2. When deck creating, I can’t filter through rarity. Just card type since the most recent update

   When deck creating, I can’t filter through rarity. Just card type since the most recent update on IOS. I can highlight the rarity but when I press ok, nothing happens. It stays on the search screen.

3. Error packs won't open

   I was given 10 packs as a mythic reward for an error in giving the rewards last season. The packs don't open, I can't tell what cards came out. I press them, I don't see an animation but the wild rare/mythic roulette increased, and the packs disappeared.

4. I can't buy gems (get a problem with with paypal)

   I want to buy some gems, and connect to the paypal window, but after entering my email address and my password, the window stay blank...(white), I don't see the payment page.

5. Daily reward not counting the spells I've used so far, tried a new one also not counting anything!

   Daily rewards say I need to do 30 black/green spells. I justed played a game with a mono black deck and still the counter says no, it should say something like 8 or 9 by now. I took a new reward as the previous one (it was 20 green/red spells) also wasn't counting anything...

8. Missing cards after 3/31/2026 update

   I am no longer seeing the Odyssey printing of the card Entomb in my collection after the 3/31 update today and the client is giving an error message "This deck contains cards not legal in this format. Invalid cards have been removed from your deck." after opening the deck from the Decks screen. The TLE version is still showing as available to craft.

9. Tired of Historic Brawl matchmaking

   Dear WOTC,

   I'm really tired of the matchmaking in Historic Brawl. Out of the last 30 games I have played using Glarb, Calamity's Augur as my commander, I have been matched about 15 times against Ajani, Nacatl Pariah, 5 against Nashi, Illusion Gadgeteer, 5 against Rusko and 5 against Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student. All of those "commanders" are banned as commander in Duel Commander and or are Alchemy Garbage. If you aren't going to actually maintain a healthy ban list for the format and separate alchemy from it, I'm quitting it completely. Most of the time I end up rolling my eyes and leaving the computer open while the timer runs out after seeing the 5th Ajani in a row.

10. Correction Needed: Major Oracle Text Errors in the Korean Localization(1/3)

    I am posting a detailed list of about 100 translation errors currently present in the Korean version of the game.

    I had already submitted these exact corrections a few years ago, but unfortunately, they still remain unaddressed in the client. Since these errors involve core rule interactions and card abilities, they actively disrupt gameplay and cause unnecessary disputes during matches. They must be corrected.

12. Deck builder is almost useless right now

    Please fix the bugs with the deck builder. The filters are bugged, you cannot go back if you try to use them. And some decks cannot be even opened for editing, you are met with a waiting for the server loop. Not being able to edit decks or create new decks is a major limitation. I can't imagine what new players without personalized decks are going through right now. What is the point of playing if you can't make your own deck?

15. No rewards for winning, ranking not updating

    Not getting rewards for winning, win count not increasing, ranking not changing after wins when I am in mythic.
    And now have spark rank.
    Nice to know when you are in the top 1500 mythic and you win games you dont actually increase rank due to a bug, then have to struggle for 40 minutes to figure out on which page redirect you need raise a bug, probably only to get a new common card skin for the issue, rather than the 20 play points you would have gotten along with all teh other rewards the 10 wins would have gotten me if I noticed nothing happened after every win.

16. Magic Arena, can't log in

    after my last match today i simply wasn't able to connect to the game again, i get "Unable to login authentication failed for ********: Timeout"i tried reinstalling the game and some other trobuble shooting but nothing seems to work

19. Requires update but there isn’t an update

    Tried playing it after I’ve already played it this morning the now it says there is an update and won’t let me load the game but the App Store says it’s up to date.

20. App won’t start?

    I’m on iPhone, the app is saying it needs an update but it doesn’t, this problem started on 05/26/26 for me
