2. Game forfeitted my match

   I was playing draft. Played a Master of Winds, and it didn't draw two cards and just told me to discard a card. Super confused I did, and then it forfeited the match on me.

   Super ******!! As you know it's not easy gaining the coins needed to do draft. Who can I talk to to get this issue resolved.

3. Questing Beast + Embercleave First strike excesive damage

   Questing Beast with Embercleave equipped. 5/5
   I block with 2 creatures 5/5 First and a 3/2 Second.
   First Strike blow killed both and made me 3 damage.
   This is not right. It is a wrong damage computing algorithm giving deathTouch too much power. It should be a firs strike blow of 5 killing first creature an leaving second intact and going into normal damage after.
   By no means First strike blow of 5 can reach me blocking with a total of 7 toughness.

4. Rank not increasing in historic event

   I have won 3 times in a row on Historic ranked event and my ranking isn't increasing passed 2 dots from platinum 1

5. bo3 reduced rank rewards

   played a bunch of bo3 today and had several 2-0 in a row but only recieved 1 rank pip per sweep

6. Bug when clicking on enviroment when opponent was revealing a plains due to a card effect.

   I was clicking on the environment in the lava map when the opponent played Birth of Meletis. This prompted a reveal screen which showed the plains they drew as part of the card effect. Normally you can click done to remove the overlay and get back to the game, but this time the done button was unresponsive. Log attached.

7. Mastery Pass Pet Rewards Not Received

   Only the Rock Elemental and Ondu Elemental show up in pet selection from the Zendikar Mastery rewards. I am currently level 83 and should have several more elemental pets.

8. Milled out player didn't lose

   I milled my opponent out by several cards during my turn, but they didn't lose.
   They had Midnight Clock on the field with about 6 hour counters on it.
   I milled them with Teferi's Tutelage and Sea Gate Restoration.
   On their turn they completed all the hour counters on Midnight Clock and got to refill their deck.

10. Invisible cards, I can't play spells

    I can't see cards on the battlefield.
    I can't see the spells being played.
    Invisible cards and basic lands.
    I lose my ranked game bo3 :/

11. Please add Planechase and Two-headed Giant.

    Me and my friends are all huge fans of Planechase, and to a lesser extent Two-headed Giant. I had never heard of Planechase until duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 but it quickly became my favorite game mode. So much so that I bought the Planechase anthology. I took it to my local game shop and now everyone there who had never heard of it before are addicted to it.

    For anyone who does not know what Planechase is, it is a gamemode where there is a extra deck of cards in the middle of the board. At the start of the match the top card is flipped face up. These cards are cards representing the different planes in the mtg lore. Each of these cards have special effects that effect all players (for better or worse), and these effects stay in play until the current plane leaves the board. During each players turn, that player may roll a special 6 sided dice that only has 2 symbols on it. Where the 1 would be is the Chaos symbol and where the 6 would be is the planeswalk symbol. A player can roll the dice as many times as he wants with the first roll being free and each subsequent roll costing 1 more mana than the last roll. If the dice lands with the chaos side up then the special bonus effect of that planes card goes into effect (this is usually a really beneficial effect). However if the planeswalk side lands face up then the current plane is discarded and a new one is revealed from the top of the deck and it's effects go into play replacing the previous planes effects. There are also special event cards called phenomenon that when revealed have a specific one time effect, then are discarded and a new planes card is flipped from the deck. It's a lot of fun and ensures that no two matches are ever the same, even if you and your open keep using the same decks over and over.

    As for Two-Headed Giant, it's just magic but with teams. 2v2. Where teammates share a single life pool of 30.

12. Remastered Pre-Order and other Bundles

    With the new Kaladesh Remastered prerelease bundle you offered an uncommon land with the bundle. To be frank i have long wanted a more accessible way to acquire any given mana base with new sets. If that pre order bundle contained playsets of the rare dual lands i would of been VERY incentivized to buy it. But i dont think the value is worth me spending my money on. I strongly encourage you to experiment with giving players direct access to highly sought after cards. I would suspect you would see a higher turnover in sales. I can only speak for myself, but I would certainly of bought that bundle if it had playsets of the rare dual lands. I would of even probably bought it if it cost a little more, or contained less packs or something like that. It would be nice to see that sort of accessibility in the future. I hope you can continue to find ways to make me feel good about giving you my money.

14. feature request basic land settings

    As a magic arena player,
    i have a suggestion for you.

    Every player, while creating a new deck, can automatically set his favourite card sleeve.
    This doesn't occur for the basic lands unfortunately.

    Every time a player start creating a deck, he/she's given the same basic land artwork. From what i know the only way for the player to change the basic land to his favourite artwork, it is to patiently delete and add each basic land one by one.

    I'd be a nice feature for the players to set their favourite basic land artwork, just like they already do with the card sleeves or with a click-&-drag function.

    I hope that it's possible to see this kind of feature in the future.

15. Bring back the "Thanks!" Emote

    The "Thanks!" button was very handy for friendly competition when it was around. It feels weird not having it when someone says "Nice!" to a play, and responding "Nice!" back (where the "Thanks!" button used to be" feels like it could be taken the wrong way.

