How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game keeps freezing
I have been playing Arena on iOS. Today, my game started freezing when I try to load into a game. I first noticed it when I joined a Standard Event. I loaded into my first match, started playing, then the game randomly closed during the match. I then reloaded the game. I went to the event and it showed that I had 0 wins or losses, as if my game hadn’t happened. Now, whenever I try to join a game of any kind, it freezes after drawing the initial hands. Can't play games
Queue times seem unusually long, and when I do finally get into a game (in any mode, both constructed and limited), nobody seems to be able to make any choices on keeping or mulligan hands. Sometimes hands don't even show up and I see only an empty board and stats that say both players have 999 cards in hand, 999 cards in library, 999 cards in graveyard etc. Can't play any games at all.

All cards are black during drafting
During premium draft just now I was drafting and all cards were black. Loging out and loging back in during the draft did not solve the issue. I would like a refund for the gems spent on the draft.

Unable to play matches
Stuck at Waiting for Opponent in almost all matches across multiple formats. Occasionally able to load into a match, unable to get past mulligan phase. Premier draft is unable to be selected. Had an Avatar Premier draft deck with 0/0 record, now completely unable to select Avatar premier draft. May have been awarded match losses for inability to connect, I can't tell as the premier draft option is currently not visible and unable to be selected.

store error
When purchasing gems I am getting a Store Error - Unknown Error and am unable to purchase gems. I have repaired game files and the same issue remains.

Deck Building Issue
Is anyone else on IOS having the issue in deckbuilding during a draft where the back button in this screen does not work? You have to cancel deck building (and all current deck building changes) to return to the draft deck.

My victories are not being counted
I won the 3 midweek matches and won a best of 3 ranked. And no victory was counted, and the mission that I would have already finished remains zeroed

Game crashed and I got a loss in draft
The game crashed twice in a row playing the premier draft Lorwyn Eclipsed and it gave me a loss. The second crash happened when I played "tweeze" on an opponents creature and chose a mountain to discard.

Unable to make a move, unsure of cause
Has happened in back to back brawl games now. The opponent will make a move, I should have an opportunity to decline to make a move in response but the pass button is not on the screen. Additionally, I cannot look at any of my other cards with the expand card option or tap any of my untapped mana. The game clock simply times out with my timeouts while I am unable to make a move.

Ajani Outland Chaperone - Warning: Please take a different action or the game will end in a draw
Playing a white black deck with Ajania OPutlander Chaperone. I used the ability to look at the top X amount of cards where x is my life total and put any with mana value 3 or less on the battlefield (26 cards looked at, 13 placed).
Some of these cards triggered life gain when entering, others created token on life gain or 1/1 cat tokens. The arena was looping around a few times then the warning started. I had no option but to keep resolving and then it drew the game.

Mobile app crashes whenever a vehicle is crewed
Whenever a vehicle is crewed and comes onto the field, the mobile app crashes.

Game freezes on cast or attack animation
When casting a spell and it goes to the stack, or during attack animations the game freezes and timer starts running out. I am unable to do anything and have to restart and rejoin the match

Please give us a free mulligan for "silly" events
This week's MWM is Golden Pack sealed, which is described by Arena as a "silly" format. Please give us a free mulligan for these casual formats. Brawl has a free mulligan, and this format is even more casual than Brawl! I witnessed multiple games in this MWM where one player just had to scoop because of not enough lands.

Master Pass Level Boost - did not receive all of purchase packs
I purchased mastery pass experience for level 40, but did not receive all of the packs shown on the level boost page. I have attached a screenshot of the level boost page I saw when I clicked on level 40. But I did not receive the number of packs shown. Please provide the displayed number of packs I was supposed to receive with the purchase.

Don & Raph, Hard Science: Cost reduction ability does not work
After attacking with "Don & Raph, Hard Science", the effect does not work. I've held multiple types of noncreature spells: enchantments, instants, sorceries, and had 3 artifacts on the field from "Mouser Foundry " and "Bespoke Bo" and there is never an opportunity to get a discount. It says it triggered and the ability shows on the left, but it is not actually usuable.

game freez when oponent quits after casting a spell that triggered an ability
opponent cast Mai scornful striker followed quickly by shoot the sheriff then quit as both cards were going on the stack. then the game locked up not letting the ability's to trigger as it is waiting for him to accept Mai's triggered ability and it didn't go into a time out forcing me to close the game and denying me the win.

Back button in Deck Info screen (premier draft) is non-functional
When in the Deck Info screen within premier draft deck building , there’s a glitch where the back button does not go back to the Deck Builder screen. I’m on iPhone iOS 18.6.2. This happens consistently to me since the Avatar release. The only way to get out of the Deck Info screens is to exit the draft and restart the “Build Deck”.

Matches freezing mid-game
Since the last update on February 24th, I've been having trouble playing. Matches constantly freeze mid-action, making it impossible to continue. I must have tried playing around 10 matches today, and this happened in 4 of them. This occurred in both standard ranked matches and duels with starter decks. I tried disconnecting from the game and rejoining the match twice on one occasion, but I remained frozen (it wasn't an internet outage, as the opponent continued to communicate).
