6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Opponent Did Not Lose With Negative Health
I was playing in the ranked ranks and I came across an opponent who did not lose the game after the hit points were below 0, he continued playing as if nothing had happened.

tried it on a creature of an opponent, suddenly it worked, but not for my creatures.

Attack with creatures quest is frustrating
Whenever I get the quest for "Attack with 45 Creatures", my heart sinks. I try to complete this quest and it seems whenever I am about to attack with any significant number of creatures, my opponent just snap concedes. It turns into trying to attack with enough creatures to not win which doesn't seem like the intent. I don't have a suggestion except to just remove this quest because of the interaction with the likelihood of an opponent conceding when you are about to make significant progress.

Unsatisfied with Drafts
I "Liked" the matches I won, when you asked me. But in general, I'm not satisfied with Draft games. Especially - how my opponents are chosen.
I'm building pretty powerful decks (attaching examples of turns 3 and 4).
But most of the time I'm ending Draft 0-3. And the most I could get is 3-3 1 time and 2-3 couple times after spending 20K gems.Maybe I'm just stupid or unlucky. But statistically out of 10 games I should be able to win at least 1 time 4-3 or more. Or maybe, just maybe something is broken here.

Fix Resend Verification Email feature
It seems that you now have to login to your account before submitting a request to Customer Service. However, the website asks you to verify your email adress first, which I am unable to do because it won't send me the verification email. I think that the Send Verification email feature might be broken. It's been hours now and I still can't find said email. And yes, I've checked my spam folder.

Mouseover Set Names
When hovering over the different set icons in the Pack Purchase screen, it would be helpful to have the name of the set appear in a mouse-over window.

Random Matches and Oversized "Perfect" Decks
You need to revamp your "random matching." It doesn't "feel" random. I have seen this complaint a lot on Facebook. After a few matches, at least in my case, it almost always (if I had to put a ratio to it 7/8) pairs me up against someone who has a deck to counter mine, and I start getting lousy starting hands to force me to mulligan down to 5 or 6 cards.
Also, in cases where we are matched against someone who has a 240 card deck, they ALWAYS seem to have EXACTLY what they need to stomp you in…

Tezzeret the Schemer Token issue
During a match on the sealed Kaladesh Remastered, my opponent played Tezzeret the Schemer. Op upticked Tezzeret, then used the artifact token to create mana, however, when the token was used it was not sacrificed. After another turn, he used Tezzeret's -2 ability to kill my Padeem, Consul of Innovation which was giving me card advantage and this would not have been possible if the tokens he was using for mana were being sacrificed as they were supposed to be.
I don't think this matters but just incase, I am on a microsoft laptop.

[BUG] Legendary rule not applied for similar name planewalkers usage
The legend rule must be applied if the same player has on his board two different planeswalker sharing a planewalker name (two "Garruk" for example)
Currently it is possible to have more than one planewalker on the same side with the same name2 votes -
Promo Pack Limit Increase
We get promo packs nearly every week. I know there's a limit of 5 codes per set. Would it be possible to lift this limit since we get so many packs/codes? Otherwise we have a bunch of codes just sitting around useless/unuseable unless we give them to someone who isn't maxed on their codes yet.
Also I'd like to know what the status of my codes is. How many left do I have per promo pack. I know I'm maxed on Zendikar.

Suggestion: "Report Abuse" button
So often I run into games where it becomes clear that my opponent is more than likely going to lose and then they suddenly stop playing. It is uncertain if they have lost connection, or if they walked away just to be a jerk. But you are left with no other option than to sit there over multiple timeouts and play waits until you win by timeout. At which time it is clear that they walked away to be a jerk.

Constructed Rank not working
In a standard ranked best of 3(Traditional standard play), I won the first match, and my opponent quit the game so we didn't play the other matches and the "Victory" word appeared, but no points where added to my constructed Rank. I was at platinum 4 with zero bars out of six, and after the game was still zero. I think that in this case, if the opponent quit, and the victory was displayed the bars should be filled, such as in "standard play" mode

deck quest not showing up
Hi, I just recently started playing again, and I am not getting the multi color deck quests. I have all the current mono colored decks, but there's not quest to start getting the dual color decks.

Dark Intimations did not force a sacrifice.
I cast Dark Intimations. My opponent controlled a servo and a Cloudblazer (and no planeswalkers). After it resolved, they still controlled those creatures. I got a screenshot with the spell on the stack but forgot to get one after it resolved. I am on mac.
I managed to find the log. It's surprisingly hard to just navigate your directory on a mac.
I found the log but am having trouble getting the form to accept the attachment.

Product Suggestion
In Collection (Edit Deck / New Deck)
I would like to see a vertical scrollbar for the card collection part.
I also would love to beable to minimize the deck list in both vertical and horizontal layout.
But my biggest suggestion, Nei, problem with the game!
When you hover over a card in collection the big image is huge! like mega huge. I run the game in 1920x1080 on a 24". I can't even hover over a image and se my deck list if the card is to close to the right side.But if you size down the hover…

Code checker in the Store
Too bad we as customers can't see if codes were redeemed after we used them. I wish there was a code verifying tab telling us if a code was valid or used and how many codes for that item we can use left. Something similar to the Pokemon Trading Card Game Online would be nice like maybe in the store since that's where the codes are put in that game as well.
