How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. tarkir dragonstorm sidis does not allow mana value zero for x. So can't sac token and get back 1 mana creature. Seems like this should be ok

    Was unable to select 0 for mana value when using the new dragonstorm sidisi. Was not able to sac a token to get back a 1 mana creature. Seems like this is allowed. Bug on arena?

  2. Received a 6th copy of a card

    Yesterday, after buying a Mythic Foundation pack, I received a 5th Dazzling Angel. Today I just bought another Mythic Foundations pack and received my 6th Dazzling Angel. I thought you were not able to collect more than 4 copies of a card? My collection doesn't reflect more than 4 copies. I took screenshots this time, and I realize it isn't proof without before and after, but you should be able to look it up. I have been using this deck with those 4 copies for at least a week.

  3. Adventure Issue (Tarkir Dragonstorm)

    Adventure Cards disappearing in Tarkir Dragonstorm. As far as I could tell, there were no cards on the board that would cause this action. I played 2 different adventure cards successfully and the other side would not be available to cast. I checked my graveyard and exile and they were not located there. Attached is the log. If this was actually a bug, it was the difference between a win and a loss.

  4. Glissa's death touch worked through Hunter's Talent, WHY??

    Hunter's Talent allows a target opponent creature to deal damage equal to it's power to a creature of mine.
    They selected Glissa, which has death touch.
    Despite my creature being a 6/6, the 3 damage killed it.
    HOW? WHY?
    Why would death touch apply in this case?
    I understand if a spell makes them fight, but they're not fighting.
    I lost a high ranked match because of this.

  5. songcrafter mage and torch the tower

    My board state is Lands and a Ancient Cornucopia. I cast Songcrafter Mag(cornucopia trigger gain 3), it enters I target my torch the tower. From there on I do not have any options or prompts to cast the spell with out bargin, it forces me to cast with bargin sacrificing my cornucopia.

  6. First draw discarded, hand size set to 0, etc

    One game I was in bugged out. The first card I drew was discarded, I had three lands and couldnt play a threedrop, avatars and life totals werent showing.

    Sagu wildling adventure half doesnt put it intp exile it shuffles into your deck instead.

  8. Krumar Initiate not working

    Tried in back to back games in draft that could have DEFINITELY changed the outcomes, I lost 2 in a row, where I had full life and tried to activate the endure ability and it would ask for me to pay the X. There was no option to pay with life, it didn't auto reduce my life it just showed pay or cancel. I didn't have enough mana to test if it was trying to force me to pay mana instead of life. I want my draft refunded plus some for the frustration and time wasted on the draft and…

  9. problem hexproof with karakyk guardian

    There's a problem with Karakyk Guardian's ability.
    The hexproof is supposed to be removed once the creature has dealt damage. However, that's not the case. I waited three or four turns while blocking to be able to use a management spell + a block (impossible to target the creature), and I completely lost my game and my resources because of it.

    a karakyk guardian didn't lose hexprrof after it dealt me damage.
    i blocked it with a creature and the creatiure got killed, so it dealt dmaage to me but it didn't lose hexproof

  15. crash during draft

    Tried to draft the new set, got as far as opening the first pack and the whole thing crashed. Closed the program and restarted, got as far as the background of the draft picker loading in then crashed again. 1500 gems down the drain!

    I couldn't cancel, I couldnt cast normaly, I couldn't cast with impending.
    I could see the battlefield, and I could surrender.

  17. Creature losing haste on opponent's turn doesn't regain summoning sickness

    This is a BUG where the gameplay doesn't reflect the rules of the game. I reproduced it in a bot match and there are reports of this issue from 2024 that haven't been addressed.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Play an equipment that grants Haste to a creature (e.g. Lavaspur Boots).
    2. Play a creature that doesn't have Haste and has an activated ability that requires it to tap (e.g. Llanowar Elves).
    3. Attach the equipment to the creature.
    4. Pass the turn.
    5. On the opponent's turn, play an instant that can destroy an artifact (e.g. Abrade), targeting the attached…

    After Tarkir: Dragonstorm update MTGA.app loads to black screen after loading initial scene when launching through epic games launcher.
