How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

"Destroyed" creatures not going to the graveyard
When I was playing Arena after the new announcement for May went live I noticed that when I would destroy creautures of my opponent or when they would destroy creautures of mine they would still stay on the battlefield. If something with summoning sickness was destroyed the turn it came in it would still remain visually as though it had that the next turn, tapped creatures stayed tapped etc. No other counter spells or specific abilities came into play that would make it so stuff stays on the field either, destroyed creatures (might be artifacts and enchantments as well haven't…

Opening packs, receiving repeats instead of wildcards
While opening packs one at a time from Phyrexia AWBO alchemy packs, got several Skull piercer gnats, which I have had 4 of nearly since release. There was no wildcards added for already having 4. Noticed several other cards doing the same thing, up to rare.

first strike deathtouch bug
was playing against greenblack 3/3 first strike creature
so put 2 creatures in front of it a 3/3 and a other one pumped big enough to kill it
instead of 1 dying on first strike they both died

Add Alchemy as a separate thing
Add Alchemy as a separate gamemode entirely, and let historic become the eternal format for MTGA.
Take the opportunity to move the digital only cards out of historic and into historic alchemy instead.
There is only two reasons for why you wouldn't do this; Either you intentionally do this because you believe you can get more money, or you simply haven't understood why an eternal format is needed.
I'm choosing to believe the latter for now. Revert this absolute travesty of a decision, and everyone will be happy, or keep your current course and at least I will no longer…

Alchemy and Historic
Is this a bad joke? Surely you can’t be this incompetent. Adding nerfed cards that are BALANCED FOR STANDARD to historic is idiotic. Also, literally no one asked for Alchemy what a waste of resources. Where is Pioneer, 4 player brawl, Modern or the myriad of other formats people actually want to play?! Will you be providing gem refunds for all the historic decks I built or should I just chargeback?

Cannot click on buttons
Ever since the update on 12/13/22 I cannot use the touch interface of my MS Surface Pro8. The touch interface moves the cursor and interacts in everyway except clicking. When I use the touchpad instead, it will let me click on things most of the time. Though there are still random times that it doesn't and I need to select something else first before it will let me click what I want. This happens on all selectable buttons, in game, or on the main screen.

Alchemy and historic
Alchemy as a format isn’t an issue but the rebalanced cards is a huge issue for historic. You originally promised me that all my old standard cards would have a home in historic but now those same powerful cards might not even be playable in historic. I’m not asking you to remove this. Instead please add pioneer ASAP so my “paper” version from start date decks can still be played in an eternal format on arena

Unable to connect on wifi
I play on Android and PC. When I am on WiFi I cannot connect. Either the servers fails to connect or get unable to get collection.
However if I put my phone on data I can connect and play as normal.
Tried putting my pc on personal hotspot but no dice though I think that may be a setup thing.9 votes -

Speed Magic Please!
Playing MGTA is a lot of fun. However, I really hate how long players have to make decisions and it makes the game seem to drag on forever, especially when you are having a bad draw. Blitz chess is very fun and also a very popular version of the game. Please consider adding a Speed Magic option for players to chose. I would love to play games where players have no more than 2 mins for their entire game. It would really test a players ability to think and act quickly and also allow players to play a lot more…

Error updating data
Stuck here and nothing works. I can't find fixes for mobile or if I do they don't work. The customer support can't help n they sent me here. It's so aggravating because I literally played less than 12 hours ago.

Missing card text and numbers
PC bug- after updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling, card names are missing, along with card types, creature power and toughness, and amount of gold rewarded for completing quests.

Connection lost
I get a "connection lost" message every time I open MTGA on the PC or on mobile. This is not a Problem with my Internet or Firewall.

Mythic pack contains no mythics
Same here, got a rare wildcard and a uncommon wildcard when I purchased a Mythic pack, at the very least we should get the 300 gold difference back...

Opponent didn't time out
Opponent was losing the game, refused to take their turn and stopped playing, but did not time out. This leaves me no alternative but to quit the game and lose when I should have won.

Playing against a red deck is unbearable
Many cards with instant attack and creature destruction in one deck. It is almost impossible to win with other colors. I refuse to build a red deck just to win. I think you could check this out.

Calix guided by fate display bug for constellation card style
When Calix is played on the battlefield the art on the card is cut off and does not display properly.
