How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Banning Heist
Heist really shouldn't exist. It is too easy to abuse and use. There is a reason Gonti Lord of Luxury is the only card to have that type of effect. Heist should just be removed from Arena or all the cards should be banned.

Bug: My timer runs out while my opponent is resolving a spell on his turn
During a ranked best of 1 game, my opponent cast Dig Through Time on their turn.
With the spell on the stack, their timer runs out. Shortly after, my timer starts to run, and I get a message that I will lose the game if I do not perform an action.
I am unable to do anything since my opponent's Dig Through Time is on the stack and has not resolved.
After that timer runs out, nothing happens and the game freezes.

Match making and the shuffler
I like mtga but I feel that the program is rigging matches. Im tired of drawing 2 lands every game. My hands are either mana flooded or mana screwed. I don't even try using a mulligan anymore because I either get screwed harder or flooded. For some reason I get flooded or screwed hard against mono red. I noticed that most of my lost games have been because of this. I understand that no hand is perfect but I NEVER had an issue this consistent in paper magic. Please stop rigging our ranked matches. Or please fix your shuffler. Mtga…

Commander
Please introduce Commander to Arena, you dont have to include every card ever made, that can come in time, people just really want commander and the option to play more than just 2v2

Retrieving asset manifest
I want to play the game, but I am constantly getting “Retrieving asset manifest” on the load screen and nothing else
This is an issue with YOUR app, not my phone, not my network. Don’t try to tell me otherwise, that is a lie.
Fixe it or want a refund from the last purchase I made, which was just before this issue with the app started happening

Griefing/Roping is ruining the game.
Players roping while losing without being penalized is the second most obnoxious thing in this game after the rigged matchmaking, we're already tired of reporting this abusing behavior, when are you going to do something about it?!

Connection lost
Every time I try to log on and play the game it says I lost connection to the game server and I even logged out and changed my password to log back in and I got the same result

Daily wins providing incorrect rewards

All of my emotes are gone
Playing on iPad, the client crashed while I was in the middle of a game. When I logged back in, all of the emotes I had were gone. When I go to the emotes page in my profile, it displays a message about how I can unlock emotes along with a confirm button. Clicking confirm takes me back to my profile. While on the emotes page, however, I can see behind the message that I have 0/10 stickers and none of the text emotes beyond the default ones. Please restore all of the emotes I had collected. Thanks!

Massively parallel triggered abilities and draw game warning
To reproduce: have 3x Ajani's Pridemate, 3x Soul Warden, and trigger Iridescent Hornbeetle to create 100 tokens.
I'm using the PC version on Linux through Lutris
After a few minutes, the game warns me to "Take another action or the game will end in a draw." Since the "actions" I'm taking are all triggered abilites, there is nothing I can do, resulting in a pointless call to "resolve" every time. WIth 200 abilities on the stack, this is a waste of time and turns what might be a long wait into a timeout for both players.

Stalling People
There are a few people who are not that good, but stall whenever they lose, so they do not have it count as a loss. The first time I encountered one, I waited 50 minutes until it timed out (I got up and did things while I waited, I wasn't just sitting there.) I found yet another stalling person. It is obnoxious. Please stop this kind of extreme stalling! Thanks!

DISABLE/TURN OFF ANIMATIONS !!!!!!
Please allow us to turn off animations. I want to use an older computer to run MTG arena, but it cannot handle the excessive animations, even at the lowest graphic settings.
There is probably some sort of marketing or focus group reason that exists to force players to see animations, because Hasbro thinks that it will foster interest. Or, perhaps employees such as animators are hesitant to allow this due to fears of becoming redundant and losing their jobs. However, this puts hardship upon the users and create a nuisance, please reconsider your course of action.

Ranked queue for Brawl
Please consider creating a Ranked queue for Brawl. It would give players another option to earn rewards for those who do not want to play Standard, Historic, or Draft.

The Stack (speed)
I noticed that when there are multiple of the same trigger on the stack, the stack moves very slowly. I was hoping there could be a way to speed up stack triggers when you and the opponent auto-resolve them.
