How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Customer service support is a joke
Every time that I have gotten a hold of customer service for wizards of the coast it has been days of waiting for replies... They need to have an instant chat they make so much money they can afford it!

week 2 of client stuck on "waiting for server" spiel
OS:

as per title, after ANY and EVERY match (regardless of type, ranked, unranked, event) the client gets stuck on the good ol' Bu ll sh it "waiting for server" screen. (henceforth WFS)
game sounds still perform regularly (quests, rewards, yada, yada...)ONLY difference with regular client behavior (aside the whole step-sister thing):
the loading circle of WFS appears to be double stacked (background greyed out instead of black) and the background wears off when the WFS screen should fu ck of f.expected behavior:

Game not starting
Since the last update, I just can't start the game anymore. It gets stuck at the retreiving manifest step, telling me there was an error updating data. Even tried reinstalling.

Art not showing
Since an update to Android that I received on February 24th, art aspects across the app aren't showing up correctly.
Kind of hard to play when vital game information can't be seen.

Won't load
At the title screen just keeps saying initialization inventory database and won't go oaa that. Never loads up. I have tried waiting 30 minutes and resetting but no change. Started after the stupid new update.

Tutorial on every time I open the app and no autofill password
Stupid tutorial fairy on every device every time I log in, the app already doesn't work most of the time and you guys can't even get autofill to work right on android

App crashes on startup (Android)
Steps to reproduce:
- open the appPlatform: Android 16
Expected result: there's a loading screen then the landing page opens
Actual result: after the loading screen displays "Loading initial scene" for a few seconds the app crashes

Wizards, the wisp tutorial keep showing up every single time i click at the main
Wizards, the wisp tutorial keep showing up every single time i click at the main interface of the client, where the quests are, telling me to complete them. Other people reported this and this bug persist after 2 months. Please, fix that, because it is extremely irritating every single time we opne the client and finish a match for this to happen.

Arena kicked me out of the game and then wouldn't let me perform actions.
Arena kicked me out of the game. When I exited the game and reconnected, I was unable to click anything on the battlefield. I would like to be refunded for this draft.

I am receiving constant congratulations for reaching Spark or having a quest every time i return to the home page for Arena.
Every time I return to the Arena homepage as long as I've played one match that day, I get greeted by the spark again. spark tells me either that i have a quest or congratulations for reaching Spark rank again, despite being months since I hit Spark and progressed to actual ranked play. This happens on the Android app and on Windows. It would be lovely to have a toggle in the menu to turn off tutorial support just so we could turn this off since it seems to be a perennial issue for the service.

I cannot log in to MTGA customer support site.
I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
Steps taken & results
- I recently changed email address of my account via customer support.
- Since then I cannot log in to "https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us".
- The agent said that I should post this issue here.
- When I try to log in to the site, it redirects me to "https://myaccounts.wizards.com/account?kind=error&message=User%2520is%2520invalid%253A%2520Email%253A%2520%2520isam.fableswalker%2540gmail.com%2520has%2520already%2520been%2520taken".
- I guess MTGA customer support site produces an error that says "User is invalid: Email: <MY OLDER EMAIL ADDRESS> has already been taken".

Fairy
Every time I come back to the menu from a match or just opening the app, the tutorial fairy will do the “What an adventure! You’re on your way to becoming a great plainswalker. You’ve got a quest. If you complete it, you’ll get a reward. Go here when you’re ready to play again”. It’s been like 3 months of this and I keep hoping to see it patched with every passing update. I am on mobile iOS

New with LE wallpaper lag
With the release of Lorwyn there is a new wallpaper that is causing tremendous latency issues. The wallpaper looks like a horizontal stone path through the middle. The right side is blue and green. The left side is orange and green. The side shading moves with changes to life totals. It's causing so much lag that it is nearly unplayable. This wallpaper shows up mostly during LE limited events. I don't have any lag issues with any of the other random wallpapers, nor have I ever experienced ANY kind of lag in the past on Arena. Until this is fixed…

UNADRESSED RACISM AND HATE ON THIS WEBSITE
I've had enough. Wizards has to act. Racism by the user Spaderman#48650 must not be tolerated. This must not be a place where it is acceptable to repeatedly call people "worthless slanted-eyed chinks".

Evident Error in Advertised Packs for Mastery Pass Level Boost
When browsing the mastery pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed I noticed the absolutely astronomical pack offerings for skipping 10+ levels. At skipping 10 levels for 2,500 gems, from 5 to 15, it was offering 600 Edge of Eternities packs. Skipping higher levels offered THOUSANDS of packs. I tested the pack offering, skipping the 10 levels, to test this error and received a nominal amount of advertised packs. Please see attached image representing the UI bug.

The User Interface is degrading with each update!
It feels like every time I launch this game, no matter what platform it is on, The user interface has just gotten a little bit less functional.
First, the tutorial wisp began to show up every single time I returned to the Home screen. This happened in the Epic Launcher, and on Mobile, and on Steam.
Then a short while after that, I found that the menu for selecting my Deck Type in the builder is now hidden behind other parts of the menu and cannot be clicked...

Cannot Change Deck Details on Decks, Unable to Use Foundations Decks I Just Bought
Bought the new Brawl decks and am unable to use them. They come in as "Standard Brawl" not "Brawl" and are illegal with more than 60 cards. When going to change the deck type the menu is unclickable as it shows behind the UI. I cannot, in fact, change any of my decks types.
