How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Mutagen Bug

    The Mutagen tokens on MTG Arena on mobile are bugged. They can be activated without paying mana to ***** them, even though they are supposed to cost 1 generic mana to activate.

  2. BUG: Amphibian Downpour + doubling effects does not work

    Amphibian downpour and the doubling effects does not work. If I have amphibian downpour and parallel lives on the battlefield, it should double the number of tokens that get attached to the creature.

  3. Disappear mechanic bug

    I was playing Lord Dregg, insect invader and his disappear mechanic was not working. Despite having tokens leave the battlefield (via dalkoven packbeasts) and warping susurian voidborn, Dreggs mechanic did not trigger in the end step.

  4. Putrid pals/sally pride bugge

    Putrid pals entered as a 5/5 a was equipped with novel nunchuku making it a 6/6 trample. I blocked with 3x 2/2 sally pride tokens and my life total went from 6 to 0. Game over

  5. moonshadow

    The Lorwyn card Moonshadow is failing to remove counters when I sacrifice Clue tokens. The card says nothing about a nontoken clause, is there a reason why its triggered ability shouldn't trigger?

  6. Saheeli Incorrectly copying celestial colonnade

    If you transform Celestial Colonnade into an 4/4 elemental with vigilance/flying and then use Saheeli Sublime Artificer to change a servo into the elemental celestial colonnade, it will turn into only the land. If it is a copy, it should have all characteristics of the original, including the creature portion.

    Noticed on PC, powered cube.

  7. Bug with adept watershaper

    I used Abigale to give a creature flying and lifelink, when in attacked with it I had adept watershaper on the battlefield it didn’t get indestructible even though it was tapped, it cause me to lose the game. There is a bug with one of these two cards. It was during a draft. Id like for my gems to be refunded for the draft

  8. Missing Card

    Opened a card pack for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set, and received the Brainstorm full art card, and it is not available in any set, nor can I make the card with tokens. Is the card banned?

  9. Non Stylized Card Art Bug

    Version: 2026.55.10.11072.1228610
    Affected Platforms: Desktop and Mobile

    During the last few updates (Avatar Set and now Lorwyn) stylized card art (motion) is not showing correctly for tokens or for the main art on the cards (Beastie changes back to the default style as well)

  10. Ozai, the phoenix king bugged (ability active with 4 unspent mana istead of 6)

    Hi, today, during a draft game at about 9:50 Prague time (CET), I had a bug happen. I played Ozai, my opponent enchanted him with a swampsnare trap, reducing his stats. Then, during my turn, I started tapping lands to add mana to my pool (to make Ozai indestructible). As soon as there was 4 unspent mana in my pool, ozai gained indestructible and flying (see attached screenshot). The game was played on android.
    This is not correct, Ozai states that he needs 6 unspent mana in pool to gain those abilities. Maybe swampsnare trap unintentionally changes this, because…

  11. Player to Player interactions

    Magic: Arena- Sometimes players are ******* ******** and I just don't need that kind of negativity in my mind or associated with my playing experience. I'd like to just be able to disable player emotes and phrases passively, not have to remember every match to Mute a player before the game begins. Sure, that makes those event emotes you design redundant, but they often suck anyways and don't really capture that "Magic Arena emotes are definately worth the money" vibe.   12. Festive Feast in Japanese demands treasure

    The Japanese translation for the conditions of one of the Winter Achievements, Festive Feast, is incorrect.

    The English text reads: “Sacrifice 45 food tokens over any number of games.”
    The Japanese text reads: “宝物・トークンを合計45個生け贄に捧げる。”
    The correct Japanese text should be: “食物・トークンを合計45個生け贄に捧げる。”

  13. Improving Auto Stops - General Base Rule Required

    For UX, I believe most cards are operating if a manually coded stop has been added. Like before you draw a card per turn, there is a manual stop added if Sheoldred the Apocalypse is in play (opponent controlled, so you gain this stop regardless of holding full control). This stop is also regardless if you have an instant/flash or activated ability.

    To clarify, this is a good thing.

    However lets code this as a general rule (which can be augmented with special manual cases).

  14. Integer overflow bugs

    I had a deck where my creatures had lifelink and an exponentially increasing number of +1/+1 counters, and my opponent had Herald of Eternal Dawn preventing him from losing the game, even with negative life. So we got to a point where my creatures had literally billions of +1/+1 counters, and I noticed 2 bugs related to integer overflow:

    • The display of life total seems to be vulnerable to integer overflow. After my creatures with lifelink dealt about 3 billion damage to my opponent, my life total was displayed as negative and his was displayed as positive. The life total…

  15. Bug — Ozzie the Phoenix King

    Ozai the Phoenix King, when cast on Main Phase 1 with two untapped lands skips to declare attackers steps immediately upon resolution. After declaring him as an attacker, opponent gains and maintains priority throughout combat phases. There is no opportunity to tap two lands, to get to 6 unspent mana and grant him flying and indestructible. Opponent can declare blockers, and then damage assignment immediately occurs. when combat ends the turn is over - Main Phase 2 is also skipped.

    This bug occurred in two matches in the same Quick Draft BO1.

  16. creature type shrine

    my opponent created shrine creature tokens and casted a shrine creature so I chose a card from the spellbook that targets creatures of the chosen type but shrine creature type was not listed even though the creatures on the battlefield were listed as legendary enchantment creature- shrine. So i should have been able to wipe the board by choosing shrine as the creature type however because its not listed as a creature type i was unable to choose this option.

  17. Card Display's Bugged in Matches.

    Playing on Android.
    Cards in hand are displaying the back, displays are getting stuck all over the board, covering up cards played by opponents. Permanents not changing display state, example I have three lands but only displaying two tapped, can play cards but lands don't untap. Artifact Tokens that became creatures don't move from their area to the creatures area. Every card played by opponents stays on the screen and covers up what is being played.

  18. Collective Inferno not working as intended

    Both players' boards are wide. I have Hovel Hurler + Gustplitter Gang (Goblin Berseker) in play, Collective Inferno in hand. During my turn I use extra creatures to convoke Collective Inferno and name Goblins. Hovel Hurler gives Gutsplitter Gang +1 attack and flying, I attack for 7 in the air, opponent has 12 HP.

    Opponent says GG and uses his Instant giving my Gutspliiter Gang +3/-3, making it a 10/3 flier that should assign 20 damage in combat.

    Combat damage is counted and opponent has 2 HP afterwards. They say “Oops” and proceed to all atack and lethal me…

  19. Route for Parallax / Extended Art requests

    Can we have a route for requesting Parallax/Extended Art treatments for cards and tokens in previous sets that never got that treatment?

    Presuming there is a "Parallax team" as it were, as new sets continue to get this treatment, it would be wonderful to have a community route in for the most popular/desired "missed" cards to get this treatment.

    Top of my list for example is Riders of the Mark from LOTR - nearly all the other red human typal cards from that set got the parallax treatment except for probably the best card in that archetype! It feels…

  20. Sealed

    Being forced into 2 colors before opening sealed product is taking away deck building freedom. The amount of cards in the other 3 colors can be detrimental to being able to play what colors you want to and or what rares and or mythics you pull. I usually play 6 plus sealed, but since the forced stuff starting in Avatar, I will not play anymore then the tokens that I paid for. Stop taking away deck building freedom. Its is foundational to this game.
