How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Black screen on match start
While in the menu everything is ok but when match start the screen become black but the sound still ok (if i move the cursor i can ear the sound of card mulligan).
The only whay to not concede is to set the resolution on the lowest, but usually cause visual bug on the board or/and artwork on the card disappear.
Please fix this issue, i'm loving this game-

match contre Jace beleren dans les défi couleurs
Après que Jace Beleren utilise son lynx de gel, la carte reste figer a droite, l'effet ne s'active pas, et je ne peux plus rien faire pour ce match, on ne peut plus rien faire, à part une chose, quitter le match

Niv mizzet + curiosity circumvents rules on infinite loops
As I understand it Niv Mizzet and curiosity results in infinite combo where no interaction is possible, is this not against the rules. It should result in a draw not in a win for its use.
If this isn't the case why is the Vito + Exquisite blood combo not allowed.

Dropped connection during Premier Draft
During my game in premier draft, my opponent disconnected and the game died, resulting in him losing the game and 1500 gems.
Please refund my 1500 gem entry fee for this event.

Game crashes constantly on mac
please fix the mac client asap, game crashes constantly upon taking the first action after start up. and also please give us full screen support. honestly it's embarrassing how bad this client performs

Retrieval from graveyard
Played Mulderhulk and was never given the option to get a creature from my graveyard.

The Ozolith
During gameplay on my turn before combat, although The Ozolith text reads "you may move all counters," I could not pass and the game was forcing me to click an opponents creature vice just passing on the option to remove counters. I was forced to use all timeouts, so the bug needs to be fixed.

Se desconecta en mitad de la partida y pierdo la partida, es imposible jugar una partida
Se desconecta a mitad de la partida diciendo que mire mi conexion cuando estoy conectado y funciona mi conexion , llevo asi semanas.

Kill 25 creatures mission not working
The mission "Kill 25 creatures" is not working for me right now. I have killed multiple creatures in multiple ways but the counter is not going up. With murder cards, with death touch and with just overpowering them with creatures. but nothing is making the counter go up.
So I had to reroll the mission
It was only that mission that didn't work for me, the re-rolled mission did work.

Vito, your next Oko
Vito is seriously broken. Too powerful, too tough, too cheap. Casting cost is too cheap for such a powerful ability combined with 3 toughness. Ability is too powerful anyway; it needs banning. "Your opponent loses as much life as you gain." WTF? Look at Epicure of Blood's casting cost vs. ability in comparison. Hate to sound bossy, but this should never have made it to the game with anything less than a BBBB casting cost, 2 toughness and mythic rarity.

Treasure Token Priority
Treasure token does not hold priority when creatures with cost reduction were in play (i.e. Goblin Warchief)
The game state was 5 lands, 1 treasure token.
Played Goblin Warchief (1C2R) --> Goblin Chieftain (2R) with Goblin Instigator (1R) in hand.The game skipped to attackers after chieftain was played and skipped my ability to play instigator.

Mastery Pass Mythic Card Reward Missing
I've purchased a mastery pass this time around and when i've reached level 39 to receive my mythic card reward all i saw was the uncommon "Cauldron Familiar", and im not sure if that was from the daily reward or not.
Either way im unsure if i got the mythic card and if thats the case what can i do about it?

Can't Gain Rank in Traditional
This is game breaking to me. I can't get to mythic because I can't play traditional and Bo1 ranked plays you against similar matchups.
I just won 2-0 in traditional and I didn't gain two, let alone one, rank. Currently at Diamond 3.2.

Buried Ruin Bug
I tried to use Buried Ruin in Jumpstart to return an artifact card from my graveyard. I toggled to view my battlefield to see if I had enough mana to cast Meteor Golem and I did. I toggled back to my graveyard and it would not let me select any of my artifacts in my graveyard. I tried to select a card that simply said "artifact" and not "artifact creature" and it would not let me select. The timer kept running out because no card was selected, but I was prevented from selecting any cards. Then it auto selected Lightning-core…

After one game of traditional draft, the client say I only have one game remaining.
I paid for a traditional draft. Drafted. Played game 1. The client now says I have one game remaining. Where do I go to have this issue corrected or get a refund?