16. Remastered Format Bo3 Plea

    This is just a heartfelt plea – can we please, please enable Bo3 for the upcoming KLR Limited format? Let’s just try it, and see how the numbers stack!

    I've been musing on the reasons for limiting these supplementary formats to Bo1, and the only conclusion I can reach regards queues. But if data on overall Bo3 entrants suggests the numbers are insufficient to maintain two queues, could this result from there being only one queue in the first place? Is it not worth gambling (now, on a single short-term format) to test the waters and see whether more options will = more participants overall, i.e. enough to sustain two queues?

    Admittedly I am projecting here, but as Arena matures, surely so too do the tastes and desires of a proportion of the player base, with many increasingly hungry for a more authentic MTG experience a la Bo3? Additionally, at this time now when, increasingly, populations are returning to lockdown for a period, if ever the player base could support two queues, now may be it? Probably this would skew the resulting data, but surely more options now that the player base has more free time = more profits too?

    AKR was a masterpiece and, so far as I'm aware, provided tangible evidence of player’s desire for a greater availability of different Limited formats. But, although there appear on first glance to be a lower proportion of sideboard-specific cards in KLR than AKR, the draft experience of AKR was hurt by the number of such cards that were simply unplayable in Bo1.

    I get that Arena is cultivating a quick-play, Bo1 audience, but that has left a segment of the player base caught in a hinterland, with money staying in pocket in the absence of a preferred outlet. Were temporary formats such as AKR and KLR available on MTGO, there could be a valid argument that these players are catered to, enabling WOTC to tap into their economic value in one way or another (although newer and less skilled players are also disinclined from MTGO by the stronger competition and higher costs of entry). But being Arena-only, there is consequently a certain demographic that simply cannot enjoy the fruits of WOTC's labours.

    Often I see respected streamers – some MPL, some Rivals, many others just good players - lament the lack of Bo3 options for these short-term formats – consequently never playing them and, as such, never providing marketing for WOTC’s product. Personally, in a bid to improve at the game I’ve come to adore over the past 13 months (I’m a Limited junkie), I’ve begun investing spare time in writing my own, personal format prerelease analyses – a process I enjoy almost as much as playing. But it feels like an exercise inherently limited in value, and so I am disinclined from doing so, when the lack of Bo3 makes luck of the draw almost as much of a determining factor as any other. In particular, aggressive formats such as AKR can feel so bad when a whole draft can be derailed within 15 minutes via three poor draws and three aggro opponents. Personally, I needed to take an extended break from MTG following my experiences early to mid-M21 and early-AKR due to the low-grade PTSD of numerous low or zero-value drafts due to being rolled over by aggro decks. Burning through gems at this rate, and gleaning no satisfaction and so little opportunity for rewarding play was simply unsustainable. Sure, I could just get good, but when doing so requires monetary investment it’s a more logical step to just stop. And, sure, maybe for some Bo1 encourages spending more money, but for many of us – particularly, and increasingly so now – investments of money have to offer a decent return to feel good. Noone wants to play Magic to feel bad, hey. It’s well recognized that the quality of one’s draw is the most significant agent in any game of Magic, and in Bo3 I feel I at least have agency within this context; Bo1 is a more quickly a demoralizing experience, with the potential to lead more rapidly to burn-out, as I experienced this year.

    In conclusion, there is a demographic that is super hungry for a greater depth of Bo3 support, and which feels pushed away from Arena by its lack, with nowhere else to go in pursuit of these unique, supplementary Limited formats. I’m fascinated by Magic’s history, and so remastered sets are of immense interest to me, but I know I will only a very small amount of this format because Bo1 feels so bad. My primary argument for Bo3 options, though, are economic rather than emotional, and I implore the team to consider experimenting with a Bo3 queue for KLR to bring Bo3-loving Limited players – and their wallets! – back into the fold.

17. brawl ranked

    Can we add a ranked version for brawl and historic brawl? I prefer this game mode and it makes me sad to see it's the only official mode that does not get a ranked version.

18. Premier Limited Tournaments on MTG Arena

    I love to play limited on MTG Arena. I even made the top 1200 mythic in October, which qualified me for a standard qualifier weekend..

    However, I miss that there are no serious tournaments for limited players. I would love to qualify for one of those for getting in the top 1200 limited queue. Or to participate in a limited Arena open event.

    Also I have the feeling that there are a lot of people interested in limited if I watch the twitch channels. Even more so if there would be more premier limited tournaments play.

    I think there is a huge opportunity here for MTG Arena to create more content for limited players.

    I love to play limited on MTG Arena. I even made the top 1200 mythic in October, which qualified me for a standard qualifier weekend..

20. defeat screen pause

    Somewhere along the way the defeat (and possibly victory screen) was updated to include a longer pause, no timer, no indicator to move on, and you just have to stare at the "Defeat" screen for an extended period of time. Maybe it's just me, but i get it, the game ended in my defeat. Why I am obligated now to stare at it? I was thinking, maybe this means I won't have 10-20 seconds of black screens and waiting for server messages anymore but those are still there. If this isn't a required pause, I am recommending it be set back to 0.
