How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Exhaust bug

    My opponent managed to exhaust his cards multiple times when elvish refueler was on my board and not on his. Can someone explain this ? is this supposed to work this way ? It was during a sealed event so I lost a game while I was not supposed to

  2. Not connected to the server, and before that all my decks were invalid and then it would kick me out.

    It doesn’t matter what I do, I’ve logged out and back in like 3 times. Clicking reconnect does nothing, and everytime I click check status it says all systems operational. Please fix it!

  3. Overhaul Matchmaking

    So i understand you get a lot of complaints about matchmaking and I have a Suggestion that can fix this.
    Matchmaking should create a pool of potential players using the following categories and then narrow the search in this order.
    Play Time
    Total Cards in Collection
    Win Loss Percentile
    MMR
    Each category should give about a 5% up/down leeway similar to Dark Souls 1 matchmaking. This way players match with other more close to their level. If you don't find a match it increases the Leeway by an additional 5% every minute that passes

  4. draft freeze

    Draft freeze during pack selection, miss 5/6 picks, had to restart the client. Manage to get some good cards but was not cool, I was drafting like a god!
    No connectivity issues. Please verify. Draft are expensive for this to happen. Thanks!

  5. sideboard

    Deck builder won't let me put more than 7 cards. it says Deck cannot have more than 15 sideboard. See picture. As you can see (even if it's blocked a liitle) I;m nowhere near 15 cards in the sideboard.

  6. Mastery XP Card Rewards Not Being Received

    After completing level 80 of the most recent mastery tree (D&D Mastery), I did not receive the Mythic Card reward, and have not received any of the uncommon card rewards since. (I am now on level 94 of the mastery tree.) There doesn't appear to be an issue with the XP wheels themselves. I am granted the correct amount of points, and it does roll over to the next mastery tree level, but without releasing card rewards. Please help!

  7. Draft stuck on "Waiting for other players to pass a draft pack..."

    Have been stuck on Pack 1 Pick 8 for 20 minutes, still on "Waiting on other players to pass the draft pack..."

    Presumably the draft is happening without me as the packs are moving their way around the group, but I haven't been able to pick a card for 20 minutes. I imagine soon it'll be done with the draft and I'll have a random collection of cards that were picked for me (and the 8 I did pick). Annoying as I was happy about how the draft was going so far...

    Could I at least please have…

  8. Set Completionist II Achievement is bugged

    The set completionist II achievement does not successfully unlock when all the cards in an alchemy set are collected. I spent 5 mythic rare wildcards to complete the OTJ alchemy set and was very disappointed when the achievement was not rewarded.

    There are discrepancies between the collection tallies under Profile and the actual cards shown in the Collection.

  11. no more alchemy

    Separate those stupid broken *** Alchemy cards from the real ones, I don't need people perpetually raping me beyond comparison. Also, why the **** is there an ability that lets people conjure the same ******* spell over and over and over and over and over in a SINGLE ******* CARD FORMAT?

  12. Bestow Bug on Mobile

    I have played Modern Horizons 3 draft and bestowed both the x hydra and landfall Glyph creature onto other creatures. When they fall off, they do not act like creatures as they should. With the hydra, the Hydra just seemed to dissappear.
    The Glyph fell off as a tiny icon that hit behind one of my other creatures. I thought it disappeared entirely until it still helped me kill my opponent when I hit attack all that turn. Couldn't have clicked on it individually though.

  13. Bug report cards are getting giant and aren’t going where they’re supposed to in the tutorial

    During the tutorial the game keeps bugging out to the point of the swamp deck tutorial and I can’t even finish the tutorial, I have tried replaying this mission 3 times hoping the problem would go away but it has persisted during the fight with the swamp deck and when I use “confront the assault” card, not allowing me to block with the three 1/1 creatures that are supposed to appear but seem to be stuck glitched in the same place most the other cards on the field are glitched at, I play on iOS and pretty frustrated with the…

  14. Card stuck in the air in training

    When playing the 3rd round of training the cards I play don't land the table. The first land card and fighter go to the right spot but everything after is just floating and covering the play area. I restarted the game and it is still happening.

  15. Unable to interact/view sideboard bug

    Hi, since the update, i experience a problem in all drafts, i cant scroll, close view, and sideboard cards only until deck build these cause me big problems and had lost matches and gems. I am top 50 limited ranked (was 20 before). Please solve it and a kind of compensation would be rational, since the system problem cause losses

  16. Did not receive Mythic wildcard when opening pack

    I opened two packs from Tarkir: Dragonstorm, which were a reward through the Mastery Pass. The second pack I had displayed a Mythic wild card, but my symbol for wildcards only showed gold, and it showed 0 mythic wild cards. I could really use that wildcard. Is there any way to fix this?

  17. Unable to redeem a wild card

    I am unable to redeem my last Mythic wild card. This is especially frustrating because I was exactly 4 short of my deck so I bought the bundle of 4 wild cards and now I am still unable to complete my deck. Any help would be appreciated, screen shots and log attached.

  18. Brawl is completely unbalanced

    Brawl, or historic brawl, has become a completely broken format, unbalanced, unfair and straight out unplayable. Let me elaborate. Brawl has seen in recent years the inclusion of many cards to the format. Some very positive additions include fetch lands and the MH2 elementals just to name a few. I personally was really happy to see these cards added to Arena. On the other hand, there have been some very questionable additions like Chrome Mox and the pool of alchemy cards. At the same time, for completely unintelligible reasons, Wizards decided to extend the nerfs from Historic to Brawl. So…

  19. Pick 2 draft issues

    Pick 2 Draft has a number of issues.

    First and most obvious, it isn’t the same as a pick 1 with 8 players. The pack rotation is different. The number of packs/players is different. Pick 2 makes it too easy to cut colors in the beginning, making it too easy to draft the colors you want rather than adapting to the pack passed. Not having the option for a regular draft sucks. Pick 2 also increases the chance for double-bomb picks, whereas other players may have 0-bomb picks, thereby widening the gap between player potential through random chance.
