How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Shuffling

    The update today, 12/9/2021 has had me having 0 lands in hand after multiple mulligans. This is ridiculous. It's to the point where I'm putting down arena. There's no point in playing a game that resembles an EA based strategy. I'd rather go and play some knockoff online before putting anymore time and energy into this. It would be a different story if it was a one off instance, but I have consistently had 0 land hands mulligan in down to 2 before drawing a hand of all lands. Something is amiss and needs to be fixed.

  2. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

    the game crash and impossible to join the battle after, the game crash systematicaly and i loose the game.... In a draft game

  4. Shuffler, the way to stop those who win a lot in a row

    Shuffler, once again, destroying what could have been a good draft...
    I spend 1500 gems to play a draft, from the second win in a row, I always lose thanks to the ****** shuffler...
    Game 3: I go into the game with 3 lands in my hand, I end the game with 11 lands on the battlefield and 2 in my hand.
    Game 4: I mulligan because I only have 2 lands of the opposite color in my hand, I have 6 cards, 2 of them lands, in the 6 turns I played I bought the third land in the…

  5. Remove Digital-Only Cards from the Timeless Format

    The timeless format is a big step forward and many players, including myself are excited to start playing it.

    However, the constant pushing of digital only designs and pursuit of empty slogans such as "all cards on arena are legal" add nothing to the excitement and health of the format, many players would rather a true to paper experience with as little digital designs as possible.

    Please consider removing alchemy from Timeless.

  6. Tutorial

    I can't pass the tutorial — specifically, the IV tutorial. The game gives me the option to use a card that evokes 3 monsters to block an attack, but I can't select the monsters to block.

  7. Error Updating Data

    The game is stuck on startup.
    It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

    Obviously my connection work just fine. I think this is a bug.

  8. Game crash

    When i start a battle or the opponent cast a spell, the game crash and impossible to join the battle after, the game crash systematicaly and i loose the game.... In a ranking match...

  9. Alchemy and Historic

    Is this a bad joke? Surely you can’t be this incompetent. Adding nerfed cards that are BALANCED FOR STANDARD to historic is idiotic. Also, literally no one asked for Alchemy what a waste of resources. Where is Pioneer, 4 player brawl, Modern or the myriad of other formats people actually want to play?! Will you be providing gem refunds for all the historic decks I built or should I just chargeback?

  10. Everytime i play a planeswalker or a create card transforms into a planeswalker, the app crashes on me playing brawl on an andriod phone

    Everytime I cast a planeswalker, or a creature transforms into a planeswalker, my app on my android crashes. When I reload it, it'll take me back to the game but then crash again immediately. It's happened in 3 different games today 3 seperate times on the day.

  11. Every single game played is garbage, wizards has scammed their entire community with this game and should be boycotted.

    People should stop playing this game and stop supporting anything to do with wizards of the coast or Hasbro, they are completely scamming their entire player base with every new release and every single format currently, the code for this game is garbage and is setting players up and deciding outcomes of games before the games are even started, delete this trash and stay far far away from this scamming level BS.

  12. xp not rewarded for quest completion bloomburrow

    Completed a daily quest for after buying mastery pass for bloomburrow. Only 250 Xp rewarded, not the 500 Xp. Mac platform.

    Can we add a ranked version for brawl and historic brawl? I prefer this game mode and it makes me sad to see it's the only official mode that does not get a ranked version.

    Client frozen during ranked draft.

    Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

    Kaito, Bane of Nightmares continues to turn into a creature during its controllers turns, despite the fact that Imprisoned in the Moon states that he loses all other abilities

  17. Cannot access store

    Every time I try to access the store, I get a black screen and it fails to load, crashing Arena. This has been attempted multiple times over the course of the last couple weeks. Thanks for your help!

  18. Deep cavern bat needs a ban from standard

    It is ubiquitous in black decks and there should be no ubiquitous cards in a well designed game.

  19. Quick Draft Quest No Progression

    I decided to spend some of my gold to do the Quick Draft Quest (the blue one) and started a WOE Quick Draft event. After playing 3 matches I went to check on my quest progression, since I didn't get the reward prompt, only to find out that it's still at 0/3. Immensely disappointed as I won't have enough gold this month to do another draft and get the Halloween pet, so I'd have to wait a whole other month to attempt to do this quest again.

  20. Auto-shuffler not working properly

    Starting a game, I mulliganed down to 5 cards, so had to put 2 cards ON THE BOTTOM OF MY LIBRARY. On my second turn, I drew one of those cards, Zurgo & Ojutai, of which I only had one in the deck. This is proof the shuffler is not working as the game is intended, and instead makes you draw cards based on an algorithm. Fix the shuffler.
