Instants and land destroyers not working
Just played 3 matches. Encountered the following issues:
1) Demolition Field didn't destroy the land I targeted
2) Opponent played Shoot the Sheriff and Bitter Triumph, neither of which killed my creature (which wasn't an outlaw)
3) Creature I played with Flash (Floodpits Drowner) on opponent's turn still had summoning sickness on my turn
4) I played Witherbloom Charm on Ajani's Pridemate, didn't destroy itSoooo, something's wrong.

Bug - Scry-ed Card leaving the deck/screen
When playing a game opponent played a deck where they were using ocelot pride (arena version) and alter of the brood to make a bunch of tokens and mill out the opponent. At the same time they had 2 soul wardens and a trelasara on the battlefield. This lead to the opponent to Scry 1 100+ times, each successive scry seemed to have the cards start and end further from the actual positions of the deck, eventual leading to the cards vanishing up above the screen.
Is this an intentional effect?1 vote -
Could Arena Better Handle Deterministic Infinite Combos?
During a recent game of Competitive Brawl, I ran into an issue with the way Food Chain + Squee, the Immortal is handled on MTG Arena.
For those unfamiliar with the interaction, Food Chain can repeatedly exile and recast Squee, generating additional mana each time through the loop. In paper Magic, this is relatively straightforward to demonstrate: once the loop is established, you can simply state that you are repeating it an arbitrary number of times and move on to whatever you intend to do with the resulting mana.
On Arena, however, actually performing the loop can be extremely cumbersome. Because the game requires the same actions to be performed repeatedly, it is very easy to run into the chess clock and have the turn automatically pass before you can finish executing your line.
This got me thinking: could Arena eventually implement a way to shortcut deterministic loops?
I'm specifically thinking about situations where the game state is known and the player has demonstrated an infinite or arbitrarily repeatable sequence of actions. Rather than requiring the player to manually execute the same sequence dozens or hundreds of times, Arena could potentially recognize the loop and allow the player to declare something along the lines of:
"Repeat this loop X times."
The player could then specify the resulting resource total, while Arena verifies that the sequence is actually legal.
This seems particularly relevant now that Competitive Brawl is becoming a more serious competitive format. I play this type of strategy in paper cEDH, where shortcutting deterministic loops is a normal part of tournament gameplay. Obviously, Arena has different technical requirements, but it seems worth considering whether some of those concepts could be translated into the digital environment.
For example, a deterministic mana-generation loop could potentially allow a player to establish the necessary resources to execute a larger line without spending an unreasonable amount of time clicking through the same actions. A deck might use that mana to cast Terra, Magical Adept from the command zone, continue through a deterministic sequence until finding something like Purphoros, God of the Forge, and then convert the established loop into a win.
I'm sure there are many other examples of this in Brawl and other Arena formats. Food Chain/Squee is simply the interaction that made me think about the issue.
Why treat some infinite combos differently?
This also raises a broader question for me.
Arena already has a number of infinite or effectively infinite combos that players can assemble and execute. If those combos are considered legitimate gameplay and aren't being specifically prevented from functioning, why should a deterministic Food Chain/Squee loop be functionally limited by the timer simply because Arena requires the player to manually perform every repetition?
I'm not suggesting that Arena should make infinite combos easier to assemble, or that every loop should automatically result in a win. There should obviously still be opportunities for an opponent to interact with the combo if they have a legal response.
Rather, I'm wondering whether there is a distinction that could be made between:
A loop that still contains meaningful decisions or opportunities for interaction, and
A deterministic loop that has already been demonstrated and can simply be repeated an arbitrary number of times. In the second situation, forcing the player to manually perform the same actions over and over again seems more like a limitation of the interface than an intended part of the game.
There are also some interesting questions about how this could work. For example:
Could Arena allow players to declare a deterministic loop and specify how many times they want to repeat it?
Could the client automatically verify that the loop is legal before allowing the shortcut?
Could the player instead declare a desired resource total, with Arena determining how many repetitions are necessary?
How should Arena handle loops that generate infinite mana but still require the player to perform a separate action to actually win?
Should an opponent's ability to respond prevent a shortcut from being declared?
Are there technical limitations that make this particularly difficult to implement? Most importantly, if Competitive Brawl is intended to have a meaningful competitive scene, should Arena's interface eventually accommodate the kinds of deterministic combo shortcuts that are already commonplace in competitive paper Magic?
I'm curious what everyone thinks. Is this something Arena should eventually support, or do you think manually executing these loops is simply part of playing combo decks on the digital client?
And if Wizards has a technical or design reason for treating Food Chain/Squee differently from other infinite combos, I'd be genuinely interested in hearing it.

