How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Direct Play Bo3 does not allow 15 sideboard cards

    If you try to play a "Direct Game" deck with your friends, you are only allowed to have 7 cards in your sideboard, meanwhile if you play "Direct Game Rebalanced" you can have 15 cards in your sideboard.

    Is this intended by WotC? How is it that if you want to play Pauper with your friends you cannot play with 15 sideboard cards unless you play rebalanced cards? Feels really awkard tbf.

  2. Consuming Aberration milling more cards than intended

    Consuming Aberration appears to be milling more cards than it should be. When a spell was played, opponent would reveal a nonland, a land and then 2 more cards. Whether visual or gameplay I'm unsure, because its possible the client knows the land is 4 cards down and reveals as intended, but what I see clientside is the nonland, land, then 2 nonlands

  3. Rebalanced & Regular Card Counts Combined

    After the 7/14/22 update, when editing decks containing any card that has both a normal and a rebalanced version, the number of cards shown as owned is incorrect. It displays a combined count of the two card versions.

    For example, if you own 2 copies of Esika's Chariot and Alchemy Esika's Chariot, the deck editor shows you as having 4 copies of Esika's Chariot instead of 2 copies of each separate version.

    Even when the card count is displayed correctly, decks with any of these cards may still come up as invalid when saved and require you to use wildcards…

  4. Dragging cards in draft

    While drafting, dragging cards from the pack to your deck does not place the card in the desired column.

    During the tutorial, cards freeze in place, making it impossible to continue gameplay.

  6. Sideboard only showing 4/15 cards when in deckbuilding

    I am trying to modify my sideboard for my timeless Bo3 with the new set just dropping. My sideboard states that it has 15 cards in it, but only my companion and 3 additional cards show. I have not modified anything. I am able to add cards, but then it says that I am over the 15 card limit.

  7. Ban all blue counter cards

    All blue counter cards should be banned. They make this game pathetically unfun. I know, let's play a card game where we don't play any cards. How great. All you d-bag's that play blue counter decks can suck it. Blue decks are the worst thing in this game and should be taken away completely and replaced with something much more fun.

  8. Crafted Cards Uncrafted

    I crafted a large number of cards for a new deck two days ago (before the update), and today when I logged back on, the cards were saying they weren't crafted but the wildcards I had saved up were used. For context, I had crafted all but 3 Rares, and all but 4 Mythics. Everything else had been crafted as well.

  9. Unable to select certain cards during Sideboarding

    Playing bo3 ranked, unable to select certain cards during sideboarding, specifically Negate (alternate art). All other cards were able to be selected.

  10. Missing Cards After Opening Packs

    opened packs and received 3 Planeswalkers and only have 1 in my collection. I could also be missing other cards as I did not check the entire log vs my collection as there were a ton of packs.

  11. repulsive Mutation x=0

    While controlling a 6 power creature I cast repulsive mutation for x=0, my opponent did not have to pay 6 mana and I did not counter his spell

  12. Cards not showing up after purchase

    I purchased a bundle using 1900gems and my cards aren't showing up. Gems were deducted, the bundle(which was one of 3 in the store) isn't showing anymore, but no cards. Please advise..

  13. have brawl decks without alchemy cards

    I'd like to suggest that for those of us who do not want to play Brawl with Alchemy cards that you provide additional match making where the system attempts to match players not just on deck strength but also on number of Alchemy cards in deck. I would prefer an entirely Alchemy free Brawl experience due to how miserable the play patterns on cards like Mythweaver Poq, Chorus/Intensity, Oracle of the Alpha, Grenzo, Lootmonger and more are. But hidden matchmaking that lets me queue a deck with 0 alchemy cards and get matched against similar low alchemy card decks would…

  14. Sideboard

    1. Playing Bo3 standard ranked
    2. iOS 3.Actual: Unable to sideboard between games. Cards cannot leave sideboard to main. When minusing/pulsing copies of cards in main to sideboard and submit, arena says invalid deck submission.
    3. Expected: Able to sideboard freely without issues.
    4. No screenshots.
    5. No workaround.

  15. Cards not dealt

    No cards were presented for mulligan. The cards were finally dealt after the first timer expired. Then I am not sure what happened because my opponent timed out and lost.

  16. Lost cards

    I bought all of the fetch lands when they were first added in the bundle. Now, anytime I get another fetch I also lose one of the printing I bought. I’d like to please keep all of my cards!

  17. Favourite cards not being remembered

    I installed arena on a new PC and it never remembers my favourited cards. Even if I set favouerite lanfd cards, log off and log back on, the game does not remember the favourited land .

  18. Sideboard Cards Duplication

    When moving positions of cards in the sideboard in the deck editor, cards will sometimes duplicate. The cards themselves are not duplicating into my collection, and seem to be only a UI issue. The deck can still be saved, however when trying to queue into a game (ranked in my case), the deck will be illegal. This can be resolved by going back into the deck and out again, either saving changes or discarding them. This duplication seems to happen when moving cards into or out of the 7 card sideboard, and not within the same section.

  19. BUG: Starter decks showing as invalid for standard play

    I earned the standard legal pre-constructed decks a while back, but I haven’t tried to play with them in a while. They are now all showing as invalid for Standard Play, despite the fact they look like they have been updated for the current format. I have triple-checked that I am looking under the starter deck section and not looking at old invalid decks I’ve cloned.
