How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. "Friend Challenge Exists" problem

    Cannot issue a Friends Challenge due to erroneous "Friends Challenge Exists". Have tried exiting Arena and restarting it, have also flushed dns per the instructions here. Both me and my friend are getting the same "Friends Challenge Exists" screen, which cancels the new challenge.
    Also tried issuing a Direct Challenge, but my friend never received the Challenge, and likewise his Direct Challenge to me was never received.

  2. I can't edit any decks.

    Since the update today, I can no longer update any of my decks. When I go to edit deck it just stays frozen on the "Waiting for Server..." screen.

  4. Your app won't load after the update

    First of all, your bug report forums have one of the worst user experiences I've ever seen in my entire life. Truly a testament to how little you care about your players.

    Second, your bugfest of an app isn't loading after the KTK update. If it's not too much trouble, could you maybe make your GAME WORK FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIVES?????

  5. game stucked on checking for active matches. cant access anymore

    My game stucked on checking for active matches and cannot access anymore. Reinstall tried and it did not work. System not freezed, thus I suggest you to check the database and see if there is any issue on game status.

    repro steps:
    1. access game with my account
    2. game lunching and stucked on "checking for active games"

    expect result:
    1. game lunching successfully

  7. Sideboarding after bloomburrow update

    Sideboarding is completely broken after the bloomburrow update(android):

    -I can't add cards from the sideboard while sideboarding. It's only possible if I have a copy of the desired card already un the deck, then I'm able to use the "+/-". (Not 100% replicable)

    -Cards removed from the maindeck don't show up in the sideboard or take roughly a minute to show up after removing from the deck.

    -In the deck editor: The deck stays in the sideboarded state after a bo3 and loses it's sideboard.

  9. Crashing after update

    This morning - September 13 - I started Arena and it apparently reinstalled itself (9GB download).
    After that I succesfully completed a match on the ladder, but it seemed very laggy. During the second game it crashed twice (see pic. 1, everything just froze). I tried to restart it, but it crushed directly on the home page (see pic. 2).

  10. Crashing when I click "play" (windows)

    Playing on Windows (PC). I downloaded the new update today and now the game becomes completely unresponsive every time I click the Play button and I am forced to terminate the program via the task manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists

  11. Unresponsive sideboarding

    OS: Android
    First Encountered when Bloomburrow released.

    Has happened to me three times today.

    When sideboarding prior to a third match (i.e. the second time sideboarding in a best of three match). All cards in the sideboard area are unresponsive when clicked, and therefore cannot be added to my deck directly. The only way to affect the cards in my deck is to adjust the quantity by interacting with the ui in the area where my deck is shown, which is responsive.

  12. Crash on load after Bloomburrow update

    When the startup sequence finishes "loading initial scene" the application immediately quits to desktop. This has only occurred since downloading the Bloomburrow update a few minutes ago.   13. Tutorial Spark

    As of 2024-01-22, the tutorial spark is showing up on the home screen every time I access it - just logging in, moving from other screens, and after a match. Any time I come to the home screen, I hear"Congratulations on completing spark rank..."

    I don't know if it's a bug or a 'feature', but I would LOVE to disable this spark forever after the tutorial is done. Nothin against the spark, I've got 10+ years in the game - I'm all good.

  14. Ranked

    I can't play ranked games. Whenever I click on the icon to play a ranked game the only options made available to me are non ranked "play" games. This is a new bug I have only experienced since the last update for android.

  17. Can spark PLEASE STFU??

    Spark continues to "educate" me about my limited and constructed rank EVERY TIME I go into profile, it's incredibly irritating.

    Please fix before I lose it, spark is almost as bad as clippy.

  18. Land

    I'm in a sealed deck tournament right now and I switched my deck around trying to find a format that works but it won't allow me to select any basic Land so now I have a deck that's unusable because I can't select any lands please fix the land filter doesn't work it only filters to battles this is unacceptable

  19. Cannot equip 10th Phrase (emote)

    The 10th emote line (Phrase type) cannot be equipped, because you get a warning that you're over the limit, even though it shows you not being over the limit.

  20. Resolution on MacBook

    After the latest Update to Crimson Vow the resoultion on a MacBook Air is a mess. I can suddenly only choose one resolution and the windows is ether tiny in window mode or when I choose fullscreen mode on the left and right side there is some space missing so I cannot see the pets and the whole cards on the stack - which makes it not possible to play the game. Before the latest update all was working. (macBook Air 2020)
