How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Playing this card, having tokens from mobilize die, the cards indicator number shows the correct amount of triggers but then doesn’t give the counters at all, or the life gain

  2. Sometimes not allowing me to play insiance, spells etc. At diamond ranks those LITTLE quirks make a big BIG difference!

    Glitch sometimes when should b able to cast instance or act abilities etc I play BO3 standard rank

  3. Turn timer problems

    The turn timer gets exploited with certain decks where your opponent forces you into using up your turn timer on automatic effects. This issue needs a resolve all button so you don't lose your turn timer for having a life gain upon creatures entering the battlefield combo with gain life = +1+1 counter on target creature. It's ridiculous when somebody uses a convoluted and time consuming combo just to exploit the game's timer mechanism and force you to lose based on time that they themselves created.   4. Ban Bloodthirsty Conquerer

    Bloodthirsty Conquerer needs an immediate ban. There are numerous cards that make it go infinite.

    In the last game I played, my opponent was down to 2 lives. They played a card that allowed them to gain one life and I had to sit there and watch my lives drain to 0.

    Infinite combos should be banned in standard, and many people are exploiting this just as they did Leyline of Resonance.

  5. Vito and exquisite blood automatic win

    If you combine Vito, Thorn of the Dusk ROse and exquisite blood you automatically win the game. You have to cause damage once to your opponent and the damage and life gain counters of each card bounce of each other, meaning you automatically win the game.

    This needs to be fixed now

  6. Infinite Loops

    Infinite loop timeout on non-infinite interactions should not exist. I was playing a game with a chip damage deck, lots of ways to inflict little bits of damage on enemy health, there were three Exquisite Bloods on the field, and three gain +1/+1 per health gain cards. Now yes, every time this interaction popped up it took a while to get through, but that's what happens when you have two highly developed lifegain decks swinging at one another.   7. songcrafter mage and torch the tower

    My board state is Lands and a Ancient Cornucopia. I cast Songcrafter Mag(cornucopia trigger gain 3), it enters I target my torch the tower. From there on I do not have any options or prompts to cast the spell with out bargin, it forces me to cast with bargin sacrificing my cornucopia.

  8. 7 cards sideboard in Bo3 ranked games

    Recently I'm having this issue in Timeless Bo3 Ranked games in which I can only sideboard 7 cards. I have checked that the decks have been defined as Traditional Timeless in the deck editor tab.

    The deck that makes you lose life when they gain life and one turns you is the most cheating deck I’ve seen. Please ban these players for bug abuse

  10. Fumulus, The Infestation excessive triggers

    Fumulus, The Infestation reads Whenever an Insect, leech, slug, or worm you control attacks defending player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life. Each trigger hit for each attacking qualified creature. My opponent attacked with 8 insects and 2 triggers took me from full health to dead.

  11. Fix the dmn shuffler

    Diamond 1 trying to rank, deck is 18 lands, 21 creatures, 21 spells. Turn 7 on the play, ive drawn 3 lands 3 creatures, and 7 spells. This ratio is literally impossible. We came to play magic not bend over for the shuffler. There is no way in **** my deck gives me that ratio, the chances are less then 1 in ten million.
    Fix the gawd dmn shuffler already.

  12. Tapped land error

    I have been in several matches where lands that enter the field tapped are then tapped several times. For example, the duel lands that enter tapped and you gain a life. The opponent had an island and the blue/black land that enters tapped and they gain a life, so one available blue mana from the island, other land tapped. Then they summoned three creatures for a total of 3 colorless and 7 blue with one island and a tapped blue/black land that entered tapped and they gained a life. This was on the second turn of the game

  13. BORED matchmaking

    Matchmaking so bad in this game. Why in gold rank i need to fight against platinum, diamond, mythic, etc again and again and again. You need deside one - pairs with similar MMR or (OR) pairs inside one rank. Not both of this!!! Or, maybe, full random pairs, like tournaments in real life.
    Why dont use MMR in Mythik rank only? I dont know. Just stop make games between different ranks, or make every game between random ranks, or do something with this matchmaking.
    Another bored thing - matchmaking every time…

  14. Demonic Pact is not working correctly

    Just played a game against an opponent who kept playing Demonic Pacts to delay losing the game. They would get the benefit from one and then play another. When upkeep came around, they were able to choose ONE effect (any that were still available on a single card) and that was it.

    This allowed them to Chose Damage/gain twice and it only progressed each card once. This effectively let them gain the benefits of Demonic Pact and delay the "lose the game" clause for two turns for every new Pact they played

    The ranked match ended abruptly and returned to the home screen, and for some reason it was treated as a defeat. Of course, I did not surrender.

  16. Tokens Lagging Ranked

    Tokens lag the game so badly I was auto-passed into forfeiting a ranked game. In the event a player has over 100 effects on the stack, they should gain the timer. Also, if the opponent's game crashes (this happened on a different occasion due to the same problem.) their timer should be paused.

  17. Game not giving priority

    My opponent targeted one of my creatures which I could have tapped to gain mana before it was exiled but the game instantly resolved his spell before giving me priority. It didn't ask if I wanted to resolve the spell. It just did it automatically.

    I am playing on mobile and this non-intuitive design is stupid. Give me priority at every single chance that I can have priority, let me decide when I want to pass priority!

  18. Forced concede because opponent took too long

    Opponent was playing the scurry oak infinite life gain tokens combo and repeated it 170 times. While waiting there was nothing I could do, no instant response I could play. While waiting for the opponent to do their thing, waiting to draw a board wipe, I got a warning "You haven't acted recently. Act soon or you'll concede the game" although there was nothing I could do. When my opponent finally timed out and finished their turn, right when my turn started the game conceded for me, even though I could have drawn my board wipe. There is no reason…

  19. Can't get 6packs gained at pre-release

    I joined pre-release of Spiderman last week and I was able to get 6packs of Through the Omen Path at MTG arena.
    I started MTG arena today and got mail that says, 'you gain 6 packs for joining pre-release'.
    But I can't find any packs at my account.

  20. Experience gained

    I feel the experience gained system is a bit flawed. I feel it's not quite fair to expect someone to play and win 15 games everyday to get the maximum experience per day. The side stuff is just fine. Example attack with 30 creatures, play 25 land cards etc. I'm not great at magic and don't really have the time to win all those each day. It sometimes takes HOURS!! You gain nothing for games lost either. I can play for 30 min to an hour depending on how quick the opponent plays their hand and come out with…
