys really do not give a **** about what players think (see for example bloodthirsty conqueror infinite loop still not banned despite everybody hating it). All you are focused on doing is silly collabs to make up for 0 new ideas. What a low point for MTG.

4. Multiple highly unusual crashes while playing against a particular opponent

   Played against an opponent with the name Hairra_Wedge

   The game crashed 3 times out of nowhere. Seems likely that this player is hacking somehow.

5. Downloading Files when disconnecting

   I experienced a critical client bug during an event. After a momentary connection interruption, the client froze, forcing me to Alt+F4. Upon restarting, my login credentials were forgotten, and I was hit with a mandatory 2GB update. My internet connection was stable throughout this process. Due to this technical failure, I was unable to rejoin in time and lost the match.

6. After the last update, the game crashes every time I import a new deck or try to play another format.

   Basically, I can only use the recently played shortcut. Apart from that, I can't play anything else because if i choose a new deck or new format, the game crashes.

7. time out for token triggers

   There are a lot of posts stating that there is an issue when token doubling causes an exceptional amount of stack triggers.

   I have a proposed solution in your coding:

   You should treat any trigger that is
   -a duplicate
   -repeated more than 10 times in a row with no interceding trigger
   -stacks on top of such a trigger
   -the 250 token limit has been reached

   Then, ask each player in succession of priority whether they want to break the "infinite loop triggers", acting as if they are infinite.

   Give the players a "stop point" (i.e.- after how many triggers would you like to place a stop?) and each player gets ONE interaction to stop the loop if so desired.

   during THIS interaction, keep the timers active as normal.

   once each player has responded, pause the clocks and resolve the triggers (and skip the visuals before and after the "infinite loop" stop)

   then, restart the clocks. This should reduce server lag, as I am sure that the visuals of tracking the triggers while also representing them visually becomes a bandwidth hog. If you could get both players to trigger an override once it has been determined that neither player wants a delay-of-game to end their next turn or force a concede to their opponent, and would opt to skip visuals in favor of a more interactive gameplay experience, you would not only fix the issue, but allow the players to have a say in the event that they wanted most, but not all of the triggers to resolve before an interaction (as, when a player can deal 10 damage if the opponent has exactly 10 life, but then waiting until "gain life" triggers got the opponents' life total to exactly 10 and then breaking the chain to interact).

   You will also reduce server lag and improve the overall player experience.

   I am proposing a solution because this interaction has lost me several ranked games where I should have won on my next turn (or later in the saem turn), but the timeouts have caused me to pass through the end of my turn and/or concede on my next one - WITHOUT ANY USER INPUTS.

   so, I am penalized for allowing the game to do what it does within the rules, but the engine you have built can't run the game you have built.

   Please address this issue - it also lost me games in the Historic Metagame Challenge, meaning decks that win are underrepresented because they don't win when played inside arena, but DO win elsewhere.

   To reproduce this, play two lifegain decks against each other, then, have each player play a creature that scales with lifegain (ajani's pridemate, voice of the blessed, etc.) or one that scales with creatures that enter (skyknight squire) - or both (as is common with some of these decks). Then, give an ocelot pride or an exalted sunborn offspring and play them. If each side has a life-gainer out (soul warden, authority of the consul, Case of the uneaten feast, etc...) then when the token-double-double-double-double effects start to stack, the game will keep both timer clocks running.

   BUT, whoever had priority when the triggers BEGIN STACKING loses the game...

   ...non-negotiably. Every time.

   When over 1,000 triggers hit the stack, mainly because several permanents are reacting to the 250-token limit's triggers, your engine's protocols break down completely - likely due to the bandwidth surrounding accurately tracking and representing the triggers VISUALLY.

   The only exploit you could have is if someone knew this to be true about your software (as I do), and chooses to let the triggers run... but if they set a stop point, you could skip to that point, ask that player again, and if they had no interaction, skip to the end.

   and only the player who stopped the cycle of triggers would have their clock run - and only during the cycle's interruption.

   otherwise, the "battle clock" that governs game time would not run for either player until the trigger cycle has resolved.

   I welcome your feedback to my thoughts for how to solve this pervasive and persistent issue.

8. Game freezing on android

   I've already posted that my game is Freezing but I failed to include it's on the android app.
   I've gathered a lot of instances that trigger the freeze such as:
   -Attacking
   -looking at opponent's hand
   -ultima resolving and ending the turn
   -Phelia exiling a token
   -watching a card on my own hand
   -Annihilator sacrificing a token
   -trigger from weaver of souls
   -opp casting their commander
   -Any sweeper
   -looting with pirate's pillage
   This has been happening at least since Feb 25th (I'm not sure, as I could've given grace that it was my phone for some days), and I'm afraid to play the new set as I fear my game will freeze and I'll be awarded a loss, losing my money.
   I beg for any acknowledgement on this issue, or any hope on y'all fixing it.

