How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Game freezes
there is a bug where the application (Mtg Arena) freezes when you select the cards from the graveyard to pay the escape cost for Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger (on macOS Monterey 12.1) and app version 2021.12.10.652.904583

Your servers stink!!!
Your servers cannot handle your traffic, constantly getting kicked out & I have the latest IPad. This is a you issue. Playing is no longer fun, and card pulls are consistently awful. You’ve made a game that used to be fun…no fun at all anymore.

Game completely frozen

Tested 50 games each!
I play brawl only. With that being said, lets start with match making!
Decks have a algorithm pre-set and deteremens what deck you go agaist!
Example, if you play with Esika, God of the Tree then 90% of the time you will go against the same deck or Magda, Brazen Outlaw. tested 50 games!!!!
Second deck i played with 50 times is Lurrus, of the Dream. Not s single time i got the two decks above but instead two to three other decks....I mean seriously, your not eben trying to hide the fact that your…

Bonjour,
Depuis plusieurs semaines, les cartes achetées en boutique offre journalière sont débitées lors de l'achat mais non ajoutées à la collection.
J'ai déjà eu ce bug semaine dernière, croyant que la carte allait apparaitre au renouvellement de l'offre, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

Game Time Out with Triggers on Stack
Scute Swarm with Ancient Greenwarden. Opponent playing Protector's Shield. Over 500 ETB effects on stack resulted in time out timer running out without option to continue effecting gameplay, and forced a forfeit.
Please remove timer countdown while effects are resolving on the stack.

Cards not showing up after purchase
I purchased a bundle using 1900gems and my cards aren't showing up. Gems were deducted, the bundle(which was one of 3 in the store) isn't showing anymore, but no cards. Please advise..

ladder play no longer affects my rank
Ladder play no longer affects my rank. It's been this way for weeks now. I remain stuck at Bronze Tier 1 no matter how many ladder games I win or lose.

Timer stopped
I was playing a game in ranked, and the opponents timer began to run out. It got to the end and simply stopped. The hourglasses didn't disappear and I was locked on the screen. I eventually had to log out of the account entirely. Any idea on what occurred?

Cheating
Quit dictating how I play the game just because you want me to play a card because I can doesn't mean I have to or should. It's ridiculous when the game does this you can tell it wants you to play this way because when you don't it gives you trash that isn't useful until you have to discard or it swamps you with land cards until your opponent has so many creatures on the field you don't stand a chance. This game is rigged it cheats and crashes to make you lose and spend money which I will not.…

Game Timer Bug
Game Timer Freeze
so my oponent was losing the game i was going to do the final blow and then he just stoped to play and let the timer go downat one point the timer have go to Zero and he did not lose a timer counter and the timer stoped and stay there for infinit time.... forcing me to drop the game and give a free win to my oponent

Coven bugged / not working on Arena?
Coven seems to be bugged. I've had it activate once so far with a field of seven creatures, but second game didn't seem to activate at all with a field of 3-4 creatures, all with ability text boxes. What are the parameters for Coven?

MTGアリーナのシャッフラーやマッチングがおかしいと感じた方への
情報提供、注意喚起用です。下記のような状態に当てはまる場合、
運営から永遠に不正操作をされますので、
MTGをやめる事をお勧めします。
（多分、このままだとMTGは無くなりますので支障ありません）・デッキに入れるカードによって偏ったマッチングになる
・対戦相手は絶対に土地事故しない
・対戦相手は常に最高の引きを連発する（4枚連続同名カード等）
・対戦相手はこちらの動きに合わせた回答を次ターンに引く
・こちらは絶対に土地事故する
※これにはパターンがある程度あり、初手土地2枚なら、
その後10ターン以内に引ける土地は1～2枚まで
初手土地5枚なら、その後10ターン以内に引ける
土地以外のカードは1～2枚まで
・その他、確率的におかしい事が頻繁に発生するこれらはいくらサポートに連絡してもまともな状態にはなりません。
フレンド対戦等なら良いですが、ランク戦で勝ち切る事は
永遠に不可能な状態にさせられます。
これはプログラムの問題では無く、ウィザーズの企業体質による
悪質な行為ですので、ウィザーズのCEOが交代しない限りは
