How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Did not receive reward for completing daily quest
This morning 12/10/25 when I completed a daily quest -- playing 30 green spells -- the quest disappeared but I did not receive the 750 gold reward and there was no splash screen that usually accompanies receiving the reward. It's just gone, and I didn't get the gold. This has never happened to me before. I noted specifically before I played the game that I needed only one green spell, and that the 750 gold would put me over 3000 gold so I could buy three packs -- but, nope.

Server connection keeps getting lost every 15 seconds/IOS
Server connection keeps getting lost during any game function ie. game play/deck building/store/etc.

Immediate loss after connection problem premiere draft
I had a match in Premiere Draft and my internet connection went down for a few seconds. The game went immediately to the draft Interface and it showed 1 loss after I had connection again. There was no chance to get back into the match.

Cannot update without disabling Pi-Hole
I failed multiple times to update today. This is not unusual for me. I'll get to the screen that shows a progress bar for a data download, and then the data count will freeze and never move. Previously I've just tried however many times, using Alt+F4 or Task Manager to kill useless instances of Arena.

disconnected from server
disconnected from server despite everything else running fine in the background.
this has happened many times before and I've always been able to reconnect to the game by disconnecting from wifi, reconnecting to wifi and reentering play queue to re-enter the match I was forced out of.
I was in a casual timeless match vs Dr Mr Sister Fister and upon re-entering the play queue, sat for 3 mins to be given the loss screen.1 vote -
No hexproof
I had 4 creatures on the board and the enemy played Split Up. I proceeded to use Snakeskin Veil on my Mossborn Hydra so give it hexproof to protect it from dying. So Snakeskin Veil landed then when Split Up landed it destroyed my Mossborn Hydra. How can a creature with hexproof die from a opponent's spell. This cost me the game and I was going to hit for 600+ damage the next turn

Loss on Matchmaking
1: Was Standard Ranked matchmaking
2: Cancelled <3 seconds before match found
3: Went to get coffee (2 minutes)
4: Started matchmaking
5: Matchmaking took >2 minutes with no cancel button
6: Matchmaking ended, indicating a Loss instead of a Draw.No option to cancel during this, just waited for the match to start only to get a loss? No disconnection on my part, stable connection and no history of this happening before.

Completionist II Not Triggering
I have 100 percent completion of Brother's War, but the Completionist II achievement is not triggering.

Cid on working in Brawl
Cid, Timeless Artifiecer is not working in Brawl. Deck is invalid due to having more than on Cid but card lets you play more than one in a brawl deck.

Assimilation Aegis French Translation Bug
It seems that assimilation aegis is badly translated into French, on the card in play it was indicated “exile up to one non-assassin creature ”, I played “invincible scarer” and “Soulstone Sanctuary”, both being technically “assassin”,
Checking the card in English, there is no mention of “assassin”.

Tithing Blade Artifact Glitch
After heisting Tithing Blade from an opponent's deck and playing it, it returns to the opponent's side (original owner) after transforming into consuming sepulcher. It should have stayed on my side after it had transformed.

Problem with my rat deck
I have a brawl deck made of rats, and it has a lot of Rat Colony cards, which say that there can be any number of them in the deck, and when I try to play it, it says that there are too many duplicates of it. Last month it worked properly.

Game freezing since July 8th 2025 update can't play at all
Is anything being done to fix the game freezing on android since the july 8th update. Haven't been able to play since. Can't get past home screen. I hit play, it goes to play options, then freezes completely.

Checkout
Unable to log into Paypal through the xsolla store. When I input email and password it just loops me back into the login screen. It registers if my information is incorrect, but on correct entry it just resets. I have tried both login in with password and with one time code.

Please add the Moogle Companion to the store.

Joshua, Phoenix's Dominant Flipping
While playing MTG Arena on my Verizon Phone, I played the new Joshua, Phoenix's Dominant as my commander on brawl, Flipping said card (on the Phoenix side) caused the rest of my Phoenix cards (I'm playing a typal Phoenix deck!) to also exile themselves and return. Not only that but also caused my other Phoenix cards to also deal damage on saga chapter 1 (I don't know about saga 2 though, I noticed this bug once, while the exile bug I witnessed twice).
