How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I like Alchemy, I like what you are doing with Digital cards. And it will become the game of the future.
    Historic is fine (must have a format that allow all the card on arena)
    Explorer (satisfies the paper players)
    Standard and Alchemy speak for themselves.

    Brawl is fun, but as you know FULL Commander is super popular.
    I read it would be ******* Arena because so much code would have to be re-written
    But I wonder would it be easier to write separately and done as an add-on or separate executable.

  2. Alchemy makes me quit Arena

    I'm a long time magic player and have spent several thousands of dollars on this game but after yesterday's Alchemy announcement I am sorry to say that I am done playing constructed on Arena. You're losing me as a customer.

    I don't like the idea of digital cards changing so that they don't match the real world physical cards. This is a cognitive load that is unnecessary.   3. Fix/Update Existing Problems First before Alchemy

    Seriously WOTC? Why on earth would you make a new format when your existing platform needs so much work. If you want to add new features, add the ones your player base has been begging for, not ones the game would be perfectly fine without. All you’re doing is creating more of a mess for yourselves in the long run and slowly but steadily eroding your player base

  7. Ios Crashes

    Since New Capenna update Ios App crashes continuously while multitasking or during the game after 20-45 minutes.
    Have to uninstall, reinstall and redownload 1.04 Gb every time.
    Unacceptable for me. Won't spend a dime on your game from now on

  8. 60/120 fps support for ios/android

    We need to be able to utilize both 60 and 120hz displays for mobile. I understand locked 30 fps preserves the battery life but it is not a big issue for tablet devices. There is an unofficial 120 fps solution for Hearthstone and it makes playing on my ipad so much more enjoyable and the game looks buttery smooth! Please consider it.

  9. Bug reporter

    I can't report a bug. I went to submit a request, I click "Report a bug or submit feedback (Powered by Uservoice)" then about 3 seconds later I am redirected to. https://feedback.wizards.com/forums/918667-mtg-arena-bugs

    I am also trying to report a bug that says "Deck contains cards not in your collection." But I only use collected cards and nothing is marked red.

  10. Waiting for the server 

    1.   Open Arena, upon loading UI, "Waiting for the server" appears.

    2.   Noted, "Android"

    3.   Every action is sent to the server and noted so it gives whomever has server access an unfair advantage.

    4.   Remove access of the server for everyone.

    5.   See attached.

    6.   Not my job to do such.

  11. draft loss

    My Dominaria Draft united was ended unexpectedly because of bug. I had drafted the cards and was about to play the game but then it gifted me 1 pack and 50 gems. I had used a token.

  12. Resolution on Mac after last update

    Have resolution problem after last update. Before that didin't have any issues
    I play on 1440x900. Thats highest resolution on my Mac and one and only one available on MTG Arena. No matter if I play on full screen or in window. Still don't see full card description :(

  13. No Alchemy WHY?

    Alchemy is a terrible decision, and I hate it beyond words. You just have a major championship in Historic, people get excited about the format then you wreck it by introducing Alchemy cards and changes to nerf or boost cards that affect cards we already spent wildcards on for historic. The Alchemy cards should only be played in Alchemy, I don't think they should exist at all....especially if you want people to be able to go back and forth between MTG arena and paper MTG.   15. Game freezes seemingly at random

    1. Can’t really reproduce it reliably but the game freezes and become unresponsive during some matches
    2. iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS v.15.6.1
    3. The UI becomes unresponsive but the sounds keeps playing. I need to force close the app and restart it to get it working again. And since this is a relatively slow process I’ve missed several turns that in the end cost me the match
    4. No game freezes during matches
    5. N/A as I don’t get any error messages or visual indications of the error other than a frozen screen
    6. Haven’t found any workaround but I’ve followed all steps outlined…

    Please allow us to preset the selection of a particular art of basic land for deck building, it's has been 'coming soon' for a very long time now.

  17. Danitha Lifelink Bug

    Danitha, Benalia's Hope Lifelink Bug.
    I did an DMU Sealed Event and attacked with Danitha.
    She connected with my opponent, but i gained no life from it.
    This caused me to lose that game.

    Wont let me log in keep saying Authentaction Failed and I was logging in fine yesterday but had issue this morning so Uninstalled game on phone and PC and tried reinstalling and now I cant even log in

    Since the last update some of my decks appear as INVALID despite having all the cards. Cloning them or making other decks shows the same thing (INVALID).

  20. Traditional Draft Should Affect Limited Rank

    Currently, Traditional Draft does not affect a player's Limited Rank, only Quick Drafts and Premium Drafts. However, the newly introduced Play-In Points are only available for Limited players through Traditional Drafts. This presents a dilemma for players looking to pursue both Play-In points and raise their Rank.

    Additionally, Best of 3 play is broadly considered to be more competitive than Best of 1. This makes the current practice of only allowing Best of 1 games to affect Limited Rank somewhat counterintuitive.
