How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Can't join any new games
Joining new games does not appear to work.
Either the game:
1. Keeps searching for a new player indefinitely
2. If a player is found it just idles on "waiting for opponent".This error just started occuring out of the blue.

Bug: Event does not count win
I started a standard event, won the first game.
IS: event shows 0 wins 0 loss
SHOULD: event shoes 1 winVersion: 2022.21.10.4390.972292

Draft The Brothers War
I had two problems in sequence in a DRAFT Brothers War.
My game just stopped (screen freezed) to work losing the game. And i couldnt access a draft anymore and i got stucked waiting for a opponent.3 votes -
Match Not Timing Out
Windows 10
Client Version 2022.21.10.4390.972292In a match; opponent declared an attacker, the client has not yet prompted me to declare blockers, and it's been stuck in this state for several minutes. The timeout feature has not engaged for either of us. There is an activated ability on shadowspear (attached to the attacking creature) which may be prompting the opponent.
Checking task manager, the application does seem to be heavily utilizing system resources, but this is normal and the application is responding. Right-clicking on cards displays their information promptly, further suggesting the application is not frozen or in a GreErrror…

Quick Draft not recognizing win
Played first game of quick draft. Won it. Quick draft page says 0 wins 0 losses. Did not see a screen indicating XP/gold earned for a game won. 99% sure that my limited rank did not change. Please see log attached (the last game I played in this log was the game in question. Played it just after 2 pm EST today). Thank you.

Can't find match
Game crashed earlier in a match, and now it won't connect me to any new ones. Something is going on with today's update, I feel.

connectivity
Hi,
I have good internet but the game suddenly lost connectivity. I was waiting more than a minute to find another player to play a draft match, but it was taking that long that I restarted the game. When I finally got back in, I had an extra game lost on the draft which I even didn't enter. Could it be possible remove that lost from the draft?

arena not logging games
arena was not logging my wins from games today or giving me any progress on my daily. Also this new system of bug reporting is bad, let me report in the old system you already had.

Game is stuck
Opponent never finished their turn, timer never even started to run out. No way to progress through this game. This has happened to me multiple times before, including in ranked games.

Stuck waiting
Three games in a row, on a very strong internet connection with no client crashes or lockups the other user has hung with a blue hourglass. It gets to the end of the timer and waits, the other player user is not forced lose, and I am stuck waiting, for MINUTES!!! This is unplayable. I'm doing nothing wrong, but I can't play the game in it's current state. As of now I've waited 3 minutes for nothing. Fix this ASAP or you will lose all of your players.

Game froze twice during Quick Draft games
Game froze during draft game, forcing me to close it eventually. coming back in, I had one more loss (pretty early in the game). Going in to the next game, the same thing happend again after few turns. Very frustrating as it ended my entire draft very quickly.

Latest update has bug while playing causing no further game progress
While playing the hourglass timer won’t show but the emote and pets work. Game mechanics work. But will not go to next card phase. Thus wasting your time especially if it’s ranked and you lose rank because the issue. It’s happened 2 out of 5 games already. Fix it please

Opponent is stalling in draft and the timeout counter won't start.
Opponent is stalling and the timeout counter won't start so I'm basically stuck in the game until either I concede or leave. Considering I paid good money for this draft, it's not fair that I get punished because of bad code.

Premier Draft: "network issue... cannot select," and dumped
Was in BRO Premier Draft, about half way through pack 2 the interface flashed something like "network issue... cannot select". It dropped me to the Premier Draft signup screen. I quit Arena twice and rejoined the same draft, autoselected cards had been selected by the rope. Each time, the same issue recurred.
Please refund.

mtg arena bug
When playing the werewolf deck, the Kessig Naturalist will get locked up and unable to choose the mana color if it is killed before you choose which mana. This also applies for if it is exiled. This causes the game to stall out and burn up all time outs used. You are unable to do anything after declaring an attack, so trying to cast other spells for a combo attack does not work. Hope this helps fix the issue with the card. I have yet to see with any other cards that generated mana that kill them as a reaction…

Bloodtithe Harvester + Body Launderer
When Bloodtithe harvester’s ability of sacrifice (and make creature –X/-X) used on Body Launderer and Launderer dies, his ability to return non-rogue creature (with equal or lesser power to battlefield) do not trigger.

Unable to block Sedgemoor Witch with Bloodline Pretender
While playing on Android, I was unable to block an attacking Sedgemoor Witch with my Bloodline Pretender. I could block other attacking creatures, but Arena would not let me select the Witch. There was no effect that made the witch unlockable, or prevented my Pretender from blocking.

gix, yawgmoth praetor triggered ability
triggered three times but instead of 1 i bilieve it took 2 life for each one. I was at six. I paid all triggers. Lost on the spot.

So this is a bug.
I used card boon of safety which specifically says put a shield counter on target creature, and shield counters definition is, "if a permanent with a shield counter on it is dealt damage, or destroyed remove shield 1 shield counter from it." Yet somehow when I had a shield counter on my creature my opponent used the card Giant killer which has an instant adventure which is "destroy target creature" and used it on my creature with the shield counter and it still killed my creature and ignored my shield counter. Please fix this is…2 votes