Pollen-shield hare doesn't give the static +1/+1 on mobilized tokens
Pollen-shield hare in play, Voice of victory attacked, 2 tokens were created, both tokens didn't receive +1/+1 whereas the 3 other tokens already in play had +1/+1. Nothing was interrupted or changed during the attack.

Historic decks not showing up in deck builder or in queue
I can see my deck in recently played but when I click on edit deck it takes me to a blank deck building screen where all my brawl decks are invalid. But none of my 60 card decks even show up except for the ones arena starts you off with.
This is on android

Cards included in multiple copies in the Cube Draft.
Regarding cards included in multiple copies in Cube Draft Some cards are included in multiple copies in the Planner Cube, but there is no way to verify this on the card pool review screen; I would like to see this improved.
I was able to figure out the situation with the Zendikar version because the description screen noted the inclusion of three fetch lands, but I didn't realize there were multiple copies of Risen Reef until the draft period had already ended, causing me to miss the chance to build an Elemental deck.
I also learned from the community that the Innistrad version includes three copies of Spider Spawning, but since I don't know which other cards are included in multiples, I haven't been able to play it.Regarding cards included in multiple copies in Cube Draft Some cards are included in multiple copies in the Planner Cube, but there is no way to verify this on the card pool review screen; I would like to see this improved.

Chains of Custody
This is a bug with Chains of Custody.
Sparring Regimen should have gone back to the battlefield when Chains of Custody was destroyed, instead it went to the graveyard.1 vote -

Specialize in Brawl
Specialize in Brawl has been bugged for a while now. It is no longer possible to choose the color you want to specialize into during deckbuilding when selecting a commander with specialize. This makes it impossible to build a specialize brawl deck that isn't just mono colored.

Upkeep pause after milling out
With The Scarab God on the Field and Laboratory Maniac in the graveyard.
My opponent plays Startled Awake (Finishing milling me to 0 cards) on their turn after I tap out.
Arena didn't leave me an opportunity to respond to anything (I was tapped out)and didn't stop on upkeep by activating the scarab god to get a copy of the lab maniac and win the game. Thus I lost that game. It's very frustrating.Bottom line bug fix: Add a stop on upkeep automatically when on 0 cards in the library. (Other effects could matter, like shifting woodland)

Stand Still didn't trigger when opponent cast a spell
I was playing against an opponent who cast stand still. Later on, my opponent cast high noon, but it did not trigger the stand still to let me draw three cards. I then responded by casting an instant and THEN the stand still triggered and my opponent got to draw three cards. It should have triggered when my opponent cast high noon.
I am playing on PC. I have attached the game log

Pithing Needle
Game freezes when prompted to write the text, then auto selects " Fortify " when I'm trying to write the name of the card that SHOULD be the needle's target.
Happened a couple times already.1 vote -
Notify invalid double blocks
I accidentally tried to double block an Ayala token, but then it passed through to damage instead of prompting that the double block was invalid. It should not just auto-unclick when you assign two blockers. Caused me to lose game.

Can’t play Brawl on iPad
It’s been about a year now and I can’t play Brawl (Standard or Historic) matches on my iPad. Start the match, get to the loading screen and get stuck “waiting for opponent’ while the match starts in the background. I’m unable to concede the match and have to restart the game again. It’d be great if this could get fixed.

Planar draft unbalanced.
Planar cube seems rather unbalanced in favour of control. The base cards are full of overpowered counter spells and control cards, making it the best deck regardless of what plane the cube is at.
