How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Compré el pase de maestría y no recibí algunas recompensas.

    Compré el pase de maestría estando en el nivel 24 de la maestría gratuita, sin embargo no recibí algunas recompensas previas como recompensas de cartas. No sé si se supone que ha de ser así, pero imagino que no, ¿no?

  3. Skipped Turn

    Explain to me how my opponent plays one of the ultimatums on his turn, and then its somehow his turn again after that? And it was a ranked game that I would've won.

    I'm sick and ******* tired of this game not working the way it's supposed to.

    I spend money on this joke of a game. I'm not out of line to expect it to work properly.

    Every ********** day it's something stupid with this "game". Get your **** together

    And fix your file uploader too. Would be nice if I could actually upload the logs

  4. Limited rank dropped after winning a constructed match

    I was playing in a traditional constructed event (Historic), and after winning a match, my limited rank dropped. This has happened multiple times, and will likely prevent me from getting to mythic if it continues.

  5. The worst experience in the game: Tibalt's Trickery

    Please ban me for the languages I use since I will be no longer using the account. Tibalt's Trickery is the worst card, made me completely miserable every ******* time the opponents hit the **** cards they aren't suppose to cast until late in the game, which happened ... you guessed it, 10 out of 10! Or 5 out of 5, whatever. You can check my battle log that I'm not joking.

    I quit Magic forever so please congrats yourselves what a great job you have done, thanks again.

  6. Deck image reverts to vanilla card style if alternate/showcase style is applied.

    When I select alternate/showcase card styles for my deck image, the art reverts to vanilla after saving. This happens with any alternate card style, e.g.,

    -Throne of Eldraine: adventure showcase card styles
    -Ikoria: mutate showcase card styles
    -Theros: God/demigod showcase card styles

    These alternate/showcase styles are sought after because they are rare and usually not free. I would prefer to get the most use out them as a reward for obtaining them. That includes using them for my deck images.

  7. Did not receive XP after leveling up

    Playing on Windows PC. I have no idea how to recreate the bug, but have attached my log. After levelling up on March 11th (around my 10th win for the day), I stopped receiving XP (after 15th win, mastery shows I still have 0 XP into new level where it should be ~5*25 = ~125 XP).

  8. Vito, Thorn of The Dusk Rose + Exquisite Blood

    Vito, Thorn of The Dusk Rose + Exquisite Blood causes infinite loop when opponent loses life or I gain life. In a real game I would win unless the opponent can do something to respond. But in Arena it can trigger infinite loop clause that results in draw.

    Please add a simple if-statement to your clause; if enemy is losing health during any loop like this to prevent the infinite loop clause from activating, because in cases like this it shouldn't result as draw.

  9. Duplicate Protection Failure

    I bought a throne of eldraine booster for sale today. I opened it and got 20 gems. Digging through my collection, I discovered that there's plenty of rare cards in that set that i don't have 4 of.

  10. Swipe Search Library

    Currently, the interface of a search your library trigger features a slider below the cards to look through the library. This is really awkward to use on a touchscreen-based platform and I would like to suggest using a swipe action to search through the library.

  11. Add option to SEE/COPY opponent's deck AFTER the match is over.

    Add an option to see/copy the opponent deck AFTER the match is over, if its a best of 3 too but only after you win/lose 2 rounds or quit.

    Sometimes people have very interesting decks that aren't meta or are original decks that they build and you can't find anywhere else. More often than not I see some themed decks and would like to copy it but can't because I don't know all the cards the opponent is playing. Also I'm very bad at building decks and guessing which cards would go well with a deck you only know a…

  12. Can't pick on draft

    Hi
    I was doing a draft but could'nt pick half of the time
    Was always on "waiting on other players to pass a draft pack"
    My internet was working
    Finished the first pack with 10 cards in my deck
    for the second I got only 1 and it says "pack 2 pick 4"

    I just bought gems to do a draft and having that kind of bug give me want to ask for a refund pretty hard ...

  13. Stack size limit

    It seems there is a limit to how big the stack can get. My best guess is 256. While there are few situations where this is actually a problem I found one using scute swarm on mobile since the number of scutes grow exponentially and each ability triggers separately. Since there is technically no limit in MTG rules about how big a stack can get the game code should be changed to reflect this, increasing the limit by a couple orders of magnitude.

  15. Servor connection LAG a lot

    Hello, the game lag A LOT on mobile... Always searching after servor connection. It is pretty annoying, espacialy during battle..

  16. Rope design that doesn't allow for purposeful stalling

    Please change the design of the rope to not allow for a player to run out the rope every step of every turn to purposefully stall the game. This shouldn't be hard.

  17. Game crash

    When i start a battle or the opponent cast a spell, the game crash and impossible to join the battle after, the game crash systematicaly and i loose the game.... In a ranking match...

  20. High CPU usage when running MTGA on Macbook Pro

    Upon launching MTGA on a Macbook Pro, CPU usage spikes to over 100% usage and battery drains faster than I've ever seen it drain before. Adjusting graphics options had no effect, and the high usage persisted as long as the game was open, no matter what was happening on screen.

    Another issue is the lack of fullscreen support for Macbook Pros, though this one is minor.
