1. Too many hackers/cheaters and no way to report or ban them

   MTGA has always been a cheaters paradise but now every mode is close to unplayable.
   There is not a single mode where you can use standard decks without being matched against a hacker who just rigs the match.
   For the record I like the concept of deck building. But it should be reserved for ranked and super competitive play, where it belongs, with all the butthurts who can't handle losing.
   A "casual mode" would be handy where both players are limited to standard decks.

   1. This is a card game - you never get beaten on skill, you get beaten by better cards.
   2. Some of us enjoy Color Challenge. This is for smart people who actually want to use skill with some of the more basic cards. Logically, if I am playing color challenge the opponent should be playing color challenge also - and bound by the same deck rules. Single color, 60 card STANDARD deck vs single color, 60 card STANDARD deck. That's called a level playing field, try it.
   3. There should not be cheese cards. They only exist for the people who are too stupid to learn actual strategies. Wizards of the Coast are under the delusion that "Magic is for everyone". It is NOT for everyone. It's for butthurt hacker cheats and noobs who can't play unless they have cheese cards. Those people account for 99% of the player base.
   4. Decks for Starter deck duels simply don't work. These are supposed to be random cards but players are still clearly hacking the game. Not once but literally thousands of times I've seen this, in all modes. As soon as you get the upper hand or play a card that is even slightly advantageous, opponents will mysteriously draw the EXACT cards needed to combat whatever you do. It is painfully obvious they are using an open deck stacked full of cheese and can just play any card in their library.
   5. Mana $crew. The game is programmed to prevent you playing certain cards. Example: if a card costs 5+ mana, the deck will find a way to never give you more than 4 mana. In other cases, you either get a hand full of lands and no creatures or creatures with no land to play them. Rigged.
   6. Timewasters. The bane of existence. Play a land, then play a creature or spell - it's not hard. I have seen multiple players just sit there for 10 minutes without the timeout fuse appearing. There needs to be an INSTANT penalty for this. All turns should have a maximum 30 second timer no matter what. If you can't do what needs to be done in that time, you forfeit the turn.

   The system needs a complete overhaul. Due to these issues the game is actually not fun anymore.

4. Unable to cast spell that I had the correct mana for

   In this game I was unable to cast Cornered by Black Mages even though I had 2 black mana available (1 colorless reduction from Artist's Talent) on my upkeep I had an untapped Swamp and Jagged Barrens that can produce black or red. However the game would not allow me to cast the spell as if I didn't have the correct mana for it, even though I did.

5. Unable to cast Snakeskin Veil bug

   For some reason during the very start of the game I am attaching a screen shot of I couldnt cast snakeskin veil to save my blocker. I tried everything I could think of. The next turn I was actually able to cast it

6. "Network Error - Unable to get collection"

   Yesterday while playing a draft game, few turns into a game I got disconnected from the game (Connecting to Server" message with a circle). I restarted the game to try and reconnect, but got the error from the screenshot. I tried restarting the game a few times, and also a few minutes later, still with the same result. I came back the next day and got a game loss.
   I want a refund for the quick draft I lost.

7. Unable to connect to Arena using Android App on Home WiFi (mobile data connection works fine)

   Steps to reproduce:

   1. Have CenturyLink fiber as your ISP
   2. Have a NETGEAR AC1750 router
   3. Launch the Magic Arena app
   4. The app will attempt to connect to the Arena servers (Note: the app is able to download and install updates, but not able to connect to the game servers)
   5. The app will fail to do so, and will report a "Connection Lost" error

   Expected Results:
   Ability to connect to Arena via Home WiFi

   Workaround:
   Use a 5G mobile connection, or connect to Arena via a PC which is using the same router and ISP.

8. shuffle

   Add a button at the beginning of a match to shuffle ones deck before starting the game. Due to the fact that ALOT of time in 3 color decks you only get 2 of the colors of mana you selected. You'll get 6 turns in need 1 mana of the color your missing and have a hand full of cards needing that one color, but by the time you draw one its too late your opponent has built their field and there is no way back out of the hole your in. All because Players cant shuffle their deck before starting a match with another player. I believe adding this will GREATLY increase odds of drawing cards you need as it does IN REAL LIFE! In tournaments and competitions your allowed to shuffle before a game. Why not in this game? Until you add it, its a hack job of what the real card game is.

9. Arena is rigged

   I would like to thank the creators of this app/game for making me loathe a game I've loved sonce 1994. It's algorithm is completely rigged. Matches are decided when the game begins and the game ensures that you cannot exceed in enough Matches in a challenge to acquire the appropriate currency to play the challenge again. It will also like to give you matches of no mana or all mana easily at three times the rate this happens in reality to ensure you lose as well. The oddasity of Hasbro actually having ProTour tournaments over this medium is both disgusting and laughable as well. Kudos guys for your short-sighted greed and losing a customer you've had almost 30 years.

10. Unable to use Fire Sage Ability

    During a Premier Draft match, I attacked with Fire Sage, spending no mana while attacking, and after damage was resolved, I was sure my opponent was not going to do anything, and then I activated Fire Sage's ability.

    However, after combat ended, the damage resolution step was skipped, and the red mana added by the fire technique disappeared.

    He was unable to use the Fire Sage's ability, which he should have been able to activate, which led to his loss in the match.

    1. Playing Bo3 standard ranked
    2. iOS 3.Actual: Unable to sideboard between games. Cards cannot leave sideboard to main. When minusing/pulsing copies of cards in main to sideboard and submit, arena says invalid deck submission.
    3. Expected: Able to sideboard freely without issues.
    4. No screenshots.
    5. No workaround.

12. Not allowing instant speed

    During gameplay, I was unable to cast tailswipe at instant speed during my turn or opponents. I had mana available and no other cards were preventing instant speed spells.

    1) Eu encantei Titania, Protetora de Argoth com Incapaz de Gritar e passei o turno;
    2) O oponente encantou Titania com Nantuko do Coração Primaveril;
    3) Sacrificou uma fetch land e a habilidade de Titania desencadeou como se não estivesse encatada com Incapaz de Gritar;
    4) Em seguita, tanto Titania quanto Incapaz de Gritar foram parar nos cemitérios dos seus respectivos donos;

16. Bug: Unable to join active game on reconnect

    On any platform (both android, ios, windows, macos) when there is intermittent connection (disconnect-reconnect network) the game is successfully reconnected but it doesn't join to an ongoing match.

    As a temporary solution, client restart is required to rejoin the match. Also this is causing a time loss. Showing animation and pre-game screen uses up wait time, often resulting in lost turn. Failing to rejoin on time loses the match.

    The issue can be replicated by joining a game, disconnecting-reconnecting the network cable on pc or disabling/enabling WAN on router for mobile devices. When the device is reconnected, game reconnects but it returns to home screen istead of rejoining the active game.

18. Unable to target Sidisi Regent of the Mire with any removal

    On Android, I just finished a game where I was completely unable to target Sidisi, Regent of the Mire with any of my removal spells. I tried both Cut Down and Annoint with Affliction but the card wouldn't even let me choose it. Both attached screenshots were taken during my turn so Voice of Victory's effect would not have been active and there were no other effects in play, as you can see that I could hit Voice of Victory with Cut Down.

20. Alchemy decks are invalid in Bot Match

    New Alchemy deck with new Omnath and Goldspan. Go to a bot match to try it out, deck is invalid. Mouse over deck, says "invalid cards: 0"
    Unable to play the deck against Sparky.
