How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

timeout for afk / abusing players who play nothing
Seems timeout from afk / abusing players doesn't follow an incremental rule where every timeout is shorter and balanced to the rythm of a game.
After 4 turns a player use all timeout time every single action I made that play could still have plenty of time to simply do nothing.If a player use so much time to do nothing then timeout has to be balanced very strictly.

Back button in deck starts overview not working
Playing a sealed deck currently and when i go into the deck stats the back button is not working (on mobile android). It always just gives the box to change the deck name. The same even happens if I am in the choose avatar view and click on the back button. This worked before the last update.

The Arena store is completely non-functional on Mac.
- To reproduce the bug: Trying to purchase anything in the store with money, or clicking on "change payment method", results in the spinning "waiting for the server" icon, which stays there forever and never resolves.
- I'm on Mac. A 2019 MacBook Pro, running Sonoma, which otherwise runs the game perfectly.
- The results are that I can't buy anything.
- I'd expect to be able to buy something with money.
- No point adding a screenshot of the "waiting for the server" screen, I assume you know what it looks like.

Taking forever to load, then getting a Timeout error: login failed message.

Crashing on entering match
I just experienced a bug, which caused the game to crash and quit, right upon entering a limited match.
I am on a Mac, running MacOS Catalina. It was a Phyrexia Premier Draft.It seemed like the game had matched me with an opponent, and right as the match was about to load, the game crashed and quit.
This happened twice in a row, IE I reopened the game and it immediately went to a matchmaking/loading screen, and then just as the match was about to start it crashed and exited again.

Bug as I tried to play a valid card
I was not able to play a valid card (Detect intrusion/spider-sense). The timer showed that it was a opponent's action, but then it just canceled the action. It happened twice. I have been playing with this card for a while so I know how to use and I was playing it with 1U, so it should counter the instant. Could you help me?

FIX YOUR MOFUGGIN SHUFFLE ALGORITHM
Really? Been building decks for almost 30 years and there's no WAY I get this f**ed with physical decks. 3 cards/5Mana and I draw two, 8 outta ten times first draw on average? And 14/15 times I get at least both of them by 3rd draw. Consistently. I'm sorry the new generation has no idea how to build a real deck, but how DARE you enable the weak instead of keep it real. Pact of Negation does not create an upkeep stop during the upkeep.
So, after not having a chance to respond, for the second match in a row, I've lost to my own Pact of Negation Trigger.
Sure, I respect the game is smart enough to realize I can't produce 5 mana, but it is NOT smart enough to recognize the Repudiate, Sublime Epiphany, or other Stifle effects in my hand.
Pretty bold of the game to Assume that "Lose the game" is gonna happen majority of the time pact is cast. Trust me, if im putting a pact on the stack, I probably have a plan.

Porcelain Gallery don't increase the stats of my ghost vacuum creatures
After Porcelain Gallery room is unlocked, all player's creatures should have base power and toughness equal to the number of creatures player controls, however this isn't working with the creatures brought back with Ghost Vacuum.
I have the Porcelain Gallery room unlock in the batlefield but when I bring back creatures that are exiled with Ghost Vacuum, they remain 1/1 while the other creatures under my control have their stats affected by Porcelain Gallery.2 votes -
Server Connection Issue
I was casting Shivan Devastator, when the connecting to server screen popped up right before I could select a value for X. Once the server reconnected, the Shivan Devestator remained suspended as shown in the attached screenshot. Previously I had cast a Time Warp I had gotten from Key to the Archive, after attacking with my Ancient Copper Dragon so I could get the treasure tokens to cast the aforementioned spells. loss in premium draft
I had a phantom loss in this premium draft on 1/3/2024. I just won a game and returned to the results screen with a 3rd loss and the highlighted claim button.

Just did a software update and now it doesn't load the game anymore. Both on windows and on android

Conjure cards are stupid
Conjure cards are completely arena based, and shouldn't taint the idea of playing magic.
This is a completely different game that if you want to include should be it's own format.6 votes -
Bloodthirsty Conquerer
I have now had numerous games where Bloodthirsty Conquerer created an infinite loop. Sometimes I was winning. Sometimes I was losing. Sometimes it was neck and neck. Most of the time it has happened to me. Some of the times I was the one getting the benefit.
But every single one of these games was ruined. Fix this stupid, broken gameplay mechanic. It is not the spirit or intent of the card to create an infinite feedback loop. That is poor implementation, not a problem with the card. It activates once. And ONLY once.

Game Abruptly Ends
This happened a few times already while playing Bo1 Brawl format. I don't know if it is only isolated when playing Golos as Commander. The game suddenly ends and goes back to the player dashboard. There was never a screen that says "Victory" or "Defeat". For sure I did not concede.

Yargle Eat the World did not complete.
I won a game using Charbelcher where Yargle and Multani was my commander and there were no land cards remaining in my library. Despite this, the Eat the World quest did not register as complete. If the quest requires that there be no MDFC cards with lands on the back face in the deck, this is not made clear.

Kicked out of game with loss without playing
The same bug I reported before reoccured: I join a match, I get kicked out, I have a loss, I never player.

can't add more than 7 cards in sideboard in bo3 standard deck
When I try to save a deck with more than 7 cards in sideboard I have the message than my deck can't have more than 15 cards in sideboard

Spark is back
The stupid spark for new players is back in what I assume is a bug with the latest update. It is really annoying and there is no easy way to turn it off forever. It was so annoying I decided not to buy gems and draft in case it appeared there.
Please fix.

Unable to select ranked under find a match
When I hit play and go into Find a Match, I am unable to select ranked. I have tried repairing the files, restarting the app, and reinstalling the app.
