How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Intentional interference in the game with shuffler
When are you going to stop interfering with games? I have several hours of video that demonstrates my theory that you guy directly interfere with the outcomes of games. I don't play anything remotely close to meta and since your matchmaking matches you against decks you have a tougher time with and honestly the meta decks are not an issue , the shuffler mana screws me every 2 wins. It's bad enough that you can bet on it, I have been recording every single game I have played for stat tracking and I can prove that your hand smoothing doesn't…

Stop asking me if I had fun.... until the shuffler is completely random the answer is NO!
How about you and anyone involved with programming the shuffler go outside get a rope and kill yourselves... this site will always be complete JOKE till the shuffler is COMPLETELY RANDOM... its ******** that no matter how much mana is in the deck you draw at 20% if best thats with a 50% mana deck .... ******** i have trsted this its a FACT.... until we are as even as it is on a tabletop this site will always be a joke I will always be that rock in your shoe ... fyi ... my computer science degree is coming…

Shuffler logic with land count extremely flawed
I played multiple rounds of Standard best of 3 today. A disproprortionate amount were non-games due to the shuffler dealing me consecutive 1-land hands in a deck of 25 lands out of 60. One game, I muliganed 3 times to get a 1 land hand each time. A previous match the same day I had 2 muligans of 1 land before I had a 2 land hand on the 3rd try. You can lie to yourself all you want and say it is "random" or confimation bias, but that does not excuse lazy programming.

fix the shuffler
In best of three I should not be alternating between draws with way too much land or way too little land in the vast majority of games. Yet this is what's happening.

I keep getting all these bad hands and draws and my opponents keep getting almost perfect draws two or three games in a row.

FIX THE SHUFFLER
IN A 26 LAND DECK I SHOULD NOT BE SEEING HALF OF MY GAMES WITH 2 OR FEWER LANDS IN BEST OF THREE. I ALSO SHOULDN'T BE SEEING HALF MY GAMES WITH TOO MANY LANDS BEING DRAWN.
I ALSO SHOULDN'T BE SEEING THE MAJORITY OF MY GAMES WHERE I HAVE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE DRAWS WHILE EVERYONE I PLAY AGAINST DRAWS PERFECTLY MOST OF THE TIME.

Shuffler, the way to stop those who win a lot in a row
Shuffler, once again, destroying what could have been a good draft...
I spend 1500 gems to play a draft, from the second win in a row, I always lose thanks to the ****** shuffler...
Game 3: I go into the game with 3 lands in my hand, I end the game with 11 lands on the battlefield and 2 in my hand.
Game 4: I mulligan because I only have 2 lands of the opposite color in my hand, I have 6 cards, 2 of them lands, in the 6 turns I played I bought the third land…4 votes -
Shuffler is busted
I have a towns based deck , it has about 75% land ratio. My question is how do I get mana screwed 3 out of 5 games? One out of 20 games is more likely and having figured the odds getting mana screwed with that many lands is about 20 million to one in 2 games but it just happened that I got screwed for lands in 4 games in a row

YOUR SHUFFLER IS TRASH!!!
I play a top 500 ranked mythic account and these are my 2 opening hands game 2!!! This isn't acceptable!! Do you favor these account or something??!! I'm sure they drew perfection!! FIX THIS! A deck with 23 lands should never draw less than 2 lands per hand. none the less 1 and then none in a row. That's extremely improbable. At least let us choose how to shuffle.

The shuffler and matchmaking are really really off...getting mana screwed while my opponents draw perfect answers.
Can we remove losses that are due to the shuffler? I am getting mana screwed while my opponents are drawing perfect answers in the form of bombs when they need them and card draw or search when we are both out of cards in hand. This is absolute ******** and not random.

I don't know what you did with the last patch, but before if the shuffler don't work properly, now it's complete ruined. This is obscene, I've lost a lot of matches just for shuffler issues. Please, PLEASE fix this ASAP.

Red aggro decks are broken and the shuffler cheats FOR them!
Play test Red Aggro against any other deck and see if it is fun, or fair. I can guarantee it's not in either case. Check the deck shuffler against them and see if you get the key idea cards you need, you won't. I Had 1/6th what i needed in deck, after 40 cards i got 1. Not a single 1 drop across 3 ranked games! If you just want Red Aggro to win, then just eliminate the other colors. I mean there is NO point. Red has always been easy, and sometimes competitive, but it's broken completely right now.…

Not an "idea" a fact. Your shuffler is horribly broken.
There are people who try to make a living off showing highlights of your game. MANY MANY MANY times I have seen each of them mention your shuffler... Didn't think much of it, but it's absolutely insane that a deck can be built with mechanics like scry or surveil, (effectively giving an additional card advantage) only for your game to not have anything of use. Didn't take screenshots but the passed 4 games AT minimum I just played, (with surveil/scry mechanics, plus a great amount of drawing capacity) equaled out to NO LANDS WHATSOEVER IN THE TOP 10 CARDS…

Crazy idea, but, how about the feedback section actually letting you give feedback.
As above. Instead of an endless loop of use to no one, how about letting the feedback form actually exist. Seems like it's in exile like the shuffler is.

The shufller isn't broken, wizards is just stealing from us.
this shuffler isn't broken, it's working by design. absolutely wrecking me every time i draft well. I'm never feeling like i'm playing against my opponent anymore, it's more just me against the shuffler. really surreal feeling of playing a rigged game lately.

15 land deck, game 1, 9 land and 4 spells - lost. Game 2 4 spells 9 land - lost. Game 3 9 land 4 spells, lost. Every game I drew 9 land by 7
Shuffler doesn't work with DLC and 15 land decks. Refund me
