6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Arena Anthology 2 Missing Cards
When I purchased Arena Anthology 2, I got far less cards in the unlock animation than I thought. I also got x4 40 Gems due too already having x4 copies of a Mythic card? That makes no sense as the Anthology cards are unique right? Anyway I went to check and I am indeed missing most of the set.

activated ability timing check problem
In a draft match, I controlled both Eladamri, Korvecdal and another creature. I casted Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath from my hand. Its two abilities triggered upon entering the battlefield. I chose to resolve its draw a card and play a land ability first, putting a Forest onto the battlefield. At this point, I had the ability to pay for all costs of Eladamri's activated ability. However, I couldn't activate it in response to Uro's abilities, and the system automatically skipped this opportunity. B&R updated – Failed Refund of Wild Cards and HAS stock chat
Seeing the B&R update from 10 Nov 2025 (-0800 UTC), I noticed I did not get wild cards correctly added to my account (as of end of 10 Nov 2025, still working with support to resolve this issue).
Specifically cards were banned and I was not issued said wild cards to my account; in the correct quantities.
Importantly, there are several cards have been rarity shifted (99% downwards). An example, if you wanted to play with Despark, you could only craft this as a rare from Mystical Archives (STA). Then it was made available as an uncommon (you were never…

Hand Placement Offscreen Bug
- reproduce - start any game, mulligan or not, look at "viewing hand" and "hiding hand" placement on screen
- iOS (post-patch Arena 19Aug2025), iPad Air 11"
- Hand is hidden off bottom of screen. When hand size is one, selecting hand becomes overly difficult because it is hiding behind the "swipe up bar" portion of the iOS screen. Prior to 19Aug2025 patch, the "hiding hand" position was where the current "viewing hand" position is. Graphical artifacts are showing at bottom of screen during hidden hand. This is not tenable for play.

“Not enough disk space” Issue
The app gives me an error that there is not enough disk space when there in fact is plenty of space. I have deleted/redownloaded, offloaded/redownloaded, turned off and on, deleted and then deleted another app and redownloaded, turned game mode on and off (iOS). This is a persistent issue that has been raised twice here on the feedback site and multiple times on Reddit over the past couple of years, and each time the people involved seem to just be permanently locked out of the app with no recourse. Jump In - Stuck, Can't Play
I encountered an error with the jump in event.
While playing on mobile my internet crashed and disconnected me from my match. Upon reconnecting to the internet it allowed me to start a new match, which I did. After completion I did not receive my win reward and still cannot resign or queue for a new match.
I logged in on my pc to check and it is also stuck on the pc version of the game.10 votes -
Add a Simple “Status Check” System for Player Requests
It would be great to have a “status check” feature that lets players view updates on their account requests, event entries, or support tickets directly on the website.
Other services already use this type of system successfully. For example, SASSA Status Check Payment Date (see: https://srd-sassa.co.za/) helps users securely track their application progress using their ID and registered number.
A similar transparent system on the Wizards platform would save players time and reduce repeated support emails. It would also improve trust by showing short updates like Received → In Progress → Resolved.

Sideboard in pioneer showcase don't shows the entire pool of cards, only 7 cards
i joined the event with a legal deck with 15 cards in sideboard, but when i start after g1 the sideboard was uncomplete, i couldn't side, and so i lose the game, please check this bug, i lose my gems. please refound my gems, this wasn't my fault.

Twice this has happened to me.
A version of the game state is: Agatha's Soul Couldron in play, Vivi in play, all my lands tapped, and no other creatures in play. No one-cost spells available, but yes a 2 mana spell available.
The bug is: I tap the soul-couldron to exile a vivi from my graveyard, putting a +1/+1 on my in-play Vivi. I intend to use both the Vivi mana ability, and the couldron-granted mana ability to generate 2 total mana to cast my 2-mana spell. Instead, the game auto-passes the rest of my turn as if I can't…

Prototype X-8 multi trigger
The new alchemy card Prototype x-8 says that when a creature enters, if you cast it, destroy it and conjure a duplicate that's an artifact creature and robot in addition to its other types. As read and as compared to other similar cards in paper, since it's missing the wording checking that a creature was destroyed, you'd think that this triggering multiple times would result in as many duplicates. I've attempted to create multiple triggers, either through duplicates of the card via spark double or through roaming throne naming octopus. Each creates new triggers on the stack, but any that…

Shuffle
I humbly suggest someone actually do something about the **** poor shuffling that does, or I should say, Does Not occur. Came back to the game after being away for years, just to realize in a matter of 10 games that absolutely nothing has been done about the shuffle. I will not spend one more dime or one more minute playing a broken game. I’ll check back in another year or two. Have a nice day.

unable to login
EOE release day. Got in for a few mintues and now I can't. Options are check status, reconnect, or logout. Logging out then back in did not help nor did restarting.

Unable to access my account
Unable to access my account. I play on iOS tablet. Every time I try to connect I get a black screen that goes to unable to connect , then gives 3 options , check status and, reconnect, or log out. I check status and it says operational. I try to reconnect and all I get is a black screen. I tried to log out and log back in and get the same screen.

Cant connect even though Arena supposed to be working
When logging in, Arena goes through the whole load up then gets to Waiting for Server, this spins for a few minutes before it says, "Unable to get collection. Please try again later" Then it says, "There was a problem connecting with the server. Check status, reconnect, logout" have tried all three, but it keeps saying everything is working correctly, and won't reconnect me. I have tried everything, reinstall, disconnect wifi, restarts the works. Still does the same thing.

Ambassador of Evendo bug
Ambassador of Evendo has a bug regarding tap-sac lands like Evolving Wilds, because the game client never taps them to sac them in the actual client, likely to save on animation/processing time, causing it to not proc the land draw off of Ambassador of Evendo's effect, even though it really should. While Evolving Wilds not tapping hasn't been a problem before, we've not really had a card that required a check of it tapping.
I'm not sure if it hit other tap-sac lands because, well, I haven't gotten lucky enough to hit one of them and draw them yet aside…
