Set icons don't rotate in store
The set icons shown in the store don't rotate when using the arrow icons to the selected set beyond those initially seen here as they are seen when first going to buy packs. Also the scroll wheel on the mouse scrolls the icons opposite of expected behavior. Scrolling the wheel down should rotate the sets to the older and up scroll back to the newer sets but the opposite is the current functionality and caused confusion making me think something else was also broken.

sideboard card are "new" highlighted. Favorites completely unusable.
Sideboard cards have this highlight permanently. It does not go away after hovering and reappears each time the board UI shows up.
Cards with depth card styles are unable to be selected as favorites with the depth style selected. Card with multiple card styles are unable to select which one is the default and card with multiple printings and card styles on each printing can't be chosen either. You added nothing essentially. I can't select a single thing as a favorite that I wish to select.

Crash to desktop after 2022.24.0 patch
Repeated crash to desktop after indicated patch.
1. Restart of computer failed to resolve
2. Toggling wireless on and off failed to resolve
3. Reinstall of Arena failed to resolve

Crucias, Titan of the Waves no longer seeks correctly after Alchemy One update
Crucias, Titan of Waves no longer seeks correctly after Alchemy One update. When you discard a card to Crucias, you are prompted to choose to seek a card of higher or lower CMC randomly. Previously this worked correctly, always bringing a higher CMC card when you chose higher (ambitious) and a lower CMC card when you chose lower (expedient). Since the update, multiple times I have received an option different than what I chose, sometimes receiving a lower CMC card when choosing higher and sometimes receiving a higher CMC card when choosing lower.
This is a very important game-breaking bug…

Can't cast instants at correct time
I have encountered this issue numerous times. I have the mana available to cast an instant but after declaring blockers I am unable to cast said instants, resulting in me losing my creatures and usually the game. My deck is centered around doing this so it effects me frequently.
There are other threads but they're a bit dated. I was disappointed to not see this issue resolved in today's patch.

I bought the Flensing Raptor pet and sleeve package as soon as I saw it on sale in the store for 3,000 gems. Only a few hours later, the price changed to 550 gems and now I am noticing that I don't have the sleeve (the pet is still in my possession, maybe because I already equipped it to some decks). Is there any way I could get refunded the difference, as I assume this is some sort of mix-up with the release of the Flensing Raptor where it was only meant to be made available today for the cheaper…

Issue with Agentium Manticore & Armored Scrapgorger
Argentium Manticore Discard trigger failed to work. I was unable to destroy anything and cost me the game - This was in draft and would appreciate a free draft from this negative effect. In addition Armored Scapgorger was not getting counters when tapped early in the game when no graveyards present, even though in previous games it would always get those oil counters.

Base camp clerics
Tapping Base Camp for white mana to summon a cleric (Soul Warden, Voice Of The Blessed) would not work.

Cleric mana not usable to cast clerics
Immediately after game update on 2-28-23 non basic lands that produce mana to cast cleric spells or activate cleric abilities do not count mana as usable to cast cleric spells such as Voice of the Blest causing the turn to automatically pass through whole phases of the turn and end turn. When entering full control mode, taking these non basic lands for the appropriate mana, white in this case, the game does not recognize that mana as usable on clerics such as Voice of the Blest.

Golden Pack progression stuck at 290%.
Platform: windows
1. Buy one-time A23 (Phyrexia Alchemy) bundle with 3000 gems
2. Receive 20 A23 packs
3. Note that Golden Pack progress is 100%, but no GP's are rewardedCannot reproduce since bundle is one-time.
Perceived outcome: paid 3000 gems + 20 A23 packs + Golden Pack Progress at 100%

Asset Error Detected Loop
I have started getting a recurring "Asset Error Detected" loop when attempting to start up Arena. I am on a MacBook Pro. I am on version 13.2.1 Ventura. I have uninstalled and the reinstalled the app and restarted my computer.

Packs Tab Crashes the Client
Clicking on the Packs tab seems to crash my client, closing it out entirely.
System is Windows 10 PC.
Expected result: I would like to open the packs I bought if it wouldn't be too much trouble for such a small indie company.2 votes -
You do not have the right roles for this action
After latest update, there is yet another game breaking bug even though the status is reading as "completed" and everything is green on the status page.
Please fix the current issue that followed the latest update, and look into better post update verification (synthetics, blue/green, post deployment alerting and monitoring, better end to end testing, etc.).

Ladder not making progress after winning (Premier draft)
After winning 7 premier draft games, the ladder didn't make any progress after any of those games
