How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Android overheating and gameplay performance issue post BRO update

    After the BRO update the app has serious performance degradation. Phone overheats (too hot to hold) and battery drains extremely fast, game frame rates drop significantly. Performance was excellent before this update.

    Performance starts off ok in initial lobby and then degrades quickly upon game start. Once hot the lobby performance also degrades. Unable to say if this is only an in game problem or if lobby is an issue too.

  2. infinite loop in alchemy with auto win using oracle of the sun/displace kitten

    Infinite loop using displacer kitten, oracle of the alpha(mox artifacts/black lotus/, any draw creature card(cloudkin seer in this case), futurist spellthief.

    please fix, can add in any autowin card or conjured "deal x damage" card for autowin

  3. Bug: Depopulate did not destroy controller's creatures.

    Opponent cast Depopulate.
    Destroyed my creatures, but not their creature.
    Should destroy all creatures.

    Context: their creature was a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token (created by Citizen's Crowbar) with Citizen's Crowbar attached.

  4. Graveyard Trespasser Showcase art does not have rules text

    When playing Graveyard Trespasser with the showcase art, the rules text does not appear until in play. I want to use the showcase art but I can’t unless it includes rules tech in hand.

  6. opponent played "demonic tutor" in historic brawl

    my opponent in historic brawl cast a banned card. I acquired the same "demonic tutor" card and added it to my deck, and this confirmed my belief that it would invalidate my deck. not cool

  7. Broken Card interaction with Phyrexian Dragon Engine

    I brought Phyrexian Dragon Engine to the battlefield from my graveyard using Rivaz of the Claw. And Phyrexian Dragon Engine's EtB didn't trigger. Phyrexian Dragon Engine says that when it enters the battlefield from your graveyard, you can discard you hand and draw three. I brought it to the battlefield using Rivaz of the Claw's "Once during each of your turns, you may cast a Dragon creature spell from your graveyard." Phyrexian Dragon Engine was brought to the graveyard and nothing happed. It did not give me the option to discard and draw three.
    This happened on PC

  8. Golden pack track works incorrectly with pre release packs

    Golden pack progression works incorrectly with pre-release packs
    Steps to reproduce
    Redeem pre release promo code
    Go to packs
    Click Open all packs
    ER golden pack track is progressed to reflect that 6 packs are opened
    AR golden pack track progress shows only one pack opened

  9. Gurgling anointed trigger fail

    Gurgling anointed dying with strentg 3 and 2 creature with 1 mana value in the graveyard and nothing happened (Ashnod was one)

  10. timer issue

    Timer Issue when not in control.
    I had a card that when milled into the graveyard puts graveyard back into deck. So this little mill combo didn't bother me. However My timer kept going down when I had no control of the board to warrant any action. It went down Twice and I couldn't chose or do anything auto passing should be an option for auto resolve as well.

    Device: PC
    Experiencing: Timer not in control depleting and automatic win condition if other player exploits.
    Expected results: Timer only goes down during players ability for action
    No current work around…

  11. Can't activate Springleaf drum in response

    Would like to tap a creature in response to removal being aimed at it, to use the mana afterwards to cast something, but the game just sails on by without giving me that chance.

  13. Anointed Peacekeeper.

    When playing the Anointed Peacekeeper card on mtg arena today, I noticed the 2 mana increase cost did not apply to the card I chose of my opponent. He played it at the regular cost. My Anointed Peacekeeper was on the board at the time still.

  17. Bought Mythic Pack, got a Rare wildcard

    I purchased a new SNC mythic pack using 1300 gold, when I opened it, I got a rare wildcard. That doesn't seem right to me. I figure it is a bug, but if this is how it can work, you should fix it. Worse case you should get a mythic WC.

  19. Stack Issues

    Its Uncommon but it happens. You will Have the mana to play a spell, And for whatever reason not even have the ability to play it.
    Sometimes a stack happens and with no modifiers on the board for casting instants, you will simply not have a chance to respond. When this happens it makes the game feel unfair, and rigged.
    This Must be a High-priority fix.
    Its literally counter intuitive to the game/mechanics/rulings. And it’s literally cheating when it happens.

    For Example:
    imagine going to tournament irl & you play a Planeswalker and the opponent doesn’t get to play negate.…

  20. Goblin charbelcher

    This card is broken. It just does 50 damage every time. There are a couple different combos that make this an auto win at turn 4. I don’t know why people chose to play decks that are essentially about making sure NOBODY gets to play the game, but they do, so here we are. It’s definitely not fun to play against these broken combos that have become the mainstay of Arena Historic and I can’t wrap my head around the type of person that would find it fun to be the one playing them. Every time a new set comes…
