How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  4. Daily Quest Progression Frozen

    I'm completely full on Daily Quests, and although I've been performing the actions required to complete them, they are not progressing, so I am unable to complete any of them and earn their gold rewards.

    Not sure how big a deal this is, or how prevalent it is across the service, just something I noticed and thought I'd bring up. It would be unfortunate if I were no longer able to progress.

  5. Can't import a deck in another language

    Steps to reproduce the bug:
    1) Get a deck list exported from a MTGA configured in french.
    2) Try to import it on another computer with MTGA configured in english.
    3) The import fails with an error.

  6. Game crashes after the last update

    The game crashes when I open it after the last update.
    I uninstalled the game and re-installed twice but it still crashes.

  7. Graphics settings menu forces incorrect resolution

    Since one the recent updates, if you enter the settings menu and hit Graphics, you'll get shown a box without your native resolution, and the game will automatically force the top-most (incorrect) resolution.

    My native resolution is 1440x900 (16:10) and the top most resolution show is 1366x768 which is 16:9.
    Restarting does not fix the problem. The only way to fix this is to edit regedit to change the resolution to the correct values.

  8. Game crashes before and after every game

    Every single game I play the game crashes on me either while it tries to find a match, right after I am paired, or very early on in the game. If The game reloads fast enough, i get to make a mulligan decision, but sometimes I lose an entire turn.

    When the game ends, it crashes again and I have to reset before I can see any rewards or whatever else.

  9. Lag Freeze when searching Library - see video posted of the event taking place!

    problems [multiple]
    1. huge lag while playing [rank] and searching library, lost many games because my time ran out while it was 'restacking my deck or some other useless animation, or just stays frozen all together and come back to being 'defeated'
    2. while mulligan, im having to wait until their animation or mine ends b4 i am allowed to remuligan
    3. even if they have not mulliganed.... i must watch all of my own restacking of my deck animation prior to being able to remulligan...

    plz... ffs, take care of this issue b4 adding any extra fluff to the…

  10. Random Disconnections

    The past few games that I've conceded, when clicking the Concede button, I get disconnected from the match. I have to reconnect to the client or force close and reopen it.

    Additionally, certain games will simply disconnect me for no reason. This did not happened to me before the M20 patch.

  11. Mastery system exp

    I did not get exp for my first, second or third win. I was under the impression I could get 1000 exp every day. 800 from daily quests and 200 from wining matches.
