How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Invalid Deck in Timeless format

    For some reason that I don't know, when I go to search for a match with my Timeless deck it appears as an invalid deck, but in the decks session it doesn't show any error so I don't know what's interfering.

  3. Non standard legal cards in golden packs

    I just opened 10 golden packs which I just got from buying WOE packs. When I opened them I got LTR cards, which absolutely shouldn't be there, since golden packs are only supposed to contain standard legal cards, and LTR cards are not. I would like to have my golden packs refunded and for them to only give me standard legal cards

  4. New cards missing

    I’ve been missing several cards (notably rare and mythic rare) cards from new packs I just opened.

    On at least 4 occasions, I opened a pack to find a card that I really want to add to my existing deck, then go into deck builder immediately, and the new card is simply missing. I search by name, rarity, colour and nothing...

    This seems to happen quite often.

  5. Alchemy cards in Historic format

    I chose the historic format when creating my deck, I chose the historic gameplay mode when queuing up, I do not include any alchemy cards in my deck, but I still get matched against people with Alchemy cards in their decks. It seems the alchemy set is incorrectly included in the historic playable list.

  6. Starter Deck missing cards

    Hello, with the new set we got alot of new cards.
    but theres a bug that when you own some of the cards from another set, it doesnt give you the card so literally 100% of all starter decks have 1-2 rare missing for me.
    i cant replace them easy by the old set card but i would like the matching art and it being all from the same set so maybe you can check that and give the players the missing cards ?

  7. Friendly Brawl vs Friends Not Working

    When challenging a friend to a friendly brawl match, my deck says there are 3 invalid cards. It does not say which cards are invalid. Also, if I try to edit the deck from the select deck screen, it shows the deck as standard, not brawl.

  8. Opponents Hand Shows Buggy Cards

    Opponents hand shows odd cards revealed. Bug continues with opponent drawing cards face up, but then when played a different card is played.

  9. Ban Game-breaking Cards

    All cards that grant extra turns or combat phases need banned. These completely break the game and 99.99% of the time guarantee a win for the user. Also, any and all cards that allow my opponent to play cards from my library should be banned (i.e. beholder). I have played magic for over 2 decades now and these sort of cards are getting out of hand. It is one thing to use something like mindflayer and take 1 or two cards but to be able to play my library on your turn is rediculous. I will not spend 1 more…

  10. Banned Cards Standard

    I played a Standart Constructed Event today. One of my opponents played the Cards "Wilderness Reclamation" and "Growth Spiral" - which are banned.

  11. Do Not Add Rebalanced Standard Cards to Historic

    Like the title says. I had my worries about Alchemy but I was looking forward to trying it out. That is no longer the case. There is no reason for modified standard cards to replace their paper counterparts in Historic. I am okay with the digital only cards and while I'm not crazy about it, I can live with rebalancing those digital only cards. But Historic was also meant to be a place where we can play our rotated cards and needs to have access to all of the paper cards released on Arena. Once you "rebalance" those cards, it's…

  12. Sideboard cards are incorrect in sideboard viewer

    After sideboarding in a best-of-3 match, when I select "view sideboard" in-game, my sideboard is incorrect; cards that are not in my sideboard (because I have sideboarded them in) are listed as being in my sideboard, and cards I have sideboarded out do not appear in my sideboard.

  13. Alchemy cards in historic brawl

    1. I made a deck in standard brawl, containing alchemy cards. After changing my deck type to historic brawl, the standard versions of alchemy cards persist but arent legal now. I can add the legal versions to the deck, but i cannot interact with the non-legal ones. 2.I am on PC
    2. Im not able to delete, move or interact at all with the standard versions of alchemy cards after changing deck type from standard brawl to historic brawl
    3. expected result: i should be able to interact with these cards even though they arent legal in the format.

  14. Can't select anything in sideboard. Game stuck at 0:00

    Draft Bo3 queue. After going to sideboarding I can't select any cards from my sideboard into main. I can, however, move cards out of my main deck. Once the sideboard timer hits 0 it didn't move to the following game.

    Would like compensation for the draft.

  15. Gold Wild cards drop from Mythic packs

    So I would like you to make it so, GOLD wild cards, can't drop in mythic packs, maybe just have them drop mythic wild cards instead?

  16. Cards Art resolution on ipad needs to increase

    I play mostly on my ipad pro and the resolution of art of the cards is really low, I buy cosmetics and love the aesthetics of the game especially the cards and having low resolution and blurry art is a bit frustrating especially when you spend money on cosmetics etc which is my case. Make the resolution at least ewual to the PC experience, thanks.

  17. Wild cards not redeeming properly/Lost wild cards

    Deck building hang while attempting to craft cards. Took 3x the wild cards needed and still hasnt given me cards. Please refund my wildcards.

  18. Illegal Cards Being Played In Standard 2022

    Users are using cards inside the standard 2022 game mode that are not standard 2022. I've had players use murder as well as other cards such as the Ilysian Caryatid. Please fix, as it gives other players an unfair advantage in the mode, as these cards are not legal.

    While drafting, dragging cards from the pack to your deck does not place the card in the desired column.

  20. Repulsvive Mutation x=0

    Platform: PC
    Opponent uses Unauthorized Exit to bounce my Yarus back to my hand. Then when I recast it they attempt to counter with Repulsive Mutation with x=0 (with a 3/1 on the table). Mutation resolves but my Yarus is not countered (I did not have available mana to pay the cost). They obviously expected it to work, as did I, but it didn't.
