How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Connection issues during draft games
In the last two days i lost 3 draft games due to connection issues.
Once the game froze as soon as i hit the "play" button and i found an opponent.
Another time my opponent went for a double block, i pressed pass to damage and the game froze.
Another time the game crashed during sideboarding.
I feel like i should have one draft refunded, since 3 games equals a draft, but i even more hope that you manage to solve these issues.
Hope those log files can help, even though i don't know if they are accurate.19 votes -
Cannot choose a different Companion when editing a deck
When editing a deck, in the screen where I can choose Avatars, Companions, and Card Sleeves, when I click on the Companions button, only my existing Companion is listed. I cannot see any of my other collected Companions. My only option is to go back to the previous screen.

Game keeps getting stuck
The client is getting stuck during gameplay. For example I'll load up a match and the game board shows up but then it doesn't advance it just stays there. Then the timer will appear like I'm the one slowing the game down but when it runs out nothing happens. I've also had it where I'm in the middle of a game, one of us puts a card on the stack, and then the game just gets stuck. Spark is back
The stupid spark for new players is back in what I assume is a bug with the latest update. It is really annoying and there is no easy way to turn it off forever. It was so annoying I decided not to buy gems and draft in case it appeared there.
Please fix.

Tutorial popping back up after latest update
Every time I get to the main menu the tutorial spark is telling me I'm going to be a good planeswalker. I already completed that portion months ago, and it is annoying after the latest update.

Avatar Jump in events don't add the correct cards and replace them with basic lands. Horrible play experience. I selected Firebending / Powerful. Having 27 Lands and 13 Spells in Deck. Cleary all spells from the Poweful deck were replaced by basic lands ...

Jump In: Avatar deck only half loaded
When trying to play Jump In for the new ATLA set, I selected "Zuko" and "Powerful" as packs. As you can see, only a few of the actual cards loaded in to my deck (only the red ones). I think the "Powerful" pack only loaded in lands. No cards at all.
Whenever I try to play a game with this deck, my hands are 90%+ lands and one nonland card, usually. Not functional at all.

Bug with [Yera and Oski, Weaver and Guide]
I killed a creature that had exiled my [Yera and Oski, Weaver and Guide], however i when it entered under my field again, I couldn't choose any type and couldn't go futher, I had to wait out my 3 timers before game auto resolved the turn for me. It said surveil as well, but I didn't have any surveil going off
What I think will reproduce the bug, is
1: Exile a [Yera and Oski, Weaver and Guide] with Sheltered by Ghosts
2: Kill the creature that holds Sheltered by Ghosts

The tutorial is broken at shadow dragonhand
I have tried to complete the tutorial on an iPhone android phone and iPad and every time it freezes. I get to the bit where I summon 3 blockers, they do not appear then I cannot complete my go as the computer wants me to use them to block. So there is no way of taking my turn and I am locked in the tutorial and cannot make any progress.

Graphics Bug in Tutorial doesnt let me play
I need to be ableto Skip the Tutorial. I know how I know how to play magic Arena. I just want to get into the real Game with real Drafts. But I need to click myself through the Tutorial for hours. For the more it is not working properly. See the attached Files. Without the Graphic working in the Tutorial I can not WIN the Games because I can not click on the Cards and so I’m not ableto play the Real game at all. This is Beyond frustrating. Set Completionist II Achievement is bugged
The set completionist II achievement does not successfully unlock when all the cards in an alchemy set are collected. I spent 5 mythic rare wildcards to complete the OTJ alchemy set and was very disappointed when the achievement was not rewarded.

Bug Guidelight Pathmaker - Dune Drifter
Hello there, I'm reporting a bug. I was playing a draft game, my opponent played "guidelight Pathmaker" searching for "dune Drifter". The X cost of this cards is 0 because he did not cast it (and was not able to pay for X) anyhow he was able to return a 2 drop from the graveyard (it should have reanimate a 0 cost card)

Unable to Login
I am unable to login to my Wizards Arena account for the iOS app. I keep getting an error message saying the request has timed out.

Large Hand Bug
When you have many cards in hand, Arena won’t allow you to scroll through them on IOS to let you get to the cards you need.
1. I used the -8 ability of Kasmina, Enigma Sage to tutor for Enter the Infinite, drawing my deck and putting a card on top.
2. iPad, IOS
3. Once my hand is full, whenever I tap on a card to try to drag it out, instead I can only access the middle of my hand, regardless of which card I clicked on. (This is in attempt to play Thassa’s Oracle and win)

Shuffle
I know multiple people have posted about shuffling, but something needs to be done. Multiple games I get the same cards in triplet with my first couple of turns. In real life, I six way shuffle, insuring that my deck is split properly. I’m losing games because I can’t get a decent draw, I’ve even mulliganed to nothing and still draw bad. It’s even worse when you play a paid tournament.

Kicked out of premier draft game causing loss
Randomly Kicked from Duskmorn premier draft game and given a loss.
During the match I was randomly kicked from the game (sudden black screen, no loading or "waiting for server") and was returned to the draft screen. I had no loss at first but after checking the deck when I returned to the screen I had 1 loss. It happened so suddenly I wasn't able to capture any footage or screenshot. full screen
Game REFUSES to stay in full screen. From searching reddit this is a common issue with Ultrawide monitors. I am using an ultrawide monitor @ 3440x1440 resolution. Once the game is full screen it works fine, but it constantly goes back to windowed mode.
I was thinking of getting back into Arena. Not anymore.