9. Quick Draft UX Feedback: Earlier Countdown Timer + Upcoming Set Preview

   No "Ends in" timer appeared on the Quick Draft tile before the set rotated out. Other players have reported the same issue. For a paid event format with a predetermined rotation schedule, this information exists server-side and should be surfaced on the client with at least 48 hours notice.
   Additionally, there is no in-client way to see what Quick Draft set is coming next. A "Starts in X" label on the upcoming set tile would solve this and is clearly feasible given how other events already display start timers.
   These are simple UI changes for a paid event. Both should already be standard.

10. Champion of the Weird and Lasting Tarfire interaction

    I had the same experience as another player reported.

    My opponent had Champion of the Weird and used the card's ability on their turn to force me to Blight 2, putting -1/-1 counters on my creatures.

    I had Lasting Tarfire in play.

    Lasting Tarfire says at the beginning of EACH end step, deal 2 damage to opponent if I put counters on my creatures. This effect did not trigger at the beginning of my opponent's endstep.

    This happened at least 3 different turns during the game and was my final loss of the draft event, and I believe the game would have had a different outcome if the Lasting Tarfire dealt the damage I think it should have.

    Is there any reason this effect would not have triggered? I have the log file, but this site will not let me upload it. It is log # Log20260121_184937

12. Time to do all actions are to low. Animations and forced priority passes consumes a lot of time

    I'm playing omniscience draft and am experiencing a lot of problems with the timers.
    - There are a LOT of game actions in this format
    - The board gets cluttered really fast. More sprites = lagging.
    - Due to waterbending all players constantly have actions to do, which consumes timer when having to pass on every game action the opponent do. Thus, it is not possible to accumulate additional game timers. Even when autopassing this will not work as for every new action opponent do I still have to actively pass.

    I have now lost several games due to not being able to perform my game actions. The lag, the cluttered game states and the animations makes the game unplayable. When trying to figure out which permanent is which, the game concludes that my time is up and I have to attack. I literally am trying to waterbend my exiled card (exiled by Hama, the Bloodbender), followed up by playing my Invasion Tactics for the win and suddenly I am in declare attackers. Try desperatly to gain full control in order to respond to the attack triggers (I want to sac clues to grow my attacking creature to Obsessive Pursuit), but triggers resolves and only then the game realizes I want to keep priority, which is of course to late.

    Suggested solution:
    - Game actions need to add time to the clock. I am not playing slow, I am just doing a lot of things.
    - All features causing lag need to be possible to turn off. Especially animations. Stop splashing my screen because I am waterbending, no one cares.
    - Time consuming formats need longer timers, especially Omniscience draft.
    - The forced priority passes are good, we need them in order to know what we pass on. Some abilities are however constantly on and are tedious. E.g. crew mechanic which is always available (even when the vehicle is a creature). We need a way to be able to play Magic also when these are on the board without all time being consumed.

    Edit:
    I always have issues when I try to add a log file to error reports. Usually it works to update the submitted report and add it then. This time that doesn't work.

16. Painter's Servant

    I would like to report a bug of me being able to craft and use Painter's Servant in Historic BO1. I was not aware the card was banned in the format. I saw a video on YouTube using the card in Timeless and thought I would see if it was available in Historic since I do not like Timeless. The client let me craft x4 of the card and make a deck around it using Grindstone as well. I started in Platinum 1 and made it to Diamond 1. I then shared my deck with Reddit where I was informed that it was banned and I must have found a bug. I will no longer use the card and if I need to be reset back to Platinum 1 I understand. Thank you for your attention to this matter

19. Had my turn skipped due to opponents triggers

    Turn skipped due to opponents triggers, I was playing brawl opponent had burgeoning and scute swarm i play a land on my turn and he put a land that got doubled into two and the triggers despite clicking resolve all took up my entire turn and i couldn't cast a spell as it ran my turn timer down and skipped straight back to him after resolving all the triggers I know scute swarm has been an issue in the past, just don't have triggers penalize another player or get rid of the card when is anyone ever going to need more than 100 tokens?

    Turn skipped due to opponents triggers, I was playing brawl opponent had burgeoning and scute swarm i play a land on my turn and he put a land that got doubled into two and the triggers despite clicking resolve all took up my entire turn and i couldn't cast a spell as it ran my turn timer down and skipped straight back to him after resolving all the triggers I know scute swarm has been an issue in the past, just don't have triggers penalize another player or get rid of the card when is anyone ever going to need… more

20. App doesn't work

    Can't start the app on android. Cleaned the cache does not make a difference.
