How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Decks are missing
All, except one, of my decks are missing from the game after most recent update on iPad.

Missing Card Styles
Premium card styles that I paid for are now missing. My suggestion is that you fix the bug.

Missing emotes
I’m missing emotes from my profile in arena. Also I was in the middle of a traditional standard event that just ended and the ability to start a new standard event isn’t on the client.

Galerider Sliver missing from Pioneer
I would love to see Galerider Sliver (and certainly other missing cards) added to Pioneer on MTG Arena. We have Galerider in paper but would love the opportunity to test with it on Arena as well. It's a major missing piece for anyone trying to make Slivers work in Pioneer on Arena.
Edit: Warping Wail would be great to see as well. Slivers in Pioneer would use many rainbow lands (for creatures) and a spell like Warping Wail would be a great tool to have since the rainbow lands would not produce colors for noncreature spells (exception being Mana Confluence).

Missing Mythic Card Reward
Upon reaching level 28 on my Theros mastery pass, I did not received the listed mythic rare card reward. I did receive the daily card reward that was awarded as a result ot the same game, but no mythic card. I checked my collection and there no new mythic cards added.

Prerelease packs missing
The packs from the lotr prerelease code I had waiting to open disappeared during the update. Please give them back.

Standard events missing
“Standard Event” and “Traditional Standard Event” are missing from Arena. Why is this? When will they be back? I can’t find any indication that WOTC is even aware of this.

Confirm Pick Button Missing
The Confirm Pick Button is missing in this weeks's midweek magic phantom bot draft (omenpaths) and quick draft tarkir dragonstorm.

Some Anthology Cards Functionally Missing
My issue is like this: some of my cards are missing entirely [can't be found even if selecting 'cards not owned' when looking at collection]. However, my decks that had the missing cards are still functional against a bot, but can't be played anywhere else, not even in timeless, the cards are functionally missing/banned. I can still play my decks against sparky but I wouldn't be able to do anything else, nor make any new decks.

What happened to the sideboard?! How do I edit my sideboard to adapt to the new cards in the new set?

End Season Rewards gave cosmetics I already had
At the end of the season rewards for September, I correctly received the booster packs and two cosmetic rewards; however, the cosmetic rewards were ones that I had already previously earned from Edge of Eternities. At least one was earned during the master pass. It was "Vote Out".

MISSING MASTERY REWARDS
MISSING MASTERY REWARDS, I paid good money for these rewards and many of them don't even appear as though they've been activated, despite me consistently leveling up. Please send a refund for the pass or give me my rewards.

missing packs and foundaation dupplicate protection bugs
I did buy 9 foundation packs and when I opened the 6th one I get a 20gem with message "I have all rares of foundation" but I am missing +100 rares
I did exit arena and post it on reddit

Sound FX missing on iOS after yesterday’s update (v2025.51.20)
Despite all the MTGA audio settings/sliders being enabled, some sound effects are no longer audible after the v2025.51.20 update/download (e.g. sounds when casting spells or destroying permanents).
Note that the in-game music and ambient sounds are still working as expected.
Also note that repairing game files and reinstalling the iOS app has not resolved the issue.
Plenty of others have reported the same issue, so it’s definitely widespread:

Missing titles, companions, emotes, avatars, and achievements
For the past 3 weeks I have been missing all of my titles, companions, emotes, avatars, and achievements. I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times; using the stand alone client and the steam; and verified installation integrity multiple times. Not sure what to do.

Mastery Tracker - Missing Standard Set
Why is Final Fantasy missing from the Edge of Eternities Mastery Tracker? It is a Standard set, correct? It goes back as far as Duskmourn, so....what gives?
