How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. can't use chat after crash

    Game crashed during draft after opponent cast Unwilling Ingredient. After relaunching Arena, I could no longer use chat options, no matter how many times I tried to say "Hello! [I'm back on.]"

  2. searra emblem bug

    I had Searra the Benevolent's Emblem up and three creatures on the field. They had Sheoldred the Apocalypse out and it's ability took me to -1 and lost me the game. Seems pretty clear that I should not have lost as an damage I received should have kept me at 1 life. Am I missing something?

  3. Heliod's Punishment, no counters

    Heliod's shows no counters and tapping the enchanted creature doesn't do anything to affect Heliod's punishment. Never removes from the creature.

  4. Urabrask’s Annointer

    During a Premier Draft match for Phyrexia All Will be One my opponent cast an Urabrask’s Annointer which is supposed to do damage equal to the number of permanents you control with oil counters on them to any target. My opponent only had 2 permanents with oil counters on them, but for some reason his Annointer did 3 damage to my creature, killing it and losing me the game.

  5. Display Name Change

    I know other people have asked for this before, and now I'm adding my voice to theirs. Please allow us to set our own display names. It's a basic feature most other games readily offer.

    The card Cruel Celebrant does nothing at all when creatures die, it is really an annoying bug.

  8. draft matchmaking against much higher rank

    I had a limited quick draft as a gold player and was matched against 3 top 900 mythic opponents might as well just steal money from me next time. I would rather not match immediately than be matched in an unfair game

  9. Mephidross $lime and Fake Your Own Death Error

    When Fake Your Own Death (and I assume Feign Death) are cast on Mephidross $lime, and the creature dies, the interaction between Mephidross $lime’s death trigger and the death trigger of the Instant is wrong. Fake Your Own Death causes Mephidross $lime to re-enter the battlefield after death without its power and toughness doubling. The Instant very clearly states that the creature dies, and whenever Mephidross $lime dies, it’s power and toughness double (there is no clause stating that it must enter the graveyard for this to happen).

    Please fix! My deck begs you!

  10. Boseiju, Who Endures didn't destroy the enchantment

    I used Boseiju, Who Endures to destroy Ossification, which was attached to my opponent's land and had Howlback Piper exiled under it. It should have destroyed Ossification and released Howlback Piper back onto the battlefield under my control and awarded him a basic land in return. Instead, it didn't destroy Ossification, didn't release Howlback Piper, but DID GRANT MY OPPONENT A LAND, as though it worked.

    I'd love to upload a log of the game but your stupid site limits upload sizes to a smaller size than your stupid logs and doesn't accept compressed logs.

  11. Casting a spell when turn time is about to run out makes the game hang

    When my turn timer was bout to run out, I cast a permanent spell without flash. The game changed to my opponent's turn, but the permanent spell was left on the stack, and my turn timer appeared.

    Instead, the spell should either have completed, or it should have been exiled (like ending the turn does in the comprehensive rules).

  12. Not timing out after declaring mulligan

    My opponent is not timing out after using a Mulligan. My opponent declared a mulligan (standard ranked match). Then he didn't do anything else. His timer was counting down. But when his time was up nothing else happened.

  13. Matching

    Why would the matching system place me, a Diamond 4, against a Mythic 86%?

    If the consumer pays for a season, and the system ranks them against impossible challenges, it appears that the consumer is being defrauded of their ability to progress without paying for level advancement.

    Also, fix the crashing issue please.

  14. Relic of Legends Priority

    When you don't have an instant or activated ability, Relic of Legends second ability does not hold priority. So, when my legendary creature gets targeted by a fateful absence, I am unable to tap it for mana (that I would then use to activate the clue) before it dies. I don't know if there are other corner cases like this, but I would suggest giving priority to the Relic of Legends player when one of their untapped legendary creatures is targeted.

  15. Stacks make it impossible to activate abilities

    A bug where trigger stacks obscure the right side of the field and can't be dismissed to the side makes it impossible to activate abilities of permanents with flash, distorting the metagame.

  16. The stack and related issues.

    Heyo bringing another issue to the table since your game is broken in so many stupid ways.

    Playing Izzet wizards (Historic) Got 600 triggers going onto stack.
    This took too long to load while counting towards my timer so this is one issue that you can look into resolving, maybe you can look into reducing/removing vfx and sfx for the stack in order to load it better. (VFX and SFX are worthless to players for the stack, Maybe adding the sound when everything has finished going onto the stack.

  17. Software froze in Lutris for Linux

    I am running MTG Arena in Lutris for Linux Ubuntu Studio. I was playing in a draft event and the software froze forcing me to lose a game I had recently started. This meant that I may have missed out on some prizes if I had won the game.

    I expect that using Lutris is unsupported by Wizards. One suggestion may be to port MTG Arena for Linux.

  18. Game actions needed after game timer reaches 00:00

    When playing traditional ranked alchemy match, and the game timer notification pops up stating "....when this timer reaches zero you concede the match." After checking the rule book on "ending, winning, losing, concede the game, " when game results in a draw as well as any rules pertaining to forfeit and "player priority". There isn't a single rule that I could find that directly or indirectly deals with when the timer reaches 00:00, and the game gave me the victory even though my life total was lower. Either this is a glitch or there needs to be a rule specific…

  19. Draft and event problems

    I'm tired of the connection dropping every time I'm playing draft and I have to restart losing the round and consequently the match, I'm wasting it and because of you I'm being injured in the games! fix this or me and many others will stop spending and gambling
