How to report a bug

5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Cards removed from sealed pool
Just entered the sealed arena direct challenge for EoE. It showed me the rares/mythics that i opened (2 archenemy charm, frigate, mightform harmonizer, the mythic white angel, and i believe the boros shock land) but when i got to deck building 4/6 rares were removed.
There is no way I only opened 2 rares in y packs of sealed. This will likely ruin my sealed run, which is horrible especially for a premium event like Arena Direct. Im ****** i payed $70 to buy in just to get screwed by a rigged client. I dont think ill ever play…

Card in my draft deck was not supposed to be there
I had a Rufus shinra in my draft deck before my first game. I decided to sideboard it out and play another card instead (tifas limit break). Then, during the game, i drew Rufus shinra. When i went to check the deck afterwards it said Rufus shinra wasn't in the deck, it was the same deck i built. So why did I draw it in game???
Not to mention the multiple times ive lost due to game crashes and auto resets on mobile. This has cost me hundreds of dollars all up!

Currency Converter Not Legal in Timeless?
When I try to build a deck with Currency Converter in Timeless, it does not show up at all when I search for it when I mark the legality as "Timeless." If I make the deck "Direct Game," I can find Currency Converter, but it is marked as not legal when I attempt to play with the deck. I have seen no announcements that this card is banned in Timeless.

Earth cristal card bought with orb absent from my deck

Yesterday I bought the Earth Cristal card with an orb, and didn't find it in my deck. I reboot the app but no change. Could I have this card please ?

deck builder ignores the color identity for MDFC commanders
When creating a new deck for standard brawl, the deck builder ignores the color identity for MDFC commanders. It only recognize the front side of the cards.

Issue with cards that have "A deck can have any number of cards named *blank*"
This last update has broken all my brawl decks with Hare Apparent, Dragon's Approach, s l i m e(because its censored without the spaces for some reason) Against Humanity, and Rat Colony, stating that "This deck contains too many copies of a card" despite the fact that it is their entire gimmick.

Midweek Magic: Jump In!
My deck in this event, Rebelling Bounty Hunter, has 13 non-land cards. Yes, I have 27 lands in a 40-card deck. After 10+ attempts, it has proven futile to try to win a game with this deck. In most games, I only draw 2-4 playables and always have land in my hand. I truly don't understand why a deck with the highest cost card being 5 mana has so many lands. This will be the first midweek magic I am unable to complete since they started.

Foundations Decks have missing cards
I just updated the game today and got the New Player Decks on my Inbox, but I didn't get all the copies of the cards on the decks and as such some have missing cards. For example the Path of Power deck is missing Temple of Abandon

Osteomancer Adept Glitch
When I activated Osteomancer Adept, I was unable to select the cards in my graveyard as forage targets.

Give Sparky Decks
I think it would be really cool to have the ability to give Sparky access to one of my decks for training. The basic ones Sparky chooses among get old fast, and she very quickly becomes obsolete. The only point of trying out my new decks against Sparky at this point is as a sanity check that I didn't go too off the rails with a new idea.
However, if, for example, I could have given Sparky my Dimir rogues deck during Zendikar Rising, she would have become a very useful training partner. I could try a new…

trying to change companion crashes game
Clicking on the "Companion" button in any context crashes my client. Whether I try to change it from the Profile tab or within the deck builder clicking on it consistently and immediately crashes the app direct to desktop. Client is running on Windows PC.

Crash When Playing Job Select
Every time I play a job select equipment arena crashes. It only happens when I play a job select equipment (not my opponent). After the crash, when try to rejoin my client continues to crash.
I am playing on Android on a Pixel 9. I've reinstalled the app and don't know if that has resolved the issue. This has cost me two losses in a premier draft.

Unable to activate Alquist Proft ability
Hello! During a game today, I was unable to activate the ability of Alquist Proft on my opponent's turn. This happened twice, and both times I looked at all the cards on the battlefield to see if there was an effect that would shut off the ability. I couldn't find one.

unable to purchase anything from the store
Unable to purchase anything from the MTGArena store for the past two weeks or so.
I´ve tried various debit/credit cards, Paypal won´t go pass the "confirm you´re a human" step.

Quick Draft 3 Games Completed Challenge isn't Working
I finished a quick draft of three matches but the quest that wants 3 matches played to give 1000 gold is not working and it's not clickable either.

Class of 9/3 achievement missing non-Sparky indicator
Four of the five Yargle Day achievements contain the indicator text "Neither games against Sparky nor Direct Challenges qualify".
The Class of 9/3 Achievement does not have this text, but nevertheless when I built a deck to play against Sparky it did not award any progress towards the achievement.

Daily Challenges and Brawl
Brawl....
To my fault, I only really enjoy playing arena to play brawl. As such i build casual decks just to grind out the daily challenges, such as attack with x amount of creatures. I am finding it very hard to play arena at all lately, as I feel like I am constantly paired against competitive decks, or completely decks that counter what I am trying to do. Usually before the game fully starts. Constantly whenever my daily challenge is attack with x creatures, for example, I end up queueing into decks that are just…1 vote
