How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Sideboard

    My decks with sideboard are labeled as invalid because they supposedly have more tha 15 cards in the sideboard, but they don´t. I need to clear the sideboard to be operational again.

  3. BO1 format decks with 15 sideboard cards treated as invalid decks.

    • After the update on 7/9/2025, some BO1 format decks with 15 sideboard cards display the message "Invalid Cards: 0"
    • These decks can no longer be selected as decks to use in BO1 format
    • Before this update, BO3 decks could also be used in BO1.
    • From now on, if you want to use the same deck in both BO3 and BO1, you will have to clone it and reduce sideboard cards in BO1 deck, which is a pain.
    • Roll back this change immediately.
    • If this is not okay, why does the sideboard display have a separator that says "Best of Three…

  4. Sideboard issue

    For some reason, the game says my deck is invalid because there are more than 15 cards in the sideboard, even though I only have twelve in my sideboard

  5. sideboard

    When building a BO3 deck I was creating my sideboard of 15 cards.
    But I am unable to save the deck because the game says I have more then 15 cards in my sideboard. even though I have the maximum amount of cards in the side board.

    This problem doesn't happen with 7 cards in sideboard .

  6. Android app will not load past loading screen

    After update on 7/8/25, Android app will show initial loading screen, but then screen is just black. It does not advance to the game. I did upload the new files. I've tried the app multiple times, including after resetting my phone.

    Cards are freezing on screen and im unable to play and also anothee problem card now showing the text

  8. Android App Black Screen After July 8, 2025 Update

    The Android app does not load properly for me after the July 8th update.

    What happens:
    - Open MTG Arena
    - Loading screen
    - After finishing "loading initial scene", the app goes black and nothing loads

    Troubleshooting Steps:
    - Closing the app
    - Restarting my phone

    This means I cannot play any matches on my phone, as the app does not even make it to the home page before going black.

  9. Improperly Invalidated Decks

  10. Unable to reconnect

    I am unable to log in to game just shows me the connection lost screen and I click reconnect but, will not connect.

  12. I can't use my smeagol deck in brawl because I can't have duplicates of nazghul?

    I have 9 nazghul in my smeagol brawl deck per it's own description of how the card functions and the deck worked just fine yesterday. Here is the full listing.

  15. Brawl doesn't let me use multiple copy cards

    1. I tried playing historic brawl with a Karumonix, the Rat King deck that I have been using for a while (played just yesterday with no issues)
    2. The deck was missing from the list of usable decks
    3. Upon looking at my deck collection, I found that it was flagged as invalid
    4. Checking the decklist revealed that the game took issue with the 33 rat colonies in my deck (when I tried exiting the deck editor, the game displayed a message that "This deck contains too many copies of a card"

  16. Not staying in full control mode - bug

    When I turn on full control, the game should stay in full control until I tell it to stop. I've lost several games because I needed to do an action during my upkeep, turned on full control during my opponent's turn, and it turned off immediately when my turn began. What is the point is full control if I do not actually have full control over actions when priority passes?

  18. Card trigger issue

    Had a bug with Ragnarok (meld card thanks to Vanille and Fang). After attacking, my opponent played the white removal, Fate of the Sun-Cryst (as per the screenshots enclosed). My Ragnarok died but his ability (destroy a permanent and return one from your graveyard didn't trigger)

  19. Saga Creatures Causing Crash on Android Mobile

    Saga Creatures from the new Final Fantasy are causing crashes on Mobile and being unable to rejoin game, resulting in game loss. Steps to recreate: play Arena on Android S25, play any Saga, crash. Have tested with Summon: Fat Chocobo and Summon: Fenrir.

  20. Crash sealed final fantasy
