How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Can't cast Lightwheel Enhancements from graveyard

    I'm playing Aetherdrift Quick Draft, discarded Lightwheel Enhancements to graveyard, got max speed but can't cast it. Other max speed cards work. Pretty detrimental to how match is going

  2. Cid on working in Brawl

    Cid, Timeless Artifiecer is not working in Brawl. Deck is invalid due to having more than on Cid but card lets you play more than one in a brawl deck.

  3. Incorrect interaction between Quina, Qu Gormet and the Lasting Fayth adventure

    With Quina, Qu Gormet in play I cast the adventure side of the card Zanarkand, Ancient Metropolis. I was expecting to create a 7/7 hero and a 1/1 frog. I instead created a 7/7 hero and a 7/7 frog. I can't find a way to interpret this result while reading the cards so I can only assume that it's a bug.

  4. Discover and Omen cards

    When resolving "Discover 5" from Trumpeting Carnosaur and revealing a dragon with an Omen ability, if both sides are playable, it doesn't prompt you to pick a spell to cast or put it into your hand, instead just putting it directly into head with out the choice. This has happened 3-4 times now.

  5. Heist

    Please make an adjustment to the heist mechanic or to the heist cards. The cards are not fun to play against, and they have been making for a miserable experience in alchemy.

    From a gameplay enjoyment perspective, it is not fun having your opponent consistently take the best cards out of your deck. It greatly reduces deckbuilding choices and creates imbalanced gameplay patterns.

    From a mechanic standpoint:

    1. Heist nonrandomly removes the strongest cards from your deck. This is problematic because it makes your own draws significantly weaker. Normally, that would have an opportunity cost for the player removing those cards…

  6. Brawl and Historic Brawl are broken and noone pays attention

    Historic Brawl and Brawl is supposedly a fun format that you get to play your retired cards, but also find home for all this otherwise junk cards that you open in boosters. This is not true, however. Due to the nature of 1v1, rather than multiplayer, everyone plays the most efficient and not the cards "to experiment". Commanders (like Kinnan, Niv-Mizzet) are incredibly OP. The algorithm cares for the commander and not the deck built.   8. Large hand size on Arena Mobile

    When having access to a large number of cards, whether it's from having many cards in hand, or being able to play from a large graveyard, it is impossible to navigate your hand/the cards

  9. Caldera Breaker(and most likely other exile cards)/removal

    When playing Caldera Breaker on at least Android, (I assume this also happens on iOS) Caldera breaker exiles all of the mountains in your deck until it dies, upon which those mountains are put on the battlefield. However, when given the option to sacrifice Caldera Breaker, (I tried to use Corrupted Conviction specifically) the game would not let me select Caldera Breaker and would just open or close a list of all the cards exiled by Caldera Breaker.   10. [Korean, 한국어] There is a card with a duplicate translated name. "The End" and "Finish"

    Both the "The End" card and the "Finish" card have been translated into the same Korean name, "끝".

    In Magic: The Gathering, cards with the same name are expected to be the same card, but in this case, two different cards have been given identical names in Korean, which causes confusion.

    Please revise the Korean translation for the "The End" card, as many Korean players are experiencing inconvenience due to this issue.

    We suggest changing the translation of "The End" to "종막", which has a similar meaning and is not currently used for any other card name.

  12. Surveil Issue

    While using Kaito's 0 ability I viewed the battlefield during the process of surveil and when i went back to surveil it would not allow me to move any cards from the top of my library to the graveyard.

  13. Allow card styles in draft decks

    Given that a part of the MH3 experience on arena is Psychic Frog's hideaway & card styles are available for cards that are common in draft, it's ridiculous to me that the card styles can't be applied to draft decks. Where else would you care about a "Fanged flames" card style?
    WOTC, can you please allow us to use card styles in draft decks?

  14. Achievements not recording

    There are two achievements I should have received over the last couple of days that have not triggered. The first was Test of Endurance, where I ended the game with exactly 50 life and had more prior to the end of the game. The second, which just happened, was All According to My Calculations, where I ended the game with 0 cards in my library and my opponent had 0 cards in their library at the start of their turn giving me the win.   15. Duplicates are not allowed of cards that say "any number of this card may be in a deck" (ex, ***** against humanity)

    Cards that let you have any number of them in a deck no longer work, the game thinks it's illegal to have too many copies of them

  16. sideboard

    When building a BO3 deck I was creating my sideboard of 15 cards.
    But I am unable to save the deck because the game says I have more then 15 cards in my sideboard. even though I have the maximum amount of cards in the side board.

    This problem doesn't happen with 7 cards in sideboard .

    OSTEOMANCER ADEPT BUG

    I already used his effect more than once in this draft, so I know exactly how it works. However this time I wasn't allowed to remove cards from the graveyard to pay the forage cost. Resulting on losing the game. I had exactly 4 creature cards in my graveyard.

  18. You shuffle algorithm SSSSSUUUUUCCCCCKKKKKSSSSS!!!!!

    I have this exact same deck in real life and NEVER have I ever been so consistently mana screwed in my entire life. Not to mention I have 2-8 mana cards and 2-7 mana cards in my entire deck, and the amount of time I get all four of those four cards in my opening hand is statistically IMPOSSIBLE! Oh and even if I do a mulligan I get at least on of those same 4 cards right off the bat. This would NEVER happen with a real shuffle.

    27 lands and I consistently get 2 in my opening hand…

  19. Soulflayer delve problem with commander

    I cast Soulflayer by exiling Ketramose, the New Dawn(my commander) in the graveyard
    I choose to return Ketramose to command zone after it's exiled
    Soulflayer did not gain lifelink and indestructible

    Soulflayer should gain lifelink and indestructible because it only checks the cards that were exiled by delve while you were casting it. It doesn't matter what happens to those cards after they've been exiled, so removing cards that were exiled via delve will not affect what abilities Soulflayer has.   20. Arena Only Cards Are ***!

    Undermines the entire process of playing magic. Enabling a card to conjure **** all for no work is unpleasant to play against and makes me not want to play on arena and just play in person. And give us our ******* mana rocks!
