How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Casting glacier wood siege mode issue
When casting Glacierwood siege enchantment you have to choose between two modes. the game freezes on the selection screen. It will burn through all the timeouts and just choose the first option

Lady Octopus and Affinity for Artifacts
Lady Octopus appears glitched. Will not cast items with Affinity for Artifacts for new lower cost. Seems to key off original mana value only. Help?

player attacking with too many creatures
a player attacked me with more than 250 creatures, i didn't block (protected) and i got the warning that i was inactive and would loose the game and finally lost without any possibility to interact oder to speed up the very slowly attacking creatures

Siège de la cordillère des Andes
Quand j'utilise la carte le jeux bug et reste bloqué sur la proposition des choix. Je n'arrive pas a sélectionner le choix et le temps passe. Je perd donc pour cause d'inactivité

The Hobbit siege sultai / abzan bug
J'ai un problème lorsque je lance cette carte et que j'ai le choix entre sultai et abzan, impossible d'effectuer ma sélection, je dois attendre la fin du temps du sablier pour qu'il le valide par défaut.

Option to speed up or entirely skip long sets of triggers & animations
There are many ways to put 20-40 triggers on the stack even without going infinite. When these triggers don't fizzle, each one has a dedicated animation that plays as it resolves, and the end result over multiple turns is a very tedious process of waiting for the game to resolve stuff neither my opponent or I can actually effect.
There should be an option to disable animations completely or choose to skip them (such as the animation for conjure in alchemy) so that my opponents and I are not bogged down by long strings of repetitive animations5 votes -
Liliana voice emotes do not produce sound
I purchased the Liliana Avatar and Emote bundle but after "equiping" them they do not produce sound like advertised. Am I missing something?

Davriel Soul Broker - Can't Select Emblem Options
I keep clicking on the options, but they do not select. Timed me out and lost the match. This is a recent bug.

Merciless Executioner and Colossal Whale not treated as being pioneer legal
- Merciless Executioner and Colossal Whale are Pioneer legal, but the client treats them as illegal.
- PC
- Game says they're illegal cards for a pioneer deck when I finish building a deck.
- They should be legal.

Room
Room bug when I damage player to unlock room with the blue 4 mana spirit thingy its supposed to unlock a room it freezes if both rooms are locked on a card I like to bring my enchantments from exile or graveyard please fix and then the little switch to see the board if you have a selection flickers rapidly

Continue against AI after opponent concedes
Allow players to continue against AI after a human opponent concedes
I would like to suggest a feature where, when a human opponent concedes a game, MTG Arena gives the remaining player the option to continue playing against an AI opponent from the exact game state where the opponent conceded.
For example:
Opponent concedes → Match win is immediately recorded → “Continue against AI?” → Yes → AI takes control of the opponent’s existing board and hand/game state.
The original human match would still be completely finished and the win would be recorded normally. The AI continuation would simply be…

"Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes" FANTASTIC and SAVAGE LANDS are guaranteed to appear every time.
In Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes, when selecting the first and second packets,
"FANTASTIC" and "SAVAGE LANDS" invariably appear among the choices
regardless of how many times the attempt is made;
thus, the randomness of packet appearance rates is not being maintained.3 votes -
Disconnection and bug on Premier draft
I entered a Premier Draft, and during the second booster pack, I was disconnected a few times. When this happened, the game froze for about 15 seconds and got stuck loading indefinitely. I had to wait and then restart the game, which caused me to lose time and miss out on picking certain cards.
I noticed that the disconnections occurred specifically when I was trying to pick the card "Something Worth Saving."
Additionally, during the match, there was a visual bug that made the arrow/cursor line invisible, as well as the line connecting creatures attacking and blocking during combat; this…

“Play 5 games of Jump In!” Not Progressing
“Play 5 games of Jump In!” quest has been stuck on 3/5 for about a month now, even though I’ve played/won more than 5 games of Jump In. I’ve tried resigning and trying new Jump In decks (wasting 3,000+ gold on cards I don’t even want), tried restarting client and device (iOS), and the repair game files option in settings.

jackal, Genius Geneticist and Warp creatures
Jackal, Genius Geneticist does not copy warped creature spells - I have tried testing at various mana costs and power levels, and it does not work.

Premier draft - can't pick card by mouse
Premier draft - can't pick card by mouse.
There was picked card by Mtg arena client, that I could not switch off from.
This happened to me 2 times already, beside those network errors (3 times in last 4 days). It's quite frustrating, given, the event is not free ;).
I could not attach file with original size. I attached zipped file. It refused it to upload. I used trick and renamed file to .log, but it's zip.
Please, zip files automaticaly by this web page ;). What are your programmers doing?

Draft Unfair Loss
Hello,
I am writing to report a bug in MTG Arena (PC) that caused an unearned loss in my Reality Fracture Premier Draft event.
What happened:
I entered the matchmaking queue for my Premier Draft event.
While still in the queue, before any match was found, I canceled the search.
After canceling, my event record showed an additional loss, even though no match was ever played. I never saw an opponent, a mulligan screen, or a game board.Account details:

Scute Swarm forced defeat
Playing against Scute Swarm, opponent had two Traveling Chocobos for additional triggers, I had a Soul Warden and Aerith Aerith Gainsborough. Opponent generated 300+ triggers with Scute Swarm, causing my Soul Warden and then Aerith to generate mandatory triggers until the token limit was reached. No choices were needed by either player at this point.
This depleted my opponents timers and then my timers and then removed the gear, indicating the game was over. Once no more tokens could be created, the game sped through my opponents turn and to mine where I promptly lost due to, presumably, inactivity.
