How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug = players with negative life for several rounds
Took player to negative life ... then still played about 10 more rounds before they could defeat me. Was that a hacker or defect?

Wrong picks (visually) in draft
This bug has happened to me multiple times since the last patch and it also affected the Streamer NumotTheNummy on Youtube video (See times 4:00 and 19:40):

While drafting, sometimes the card you pick will be replaced by a random other card in the pack. This is very disconcerting.
It turns out that when this happens, when you submit a deck with the wrong card it gives an error message "deck cannot be submitted".
Once you exit the draft, you find the original card you picked back in the deck.

BAN MINION OF THE MIGHTY - STUPID and everyone plays it - frustrating - HATE IT!
I play against this deck way too often as it's an easy win for people. There is no point as I can't possibly win against it within a single turn as I lose with double strike dragon or dragon that creates 13+ treasure tokens. I have 1 land - STUPID and makes me want to quit the game!!

Ios App Crashes
Nothing else to say.
7 days of crashes on Ios. I expect the customer service to be extra generous for us Iphone and Ipad Users who had to redownload 1,016 GB x 10 or 20 times on our mobile data .
It's a shame to see such a big company being so inefficient on tickets management. I would have beeen fired for having let a ticket without answers for 8 hours personnaly.4 votes -

Errors in Traditional Draft (drafting)
I was doing a traditional draft and as I chose cards, it put different cards into my deck area. Pack 1 pick 1 was a citizen's crowbar but it gave me an elegant entourage. The draft then froze in between picks 8-9 in pack 1 and by the time I force closed out the app and re-opened it, the draft was partway into pack 2. When reloading the game, the citizen's crowbar did re-appear but several cards had been auto-picked outside of my control including the beginning of the second pack. Couldn't cast instant during combat
During a Premier Draft, my opponent removed my defenders and attacked for lethal damage. I had two Kill Shots in hand, with enough untapped mana to cast both and destroy two of the attackers and prolong the match.
I click-and-dragged one of the Kill Shot cards onto the battlefield in order to cast it as soon as I got priority after the opponent declared attackers, but I never had the chance. Instead, the client immediately passed priority and damage occurred, and I lost the game. That was my 3rd loss, ending that draft.

BUG!! Phantom Bot Draft Messed Up
The Midweek Magic's phantom bot draft is horribly bugged. Over a third of the cards I chose did not go into my card pool. Instead, a random card was selected that often enough was not in the pack. After trying to shift to what Arena gave me it told me there was a network error and when I went to go back into deck builder I had all the cards I selected without knowing what the game would give me. 매직 아레나에서 오프라인 언어와 동일한 텍스트를 사용하기에 오프라인의 오역들이 매직 아레나 게임에도 적용되고 있습니다.
제가 원하는 것은 오프라인에서 잘못 번역된 텍스트들을 매직 아레나에서 올바른 텍스트로 수정해달라는 것입니다.

Arena shuting down
When trying to connect to a game in premier draft the client shuts down. Then I get a game loss.

Bug - Boon of Safety not resolving in the correct order when stacked against opponent destroy spells
When boon of safety is played to protect a creature from a spell that will destroy it, the destroy spell resolves before boon of safety and creature is destroyed.
My expectation is that spells are resolved in reverse order which means that the shield counter should be applied before the destroy spell triggers.

Traditional Draft Should Affect Limited Rank
Currently, Traditional Draft does not affect a player's Limited Rank, only Quick Drafts and Premium Drafts. However, the newly introduced Play-In Points are only available for Limited players through Traditional Drafts. This presents a dilemma for players looking to pursue both Play-In points and raise their Rank.
Additionally, Best of 3 play is broadly considered to be more competitive than Best of 1. This makes the current practice of only allowing Best of 1 games to affect Limited Rank somewhat counterintuitive.

Didn't receive card reward from Midweek Magic Phantom Bot Draft
I got a third win in the Midweek Magic Phantom Bot Draft and my reward was a mythic rare - Sanctuary Warden. I had already received one of them in the Sealed event, and I still only have one. So my Phantom Bot Draft reward never arrived.

Draft Pick showing as different card
While drafting my p1p1 (Spara's headquarters) didn't display til the 2nd pack was passed to me. When it finally displayed it showed up as Syndicate Infiltrator which was the first card of pack 2. I drug it back and forth from my sideboard trying to determine if it was a visual bug or if I actually had the card and came to the conclusion that I actually had the card.
