How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Just uninstalled due to Roping/AFK players
Ever since the debut of this game I've ran into too many people roping after a clear loss. I've even ran into people just afk at the mulligan stage. This is annoying and has made me uninstall the app. I'm convincing all my coworkers, friends, and family do the same since WOTC hasn't implemented a clear plan to prevent any of this. No bans, no warnings, no reporting, nothing.

can't edit deck
after the last update, when I try to edit a deck, the wheel just spins saying "waiting for server" and the program freezes without opening my deck

Rng is fun
Opponents with libraries of 60+ cards curve perfectly in Diamond, get the perfect interaction playing jank decks.
The ranked ones are not competitive, they are garbage created to waste our time except for the whales or people with influence in the game who will steal the perfect cards every game until they reach the first mythical positions.

Give us an option for removing opponent card highlighting
We need two quality of life updates. These need to be in the settings and toggle options.
Currently when our opponent puts their mouse over a card it highlights the card. This is annoying, we do not need to see this. Setting to turn it off.
Anonymous name mode setting. 99% of players we do not need or want to see their names. Give us a setting to turn off their names so it's anonymous.
Then make a match history list that shows us a history of the last 20 players we played against. There we can go to this…

Shuffling algorithm
Hello, even today you can find me here talking about card shuffling and mana flood. Even yesterday Wizzard's support scammed me with the classic bot message, they don't even read what is written in the reports. Today I played in the standard event where I made 13 because I drew in 4 games in a row from the fourth card onwards in identical order 2x reckless impulse and 4x wrenn's resolve, for 4 games in a row, I lost 2500 gold "gaining" 50 gems.

Brawl Banlist Update
Historic brawl banlist needs an update. It is mindboggling that a card like Mana Drain (banned in Legacy) is viewed as acceptable in this format when Natural Order (Legacy legal) is banned.
Having your 3 to 4 MV card Mana Drained on Turn 3 to 4 is effectively an auto-loss. If this card is to be kept in the format than any deck playing it should be relegated into the top tier queue

Phantom interference does not counter spell
The 'Phantom interference' counter spell mode did not counter the 'Thunder Salvo' spell. I was not even given the chance to select a spell like you normally are when I played the counter spell on the stack. This resulted in a blow-out turn and their mythic lived to see another day. You'll never win a game after that.

Starter decks not providing the cards, not receiving starter decks from starter deck duel
Starting decks not providing cards, Starter deck duel not providing decks,
I am on PC, returning account first time on steam. My 5 mono color starter decks all say they require 20-40 wild cards to complete. The starter deck duel is also not giving me the decks after winning three times with them. As it is I don't have any decks with which to play the game due to these bugs.

Internet drops out for a second and you cannot reconnect to game
I have paid money for gems to be able to participate in events for the new set thunders of outlaw junction.
However, despite being close to winning this particular match, my internet dropped out very briefly.
I reset my modem, logged into Runescape on my side monitor, obviously internet is running fine, but I'm stuck idle in MTGA after "reconnection" and the game won't allow me to make any moves, forcing a loss.
This is honestly unacceptable considering a sealed event costs 2000 gems. It is best of 3 but still that is a substantial sum of money to lose…7 votes -
Playing less and less. Tired of Fixed Wins and Losses.
I play over the board Magic three days a week, about 18-27 a week in total. In three weeks of play, I'll have one or two games that were landslides. I lose, no chance. It happens.
On MTG Arena, EVERY TWO OF THREE GAMES is a landslide, where one person has absolutely perfect cards to match anything you could possibly do, or gets ridiculous draws in dramatic contrast to your horrible draws at crucial moments in the game.
I'm so tired it and find myself playing less and less. I know I'm not the only one that's seen this. Streamers…

Palantir of orthanc
Palantir of orthanc. Multiple times it has happened. Nothing on field to stop it from activation, and no rhyme or reason to how it happens that I have found. Some times, no counters, no scry, no options. Other times it will activate perfectly for one round and then stop. Even had a few times that it adds counter, but no scry or option. It's getting old.

Starter Deck Dual and Formats- Bug
I have completed all the deck challenges in the MTG ARENA Starter Deck Duel, but after the recent update this tutorial is stuck in the "resume" status on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, because the whole challenge is completed (already have all 10 decks), and therefore this flag will not clear.
In addition, I am not being able to access the others events and/or formats to play, like historic, draft, etc.

Unable to play after reconnection
- Lose connection and reconnect after 10 sec in a ranked game
- Click 'Reconnect' button
- Notice Timer stops on your opponent and you are unable to continue

Priority stuck and game freeze
This happened twice today (29/05/23) in a raw on RANKED game :
I start the game as usual, play a few turn when suddenly after I do an action that should pass the priority to the opponent (e.g declaring attaquants or casting a spell), the game freeze and the priority gets stuck on me.Please fix this ASAP. This kind of bugs will make me stop playing very fast it it keeps happening.
NB : I play on iPhone.

Separate Alchemy from other formats
Myself and as anyone can see with a quick search many people play MTGA to scratch the itch of playing MTG when other avenues aren't available. Alchemy in my opinion can work on it's own, but mixing it with the other formats especially historic is just making the experience worse.
The rebalanced cards only set a bad example of showing that the printed cards weren't play tested enough. The cards which can only work on a digital platform only remind me at least that there are other better games with digital only on mind. I understand the work and development…

Buying multiple packs at a time gives no progress towards gold packs
When I logged in to get my Brother's War packs, I bought 2x15 packs with gold and didn't get any progress towards gold packs. I bought 1x pack with gold and it gave me progress toward a gold pack. I am missing 30x progress towards gold packs (3 gold packs), please remedy.

freezes after timer
The game shortly says reconnecting.
Then the timer runs out and the game is stuck!
Not like completely frozen, because the animation og the pet keeps going smooth, and i can open the menu, but the game does not continue to pass on the turn after the timer runs out.7 votes -
Mythic booster
Compre un booster mítico, pero recibí una wildcard rara, levante mi reporte y me dijeron que así es como debe de funcionar el producto, lo cual es completamente ilógico, pues pague un booster más caro para recibir una carta mítica, que son las que necesito para completar mi colección.
Creo que deben de hacer que los booster míticos entreguen wildcard míticas solamente, sino ¿para qué pagar extra?
