1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Cropping occurs on 16:10 screen resolutions (on macOS after 2024.40.30 update)
I’m thrilled to see that the new 2024.40.30 update has finally resolved a longstanding issue where MTGA was forced to display in the lowest resolution on macOS when in full screen mode.
It isn’t perfect however, as on my MacBook Pro M1 Pro, which has a built-in 16:10 display (3456 x 2234 resolution), several UI elements on the very left and right edges of the UI get cropped (e.g. the companions and stack partly appear off-screen).
Can you please update the in-game UI to ensure that everything fits within a standard 16:10 aspect ratio? Or in the interim, add an…

Provide a Alchemy free Historic Brawl option
Either create another queue for Historic Brawl that is free from Alchemy cards, or allow a filter on the screen to only match with opponents that don't run alchemy cards.
It's fine to have digital only cards, but put respect that some of your players would prefer not to run into them.

Sparky Challenge Not Showing

After completing the tutorial, I have not unlocked Sparky's Challenge; the event, which should appear at the end of the tutorial, is virtually nonexistent and not present on my home page. I'm not going to drag this out, partly because I think I've read that many users have had the same problem as me and this is a known bug, however I can't accept that I haven't even started playing and am already suffering from problems due to bugs in the game that will prevent me from getting rewards that I honestly don't want to…19 votes -
Forced draw
Played a match and was winning easily when suddenly the game paused, a sign came up and said the game forced a draw.

Boseiju, Who Endures doesn't see Wastes as Basic Lands
When Boseiju was played against me and I was asked if I wanted to select a land with a basic land type I was unable to do so because Boseiju didn't see Wastes as basic land.

App stuck on Retrieving Asset Manifest
Mobile app on iPhone. Posted the same a few days ago and issue was fixed for about 24 hours.
When opening mobile app loading screen is stuck on “Retrieving Asset Manifest” then “Error updating data”Have restarted phone, toggled Wi-Fi, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue.

Golden Pack progression
I have been at 6/10 progress with Golden Pack. Purchased 3 packs for 3000 gold and 1 pack for 1000 gold (all Brothers of War packs)... Golden Pack progressed to 8/10.

connection lost
Connection keeps dropping; Connection Lost
The MTGA client was working just fine. I played a few BO1 matches with no issues. Then, in the middle of a game, it started freezing. At first it was momentarily, then it froze altogether and I got the windows "program not responding" message. Since then, I've been unable to establish or establish and keep a connection to the server. I've tried a number of resolutions:
1. Restarting the client.
2. Restarting my machine, then the client.

Arena is rigged
I would like to thank the creators of this app/game for making me loathe a game I've loved sonce 1994. It's algorithm is completely rigged. Matches are decided when the game begins and the game ensures that you cannot exceed in enough Matches in a challenge to acquire the appropriate currency to play the challenge again. It will also like to give you matches of no mana or all mana easily at three times the rate this happens in reality to ensure you lose as well. Scute Swarm triggers skipped my turn on mobile
On mobile so no screenshots but opponent played scute swarm and managed to get 250 tokens out plus ~200 more triggers. Game lagged some while tokens were being generated and the remaining triggers resolved. By the time all triggers were resolved it was my turn and then immediately when to opponent’s turn and attack phase. Never showed a rope for me or my opponent. Game should not penalize me for my opponent creating so many tokens. If the token limit is 250 in game then why do any token-creating triggers need to resolve after the 250 is met? Honestly Scute…

Android Black Screen
Since yesterday's update I am unable to launch Arena on my Android phone. It worked fine Tuesday and no longer works. On launching the app I am stuck at a black screen. I tried fully uninstalling/reinstalling the app. After reinstalling, I was able to log in, but then it just got stuck on the black screen again.

matchmaking
Matchmaking in Ranked mode constantly pairs you several tiers above where you are currently playing; I'm playing on Platinum tier 4 yet I am constantly paired up against Diamond tier players. Like I get it if I've ranked up that far consistently but I have literally made it to diamond one time... I'm an okay player but this just makes getting a couple wins to get rewards take hours and ultimately not rewarding or fun.

Matchmaking always making mirror matches
I have played today exactly 20 Historic Brawl matches, and 16 of them mirror matches. It's awful, tedius, completely unacceptable. This has made me absolutely angry and I want to vomit.

Something is wrong with your shuffling system
- To recreate bug play on my account, I get absolutely ****** with my starting hands in draft I feel 85% of the time.
- Mac
- I always have to mulligan (~90% of time). I either draw 1/2 lands, no lands, or all lands. While my opponents mulligan ~30% of the time, meaning they get hands they are more comfortable with, way more often. Now if I stick with the 1/2 lands then I either get stuck only drawing lands or get stuck only drawing spells (~60% of time). My decks all have game suggested amount of lands/spells.

Matchmaking
Spending money on this game(buying cards) has completely broken my matchmaking. I was enjoying this game until I decided to spend money on it. Since then I am winning less than 10% of my games and I’m going up against people that have special skins for every single card. Had I known that spending money on this game was going to produce this result I obviously wouldn’t have done it. Game crashed during premier draft
MTGA crashed during drafting. After that I couldn't restart the game immediately to rejoin a draft (An error occurred... screen appeared). I request full reimbursement for the draft.

4 player
Since Brawl is a multiplayer format, any plans to bring it into Arena with the support for the format as a multiplayer (4 play option) Brawl as a singleton variant to 1 v 1 plays more like duel or who can counter who, the appeal of the format in paper is it's likeness to Commander and a deeper social mechanic that influences the game deeper than just cardpool. The roadmap currently for Arena doesn't mention this.
In the meantime, Brawl needs to be consistent and free play including the historic Brawl option for players to get more people into the…

Connection issues during draft games
In the last two days i lost 3 draft games due to connection issues.
Once the game froze as soon as i hit the "play" button and i found an opponent.
Another time my opponent went for a double block, i pressed pass to damage and the game froze.
Another time the game crashed during sideboarding.
I feel like i should have one draft refunded, since 3 games equals a draft, but i even more hope that you manage to solve these issues.
Hope those log files can help, even though i don't know if they are accurate.19 votes
