How to report a bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Arena is stuck on "Retrieving asset manifest" on Mac
After yesterday's system maintenance, I cannot get any of my mac machines to get beyond the "Retrieving asset manifest" screen on Arena. I have tried deleting and re-installing Arena with the same result.
I don't know of any workaround, I'd be happy to try a workaround to get this working.

Reduce mobile graphics
Please give an option to reduce mobile graphics. Or automatically reduce graphics once a large number of cards and tokens are present on the field. I just had to concede a game because the client froze on my phone once I had 30+ permanents

Paradox Engine is Legal on Arena...
You allow a broken infinite combo card like Paradox Engine to be legal on Arena... not only in Historic ...where a card like Sheoldred was too broken to reprint for the game... but in Brawl when it's actually banned in Commander. I'm not sure where the bug is but it's somewhere between thought process and reasoning.

game froze during draft game
Games froze during draft game, i disconnect, and when enters it remains in the same froze game. I cannot play.

black screen while opening the game
Whenever I click in the MTG icon to open the game, I get a black screen only showing the MTG's mouse cursor. It should open the game normally.

Win or Lose my rank goes down.
after the latest update my rank goes down win or lose in ranked play. and in unranked play it does the same thing i lose rank

Mana *****
There are days that your software flags me for mana *****. I have quite a few well balanced decks with either the exact or slightly more mana than is required to play my spells. I have to mulligan on these days constantly for mana issues or if I don't the software will load my hand with every card I cannot play and fill my mana pool with worthless mana. This is total BS. Opponents triggers counting down my timer after I hit resolve all
I get that if I have priority, I need to do something and my timer starts. But after I've already hit "Resolve All", why should I be punished for my opponent playing a deck that has a million triggers?

Disconnect from draft
I am using android.
I was disconnected during a strixhaven draft while I had two losses. The disconnect did not add a loss to the draft. I played another game and won. The win added to my rank tracker. When the current draft screen reloaded I had 3 losses.
This is an issue for a few reasons -
1. Why can't we reconnect to games? Every other digital card game has this functionality.
2. Why was I able to continue in a draft I was already out?
3. I defeated someone that was still in the draft. They got a…8 votes -
Limited rank dropped after winning a constructed match
I was playing in a traditional constructed event (Historic), and after winning a match, my limited rank dropped. This has happened multiple times, and will likely prevent me from getting to mythic if it continues.

Hacking problem?
Dear Sirs, During my attack phase I often can't seem to move forward. I click on the "Attack with all" icon but it doesn't send me forward. This happens in particular with a deck I have created that makes the opponent discard cards. This problem is very humiliating because I have to quit the game. It does not seem to me a technical problem but a hacking problem.

Can't pick on draft
Hi
I was doing a draft but could'nt pick half of the time
Was always on "waiting on other players to pass a draft pack"
My internet was working
Finished the first pack with 10 cards in my deck
for the second I got only 1 and it says "pack 2 pick 4"I just bought gems to do a draft and having that kind of bug give me want to ask for a refund pretty hard ...

Please improve reconnection time / roping on disconnect
Right now, when the game loses connection to the server, it is better to force quit and start it again rather than wait for it to reconnect. On my internet, the former usually loses me one turn (and all 30-second extensions) while the latter often times me out of the entire game. Granted, in most games losing a turn also means losing the game.
I'd love if the game could handle this better, as disconnects have become too frequent for me to continue playing. Rather than tackling hard-to-debug network issues (there is nothing useful in the logs) I think it'd…

Rage Quit Cheating
It seems that some people have mastered the art of rage quitting without losing. (Similar to pulling the ethernet plug when you were the host on xbox games so you don't get a loss) This is the second person who was about to lose when their countdown timer just stopped and no move has been made for over 10 min on their turn. The only way for the match to end is for me to concede the game. BS.

MTGA is trash, WoTC is greedy
For all the money WoTC makes every year you would think they'd offer a better quality service than this MTGA bullsshhiitt. Just about every aspect of the software is awful. I've also noticed that the bullshiitt "unity crash handler" they run along with the main software causes more hangups and crashes than it helps, it also eats up an unbelievable amount of memory for all it functions as.
