How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Ninja's Kunai.

    Using the ability granted to a creature by the effect of "Ninja's Kunai" will sacrifice all permanents you control and repeat the effect for each one sacrificed. This results in 21 damage if you control 7 permanents, which can be consistently achieved on turn 4. This is likely a similar bug to the one affecting "Citizen's Crowbar".

  6. ipad overheat

    Since the release of BRO, my ipad air 5 (bought in september 2022) is overheating and having the battery drain very quickly. I think there may be a processing problem with the client

  8. Cards changing during drafts

    During my first SNC draft, I picked a Psychic Pickpocket P1P4. However, what showed up in my pool was a Brokers Veteran. I figured I had just misclicked.

    However, after completing the draft and building my deck, I encountered a server error and had to build my deck again. This time, the Psychic Pickpocket was in my pool, and the Brokers Veretan was not.

    Parsing my logs with 17Lands.com (attached), I see two separate draft pools. This was pretty bizarre, it may have affected my picks but I'm mostly concerned about the integrity of the draft format.

  9. Color Challenge stuck on resume

    I have completed all the color challenges, but a recent update that made some changes to the tutorial and the "learn more" section of the game has now placed a "resume" option on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, and therefore this flag will not clear. It's bugging me

  10. Product Suggestion Leave Historic Alone

    With the new Alchemy format, can we please have it separated from Historic? You are going to be nerfing cards considering the standard environment, please leave them alone for Historic decks.

  11. Audio Bug: Audio desyncs then no audio

    Since July 2022 update, after playing a few short games or even one long game, audio becomes de-synced, and then audio cues stop playing, then all audio drops out. Restarting the program fixes it until it happens again after just a few matches. No other problems with game, my audio, or my PC.

  15. network error - unable to get collection

    Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.

    Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.

    The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).

    Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.

    I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

  18. Add deck type "Friendly Brawl Rebalanced" to direct challenge

    At this time, the only option for playing brawl in direct challenge matches is the deck type "Friendly Brawl."

    All other brawl deck types ("Standard Brawl," "Historic Brawl," and "Friendly Brawl Rebalanced") are loaded into the direct challenge as deck type "Friendly Brawl."

    Consequently, Alchemy Rebalanced cards are automatically switched for the original, non-rebalanced cards in those decks : there is currently no way to play Alchemy Rebalanced cards in brawl matches using direct challenge.

    This results in a situation where players cannot 100% replicate the public queue "Standard Brawl" and "Historic Brawl" play experiences in a direct challenge versus…

  20. Deck Builder: Lands displaced by Battles

    [iOS] Battles have displaced lands in deckbuilding.

    Using T:land still works, however, all other options for viewing lands in the deck builder are either missing, or show T:battle now.

    Within the main deckbuilding screen, the selection widget (where you can choose color icons), the land option now only shows battles.

    Within the advanced filters, under Type, land is no longer a selectable option. Battle appears to have taken its place.
