6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

one white, one other mana open, it's an instant, but couldn't cast it

Game chugging on slow hardware
The game runs fine in the menu, but when I start to play a game the performance drops. And if I, or the other player, perform any action which creates a large number of animations the performance tanks to an unbearable level. If that happens, often the countdown timer runs down several times before I am able to input a response.
Can you please add an option to the graphics settings to turn off animations?

シャッフル機能と土地事故の多発について
以下の点について改善を要求します。
・三連続でマリガンしても土地が一枚しかこない(土地をデッキに24枚入れてこの確率は明らかにおかしい)
・初手土地5枚→マリガン→土地1枚→再度マリガン→土地0枚

Mythic Pack gave me a Rare Wild Card instead of a mythic
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
While opening a Phyrexia All Will Be One Mythic pack, I received a Rare Wild Card in the top center slot which should have been a mythic rare card.

I am on PC.

Like I said, I received a Rare Wild Card instead of a Mythic.

Pact of Negation does not create an upkeep stop during the upkeep.
So, after not having a chance to respond, for the second match in a row, I've lost to my own Pact of Negation Trigger.
Sure, I respect the game is smart enough to realize I can't produce 5 mana, but it is NOT smart enough to recognize the Repudiate, Sublime Epiphany, or other Stifle effects in my hand.
Pretty bold of the game to Assume that "Lose the game" is gonna happen majority of the time pact is cast. Trust me, if im putting a pact on the stack, I probably have a plan.

Stuck at Retrieving asset manifest on Every device, changing network did not help, connection is over 200Mbit
I cannot open the game, stuck at retrieving asset manifest and then an error. Network tested, over 200Mbit. Changed network, did not help, changed device, did not help.

draft recorded loss after win
I was playing BRO quick draft and was at 4 wins and 2 losses. During my 7th game, I won but the game recorded this as a loss. I was playing on PC and am not able to reproduce this bug.
I am unsure if any card interactions could have caused this but I had Air Martial, Ambush Paratrooper, Yotian Tactician, Martial Discipline, Surge Engine, Aeronaut's wings and Supply Drop on the board with 4 plains and 4 islands while my opponent had a Penregon Strongbull, 3 plains and 1 mountain. I don't have a screen capture of the board…

GreError
It is extremely easy to get GreErrors causing the game to end in a draw when in reality you should win. With ratadrabik on the board with Mondrak if you play Jaxis for it's biltz cost, use his ability to target ratadrabik and usually this is enough to cause the game to lock up until it ends with GreError Winner: Draw. However there are other ways to do it such as vesuvan diplomacy with mondrak or ratadrabik, can also be caused with things like ratadrabik and drivnod, or anything that causes a bunch of tokens with a creature that triggers…

Issues with 250 Token Limit
Right now after 250 tokens are created any new tokens created are lost.. I had a game stalemate because Scute Swarm was blocked by Tasha Unholy Archmage. When I was finally able to get passed it by using First Day of Class None of my tokens were actually created. If the limit can't be changed, can we at least replace the oldest tokens with new ones created?

運営はマッチングを作為的に操作しています
問い合わせで「マッチメイキング、シャフラー、コイントスなどを含む当社のアルゴリズムは、十分にテストされ、意図したとおりに機能していることを保証します」との回答を2度に渡って頂きました。
しかし、このサイトのフィードバックですら「不正なプログラムが存在している。」「マッチングやライブラリーは操作されている。」などの書き込みが数多く見受けられます。(日本人だけでなく、海外のプレイヤーも同じ被害に遭っているそうです)
また、運営からの回答に「意図したとおりに機能している」とありますが、これは「マッチメイキング、シャフラー、コイントスなどは、運営が意図した通りに動かすことができる」と解釈することもでき、
「完全にランダムである」という趣旨の内容は書かれてはおらず、運営がマッチメイキング、シャフラーなどを作為的に操作していることを明確に否定していません。ネット上に書かれている「不正なプログラムが存在している。」や「マッチングうやライブラリーは操作されている。」などの内容は事実なのではありませんか？
運営がマッチングやライブラリー等のランダム要素を作為的に操作していないのであれば、それを証明してください。
私はいくらか課金しましたが、公式から作為的な操作をしていないことが証明されない場合に課金額を全額返金して欲しいと思っています。
が、法律的にそれは難しいようなので、運営に不正操作を改善してもらうための一番の近道は、やはり「MTGアリーナをやらない」ことです。不正操作に不満を感じた方は、プレイ自体をやめてしまいましょう！

Surge of salvation
I cast an instant speed removal spell in response to a surge of salvation. The surge seemed to still counteract the spell cast after it as upon resolution of the removal spell, the creature were already hex proof. Definite bug

Connection lost
I cannot play more than 3 times because while im Play, the Connection lost and i losse the game. All the week ist the Same. I Play in Android. My Internet from the Cellphone o wi-fi running good

Since the new set was introduced the sound is missing or partially there. It's sporadic and usually during combat but not always.

Infinite Loops
Infinite loop timeout on non-infinite interactions should not exist. I was playing a game with a chip damage deck, lots of ways to inflict little bits of damage on enemy health, there were three Exquisite Bloods on the field, and three gain +1/+1 per health gain cards. Now yes, every time this interaction popped up it took a while to get through, but that's what happens when you have two highly developed lifegain decks swinging at one another. Drivnod not working with Vraan (maybe others)
Reproduction steps: control a Drivnod and a Vraan, let another creature die.

Stuck on "Checking for active matches"
I'm having an issue with MTG: Arena on PC. whenever I launch the game on PC I get stuck on an infinite "Checking for active matches" loading screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have installed it on different drives and i have tried using both the epic games launcher as well as the direct download from your website. However, when I access the game on mobile it works perfectly fine. I much prefer the PC experience and would much like to be able to resume playing there. Thanks in advance.
