How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Liliana Vess / Challenge III Bug

    Liliana Vess / Challenge III Bug.

    Im in the middle of the Fight. Its the Turn of the Bot. but It wont play any cards... and there is no time penelty?!?! wtf.
    I waited 15min in the screen atatched to this post... nothing happend the bot refuses to play a card.....

  4. Set Completionist II achievement not given when getting x4 of an Alchemy Set.

    Set Completionist II achievement not given when getting x4 of an Alchemy Set. Just spent 6000 gems and 20+ wildcards. Set Completionist I was already gotten from having x1 of a "normal" set.

  5. BUG - game crashes when selecting deck in color challenge

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
      

      navigate to "Color Challenge" event
      select blue challenge (with all 5 challenges complete)
      click on the deck above the play button that says "aerial domination"
      this triggers an infinite load screen.

    2.   Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
      

      PC - Steam

    3.   Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
      

      loading screen "Waiting for the Server" that never loads and bricks the game

    4.   Enter the expected results of the feature
      

      not sure, I thought maybe there were other blue decks I could choose from or something.

  6. Quick Draft Quest not completing

    I started another draft and am still not receiving progress for the three quick draft matches however, and clicking thee quest doesn't appear to navigate to anything. Is this a known issue, or is there any other way to receive progress?

  7. Can't get past Color Challenge

    Having the classic cant get past Color Challenge issue. Have been DYING to play online, but I'm barred off from PVP. Did the skip tutorial/ unlock all option and nothing changed. Have been stuck fighting Bots for over a year and support has no idea why. PLEASE HELP

  9. Quickdraft challenge bug

    I played several matches of "Quick Draft Murders at Karlov Manor" and even won a few, but never got the rewards for "Complete three Quick Draft Matches".

  10. Game Didn't Load, Given Loss

    Tried to load into a draft game and the game loaded...but the game stopped there. I had no choice but to leave/concede. I was given a loss for this despite not being able to do anything else apart from that.

    I would like my gems refunded for this event given this will impact my overall result.

  11. Tutorial pixie showing up long after completing tutorial

    Ever since the new update ~a week ago, whenever I go to the home screen, the stupid tutorial pixie shows up saying I have a new quest and to click here to complete it. I completed the tutorial months ago and there’s no way to get it to stop. Extremely annoying and frustrating. I’m playing on iOS.

  12. Quick Draft 3 Games Completed Challenge isn't Working

    I finished a quick draft of three matches but the quest that wants 3 matches played to give 1000 gold is not working and it's not clickable either.

  13. Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress

    I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

  14. Daily Deals purchases

    I have purchased 50+ cards in the daily deals over the last few months and still haven’t been credited with the cards. Is there something else I can do besides leaving a comment here?

  15. Mastery pass rewards not being given.

    I purchased the duskmourn mastery pass. It gave me all of the prior premium rewards, however levelling up further is only giving me the free rewards and not the premium ones. Missing the rewards for levels 33, 34, and 35.

  16. Wasn’t given priority after Sheltered By Ghosts

    I lost the game because I wasn’t given priority to activate Skrelv’s protection ability to protect my Aclazotz after my opponent used Light Paws’ triggered ability to grab a Sheltered By Ghosts from their deck after casting Sage’s Reverie from their hand. Once my Aclazotz was exiled, I was THEN given priority to use Skrelv’s ability to protect one of my other creatures, but at that point it was too late, as Aclazotz was my only flyer.

  17. Daily Card reward supersedes Mastery Pass

    If a player reaches a daily card reward and a card reward from the Mastery Pass, the daily reward supersedes being able to see your Mastery card rewards -- typically Mythic Rare cards.

    This is a very feels bad moment and takes away the excitement of flipping mythic rare cards.

  18. not awarded card styles for color challenge

    completed the color challenges (all 5), but did not get any of the card styles. see attached screenshot for the white color challenge that i used as an eg when raising the issue with customer support. was disappointed with the reply i got, especially when i read online that others were able to have the missing card styles added to their account after contacting support. anyone able to actually help instead of the nothing burger i got from this particular CS?

    When I logged in for the first time today I was rewarded with 450 gold, and my daily wins were at 3/15.
