How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

After last patch (0.1.3913.893514) game goes into black screen at start
I've deleted the game, clear the registry, installed newest video driver, reinstalled the game - to no avail. Game still not loading, black screen persists. Log says something about not being able to load library and so on.

Stop suspending cards
Suspending cards is, mechanically, just banning cards but holding on to our precious wild cards for an extended period of time to, presumably, motivate more spending. This is anti-player, greedy, and to put it bluntly, bullshit. Please stop with suspensions. Just ban the card and un-ban it later and if I want it again I'll buy it with my wild cards.

Jump In event - cannot select decks
I am using a Mac and launching MTG through Epic Games.
I entered the Jump In event and paid the fee. I selected the first deck and clicked Confirm Deck. When I selected the second deck, the Confirm Deck button was greyed out. I tried a different deck, and it was labeled "3rd" but still unable to Confirm Deck. I tried the last option, and it was labeled "4th" but I could not confirm the deck.
If I exit and reenter the event, I see my first deck selection, but the button is greyed out. (See screen shot.) I have…

Server Connection lost in Europe during update on 10/14/2021, causing match losses. No downitme expected, according to site.

Logged out, unable to log back in unless I uninstall and reinstall the game
The game will log me out, and then when I try to log back in it restarts the app and goes to the initial log on screen. It does this indefinitely until I uninstall the whole thing and reinstall it. It has happened, 5 times now. The game used to be fun, but having to reinstall it every other day makes it so I no longer wish to play or use the app. I have many friends who feel the same, and are dealing with the same issue.

Unable to choose second pack: Jumpstart: Jump In!
I played a few games of the jumpstart event, Jump In!. On my third deck choice, I was able to choose my first packet, but not my second.
On the packet selection screen, it showed that I had chosen the "Warriors" packet as "Packet 1" and the "Rock and Roll" pack as "Packet 2" but still requested I choose a packet. I tried choosing again, and it showed "Packet 3" over "Elves", and again I selected the other packet, "Roiling", and it showed "Packet 4". No resolution would get me out of the screen and into games, so I exited.

More Purchase Options
Can we get more options than just booster packs for purchase, please? It'd awesome if we could purchase land bundles where we would get random dual lands, or mythic bundles where we get random mythics, etc... The only option being to purchase boosters and MAYBE get duals or MAYBE get mythics/rares we want just isn't enough. Or, ya know, the option to buy individual cards like tabletop would be nice.

Treasure tokens and clue tokens unable to be sacrificed for mana or a card (relative to what the token does). This has been a recurring bug.
Treasure tokens are unable to be sacrificed for mana intermittently. With Magda Brazen outlaw this seems to happen most often. Additionally, clue tokens generated frrom Briarbridge patrol and fateful absence have regularly been unable to be sacrificed to draw a card.

[French] AFR/MID translation errors
Here are a couple of minor errors in the French translation for:
- Yuan-ti malison: "Le Malison yuan-ti ne peut pas être bloqué … " ("ne" is missing)
- Sludge monster: "...et ont une force et une endurance de base de 2/2." (extra "et" in the text)
- It might be too late, but "Croaking counterpart" should have been translated as "Homologue coassant", since the card is related to a frog. "Croassant" would be for a crow.1 vote -

Endless spawn glitch combo
Endless loop error:
card combo: Heliod suncrowned+peaceful innkeeper+scurry oak= infinite life, infinite token spawns, endless loop in game. See my ID’s game log for 20:10 PST today.

Pumpkin Cerberus is invisible
I purchased The pumpkin Cerberus Pat today. When I tap on the pet space on the battlefield I can hear the sound effects, but I cannot see the pet. I spent 15K in gold and this is really frustrating.

Balancing Cards Digitally
In today's B&R announcement (great decisions all around!) it was mentioned that in the future, cards that exist in paper but are banned on Arena will likely experience digital balances to make them playable. I believe this is a terrible idea - this game is complicated enough, and as long as a card is legal in any official format, it should not have its text changed to avoid further confusion and unpleasant moments in game.
As an alternative, please make cards that are digital only, heavily reference the original design, but have a different name (e.g. Oko, Crown Robber). This…

Bug in game
I don’t know how the bug was produced, but I have video attached showing it in action. My unblocked attacks did no damage to my opponent during a ranked historic match. Never mind. Won’t support my MP4….

Smoldering Egg Japanese Translation Issue
The smoldering egg creature type is mistakenly labeled as a dragon egg instead of a dragon egg.
