How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to attach game log file to UserVoice tickets
Every time I try to submit a bug ticket with the game log attached I get a message saying "we were unable to submit your request". The log file is ~34 MB, and it says here that it has to be under 50 MB. Tried using Chrome and Mozilla browsers on windows PC.

Unable to cast any spell in Modern Horizons 3 draft
Unable to cast my Sneaky Snacker on turn two for one black and one blue mana even though I have the mana available. I click on repair game files and when the process is over the game is counted as a loss.

Better Offer copied one of my creatures instead of pulling from opponent's deck
When the spell resolved I was prompted to choose which one of my creatures on the battlefield to copy, which worked, and then no creature from the enemy's deck appeared.

Missing Cards
I woke up this morning and started playing some MTGA mobile (iOS) and shortly noticed that may of my decks are missing cards. I played some last night, built a new deck, and after playing a game with it went to bed. On reflection I had cards missing then too. Not all my cards were available to build with. Many of the missing cards are from starter decks, but not all the cards will be missing from a single deck, some will be left. Also, some of the decks with missing cards are still playable.…

My jump in midweek magic event gave me 28 lands in a 40 card deck. I picked Roku for my first packet and Powerful for my second. I checked my deck before playing and lo and behold, green lands for some reason

Match rigged
Can you please fix the absurd bad game system!!!!
It is absurd that with 25 lands i constantly have mana problems!!!
It is absurd that the percentage of games i start drawing is less than 30% every day!!!!!
It is absurd that if i change my deck i immediately face the worst possible opponent!!!
It is absurd that using a deck with more than 60% of winning history i cannot leave platinum tier 4 or 3!!!!Cambada de atrasados!!!!!

Sign In failure - unable to access game
Sign In on linux based distributions always produces the "Connection Lost" dialog box (see attachment).
I have periodically tried signing in over the past 2 years, at some point it still worked, but in more recent times it just always produces the dialog box in the screenshot, no matter how many times you reconnect/sign in, check the ports on network, it doesn't seem to care. Ironically the android one works fine, but editing a deck on that platform inspires thoughts of arson related to the WoTC headquarters. So, I ask with tears in my eyes, what is it that makes…1 vote -
Matchmaking sucks! I am tired of constant mirror matches
Matchmaking in Arena is unbalanced and unfair and most of all unfun. Constant mirror matches suck! Constantly playing against the same decks regardless of opponent sucks! please do true natural random matchmaking. skill based and deck strength matchmaking sucks and isn't fun.

EOE Card Back Not Working
I have the new EOE card back set as my favorite, but it only shows up on the 'deck details' screen. All new decks I create/import have the basic card back shown in the deck build screen. When I manually select the EOE card back, I see the favorite star, and select it, and it shows up correctly at the 'deck details' screen, but even when I go back to the deck/card view screen it is back to the MTG default skin. Midweek madness not using most recent release (12/16/2025)
Issue: midweek madness brawl builder’s challenge not using most recent release’s commanders
Steps to repro:
1) select mwm from play menu and click play
2) click + on choose your deck
3) click + on my decks screen
4) filter results to Avatar: the last airbender
5) click okExpected results:

Legions to Ashes unable to target Hooded Blightfang
Opponent played Hooded Blightfang. It's a nonland creature with no abilities that would block targeting by Legions to Ashes. Legions to Ashes allows me to exile opponent's target nonland permanent and any tokens with the same name. The opponent also had nothing on the field that would've prevented Legions to Ashes from working or targeting their permanents. Regardless of these facts, I was unable to target Hooded Blightfang with Legions to Ashes.

Matchmaking and counter deck
È veramente impossibile che gli avversari che incontro , 4 di seguito , usino stessi mazzi o con strategie mirate a counterare il mio mazzo. Siete una vergogna. Certe volte credo facciate apposta. Poi perché, quando compro una bustina, magicamente vinco 3 partite di fila? Abbiamo reso davvero questo gioco pay to win ? Nello screenshot: il mio avversario dove ha preso travolgere che non ha nessuna carta giocata con quell'effetto.

My timeout ropes used up by my opponent's actions
My opponent was running a Mill deck and I had Gaia's Blessings in my deck, so they kept stacking mill triggers and mill triggers. I click "resolve all", but while all the triggers are going, it's MY rope that's burning even though I clicked "resolve all" and it's THEIR triggers taking up all the time.

Flag Sleeves not working
The country flag sleeves are not showing while in game(match). It shows on the sleeve selection screen and you can pick them. It shows in the deck builder screen as the sleeve chosen for the deck. But when you enter a game, it shows the default sleeve.
Playing on PC. I'm using the spanish one to be precise.

Could not select creature to sacrifice
I could not select my creature to sacrifice it just kept showing the lands it had exiled every time I clicked on it. Also, the cards in my hand always show up lower than they should be. I have to flip my screen every time to make it normal again.

Disconnection During Draft – Request for Refund
Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding an issue I experienced during a draft I entered for the Final Fantasy set release on MTGA. I was disconnected during the card selection phase and was unable to reconnect in time to complete the draft properly.
This significantly affected my ability to build a viable deck and enjoy the event. Would it be possible to receive a refund or some form of compensation for this draft?

Opponent Mirror Matching
- I build a new deck
- I play a mirror match, sometimes for several games in a row
Question (please answer): Can you provide us with details on WHY this happens, how we can avoid it, and consider a game format that has ZERO influence on player matching? What's wrong with random matching? It allows your customers to test decks properly rather than with the Arena finger on the scale.

Unable to use Mazemind Tome Artstyle despite owning the same set of card
Today's daily deal had the Parallax "Foundations" version of card Mazemind Tome.
I have the regular Foundations version of the card so I purchased the parallax version and went to my collection to apply it and it is not available. I have included a screen shot of the store showing it was purchased and no longer available. And another screen shot showing my collection with the regular Foundations card but not the parallax version I just purchased.63 votes
