How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Since the release of BRO, my ipad air 5 (bought in september 2022) is overheating and having the battery drain very quickly. I think there may be a processing problem with the client

  4. Cards changing during drafts

    During my first SNC draft, I picked a Psychic Pickpocket P1P4. However, what showed up in my pool was a Brokers Veteran. I figured I had just misclicked.

    However, after completing the draft and building my deck, I encountered a server error and had to build my deck again. This time, the Psychic Pickpocket was in my pool, and the Brokers Veretan was not.

    Parsing my logs with 17Lands.com (attached), I see two separate draft pools. This was pretty bizarre, it may have affected my picks but I'm mostly concerned about the integrity of the draft format.

  6. Product Suggestion Leave Historic Alone

    With the new Alchemy format, can we please have it separated from Historic? You are going to be nerfing cards considering the standard environment, please leave them alone for Historic decks.

  7. Audio Bug: Audio desyncs then no audio

    Since July 2022 update, after playing a few short games or even one long game, audio becomes de-synced, and then audio cues stop playing, then all audio drops out. Restarting the program fixes it until it happens again after just a few matches. No other problems with game, my audio, or my PC.

  8. network error - unable to get collection

    Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.

    Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.

    The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).

    Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.

    I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

  9. Tutorial Duel Bug - unable to play cards

    At undetermined moments while playing the tutorial duels I suddenly become unable to play a card. The sound effects that would normally play when when tapping or swiping on the touch screen persist, though nothing on screen will actually happen, making it impossible to continue playing. This does not appear to affect anything else other than the bottom-center of the screen, where my hand is located.

  10. Earn a new deck stuck at 0:00:00

    The earn a new deck quest feature is stuck at 0:00:00 left on the timer with no way to earn a new deck

  13. Unable to connect

    Since this morning, it is impossible to connect. We have an error during connect to server just before loading the main page. I have tested on different device (pc or mobile) and it is always the same result. The servers looks operational according to the website. So what is happening, and how can i access to the game?

  15. Citizen's crowbar bug

    Issue start happening after today new update.
    How to replicate the bug:
    Cast citizen's crowbar> wait for opponent to cast artifact or enchantment>use citizen's crowbar ability.
    Result:
    All your permanents will be destroyed, including all your lands.

  16. Rebalanced & Regular Card Counts Combined

    After the 7/14/22 update, when editing decks containing any card that has both a normal and a rebalanced version, the number of cards shown as owned is incorrect. It displays a combined count of the two card versions.

    For example, if you own 2 copies of Esika's Chariot and Alchemy Esika's Chariot, the deck editor shows you as having 4 copies of Esika's Chariot instead of 2 copies of each separate version.

    Even when the card count is displayed correctly, decks with any of these cards may still come up as invalid when saved and require you to use wildcards…
