How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Achievement not registering
Achievement “your go - win a game where you only cast spells on an opponent’s turn” completed several times and not registering.

Alchemy what garbage.
FIX the shuffler.
Get rid of Alchemy(and If I'm not playing in Alchemy I don't want to see those fake cards in ANY of my other decks.)
Get rid of those bs Arena cards.
Arena is abomination of Magic in its current state. And you wonder why you can't get more Arena players LOL.
The latest running Joke. "If you want to learn how to play magic completely wrong go play arena."

Waste of time
Do you know how many games I've lost due to your ******** shuffler?
How in the ******* world am I given multiple, consecutive unplayable hands in 4 ******* consectuive games?! How am I stuck on two lands EVERY ******* game with 25 LANDS, only to watch decks with 20 play on curve.
You all are disgusting for putting this product out and taking people's money to use it.

Ajani, Caller of the Pride activating -8 with ~750 life
I activated Ajani, Caller of the Pride -8 ability with ~750 life. I also had two dazzling angels and hinterland sanctifier that trigger gain 1 life when a creature you control enters. After activating the loyalty counters were removed and nothing happened. No cats were created and no life was gained.

Matchmaking always making mirror matches
I have played today exactly 20 Historic Brawl matches, and 16 of them mirror matches. It's awful, tedius, completely unacceptable. This has made me absolutely angry and I want to vomit.

Frequent Game Freezes
About every other game I experience random and complete game freezes where my only option is to restart the app and hope I can get back into the match before I lose my turn. There doesn’t seem to be very much rhyme or reason to it other than it only ever freezes when casting a spell.
I know game freezes are not a new thing but this is an issue that I have only been experiencing since the release of Domanaria United. The recent patch update did not fix the issue.

Death by Vanilla Bug
I have won 3 brawl games inwhich I have cast only creatures with no abilities(and no creatures at all) and the achievement for the Yargle Day has not been completed.

Game Crash Mobile
Playing on my iPad the game has been crashing after matchmaking has completed and while entering the match. When restarting the app the game will load and try to enter the match but will again crash. If I wait until what I suspect is timing out from the match I can then restart the app.

Starter Deck Duel battles should be against other starter decks only.
It's not fair to pair players using a starter deck with opponents using upgraded and customized decks. If you make an event targeting new players, why would you give them a challenge they cannot win? I'm very frustrated about this.

Could not respond at instant speed
My creature was given -4/-4 when Soul Enervation entered with flash from the ability on Anticausal Vestige. I was going to respond with Snakeskin Veil, but I was not given the opportunity. My Mossborn Hydra was assigned -4/-4 and went to graveyard. I was then able to play Snakeskin Veil after the -4/-4 resolved.

Quistis unable to choose fate of the sun-cryst bug
I used Quistis to copy Fate of the Sun-cryst in a critical moment in game 5, and it selected another spell instead - The crystal's chosen.
Please review the logs for confirmation - Given the stakes of this tournament, this is extremely frustrating.

Computer Freezes During Bot Play/Suggestion of Deck Choices For Sparky
Sparky continues to freeze during bot gameplay. It is really annoying when trying new decks.
Also I want to suggest for a bot option to be able to select any deck that you have made yourself to challenge yourself against your own decks. This way you can see how both sides of your decks work. This was a great design they had in Magic 2015 and would want it back as an option.2 votes -

iPhone 16 crashes
The game is working perfectly fine until I’m ABOUT to start a match. The transition from loading screen to the actual match stops, stutters (music and screen both), and then closes out automatically. Try reloading in and as long as I’m in the match, it does the same thing as soon as it’s finished loading. I’m missing out on completing challenges and earning gold. Pretty disappointing.

Can't exit tutorial, even after restart.
I've entered the tutorial and there is no way to get back to the regular game mode unless I complete the tutorial (which I don't want to do). Exiting and re-entering the game doesn't help.

Awful display of cards
New update on IPAD IOS has a terrible presentation of cards during opponents turn where cards are barely visible on the bottom of the screen. when it is your turn the card just rise to a level where the picture is visible but text is not unless you click on the card and it expands individually. This is a significant challenge fore someone playing a deck of cards one is not familiar with. It was better before but arguably I would say it should be a setting at the very least for selecting if you want your cards to reduce…

Two Headed Giant
Something which my friend and I have repeatedly lamented is the lack of sufficient multiplayer options in Magic Arena. Currently Arena offers the capability to play private 1v1s as the only direct method of enjoying the game communally. While we do discuss our decks and current matches together, the lack of a format such as Two Headed Giant certainly hinders the ability to play the game cooperatively. Store not counting packs towards golden pack
yesterday I bought 9 packs then 3 and 1 packs of Pionier masters and none of them updated my progress towards a golden pack the first 9 packs should have given me a goldent pack as the marker is stuck at 2 I hoped this was just a tempoarry glich but i still havent seen the bar moved or gotten a pack. Im using the Android version with a Galaxy 24+
