How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to Send/Receive Friend Requests
cant get friend request/friend request sent does pop up for other player
trying to add friend and we both sent request but it wont pop up on either of our screens to accept

Can't manually assign combat damage
I was playing against a Clavileno. I attacked with a 7/7 (that I really needed to attack with, for trigger reasons) and they blocked with 3 creatures affected by his ability. I wanted to assign all combat damage to one of them, because if they made 3 tokens I would have lost the game. The game REFUSED to let me change the damage assignment, just the order, and when I looked around online in the limited time I had, I couldn't find anything. Matchmaker is broken still even after 5 years
18 out of the last 20 games played were against decks with 100 cards or more, out of these decks 12 of them curved out perfectly and got their combo before a 60 card deck that has a much higher win rate, that is so obviously broken its pathetic. The two decks that were 60 cards were both mono red also with the perfect draw. The state of this game is so bad at this point there is no reason to play, back to playing other games to come back with the next set release to see if hasbro has…

I won match in standard meta game challenge but it sent me to claim rewards instead of going to next round
Idk what happened but I jut recently won my match in meta game challenge but it told me to claim rewards and I did not press resign. Pls help

"Unable to get collection" on PC most of the time since FDN update
Since the FDN update, when I open the app it would go through the following:
- Splash screen (with the Tinybones art)
- Spinner with "Waiting for Server"
- Either blank screen or "Nework Error" "Unable to get collection. Please try again later"
There was one day I was able to enter the game and play, but only that day

BUG: can't reconnect to a game without closin Arena
During several games (3 today), I was ejected from the ongoing game with the message "server connection lost". The issue is: I couldn't reconnect to the game in progress. The only way was to close Arena completely, restart it, and then I rejoined the ongoing game. Log added.

shuffler Rigged
Plz fix your shuffler. Its not funny anymore. last month I was diamond 3. now I stuck in Platinum with the literally same deck. worse than that I lose 10 games in a row. Thats not normal. plz fix it. or open your algorithm to proof that your shuffler is fixed. but thank you. now i want to play neither alchemy nor draft or something else anymore. really really thank you.

Bug with bandit's talent last effect
Since the last update, the bandit talent card has a bug with his last effect that trigger and will draw a card even if no player has one or fewer cards in hand

bloodthirsty conqueror & Enduring Tenacity infinite combo
As the title says. It seems that Bloodthirsty Conqueror heals the controller for the damage it does to an opponent. Enduring Tenacity damages your opponent for the amount you heal. And there it goes on... and on.... and on... until they're dead, of course. So not infinite in that regard... still. It appears that Bloodthirsty Conqueror is a trouble card.

Eaten Alive card not working.
I have seen a few times the card Eaten alive not working at all, the card doesn't exile creature objetive after sacrificing a creature.

Incorrect rules interactions
Attached an aura("Feather of Flight") to a nonland permanent of an opponent while I controlled "Eriette, the Beguiler", mana value was the same(4 total).
The nonland permanent was still controlled by the opponent but it should have been under my control after I attached the aura.

Waiting for server then match quits to lobby
Playing on Android. Recently I get a bug where in the middle of a match the screen goes black and says waiting for server then boots me back to lobby resulting in a loss. Essentially making mobile unplayable. Where have the hundreds of dollars spent on this game went to?

dollmaker's shop
Dollmaker's shop doesnt consistenly trigger. attacked with an angel token and an ajani pridemate but dollmaker's ability didnt trigger. dollmaker had triggered during the game but stopped the turn after i solve a case on endstep and my opponent timing out on their following turn. one of these could have resulted in the bug

Please do more to stop "roping"
I am constantly facing opponents who "rope" to try to force a concession. Sometimes it happens multiple times a day. I cannot count the number of times it has happened. If a player is losing and they leave the game to try to get me to concede, it is rude, immature and pathetic. The problem is, this behavior is incentivized. If I don't feel like waiting around until they are forced to concede, but rather concede myself, then that player wins that game and potentially gets win rewards. They are, in effect, rewarded for this behavior. Please do more to…

in-game match log
I really don't like using product suggestion for this, but whatever...
We need an in-game match log that we can access during the match. It is not always obvious what has done what and being able to see the log without a 3rd party tool would be much appreciated.

FDN Collection Count Incorrect
the Foundation count is completely crap. I had 23 commons that I was missing (i.e. that I didn't have any single copy of), even though my collection count told me that I had collected at least 1 of every common in the set. Crafting 1x of those missing commons didn't change my count at all, so obviously those commons that I crafted didn't exist in the set.....
So - my request is that you get the count correct for the FOUNDATION set collection. Given that that set seems to be much bigger than the other sets I guess that the…14 votes -
Game crashes very often resulting in loss
Several game crashed during premier draft events both on mobile and PC. This happened several times (over the past 4 drafts). Once the game crashes you're back on the event page and the crashed doesn't result in a loss or a win but after you play another game it will add a loss to your score. This makes the event unplayable and made me waste 6.000 gems. I demand to be refounded. Thank you
