How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Guildmaster bundle disappeared
After the last client update I can’t see the Guildmaster bundle anymore for my account.
I tested on iPhone, iPad and PC, but I can’t see the bundle anymore in the store.

Change "sign up ends" text to say to "event ends"
The "Sign up ends" text with events that are scheduled to rotate is misleading because it's not just the sign up that ends, the event ends. It would be more useful if it said your local end time instead of time remaining. Please change it to something like "Event ends at 22:30 this Friday" this is easier to count down to and would reduce tickets for ended events as well.

historic metagame challenge
Hello everyone. I was playing a Historic Metagame Challenge until a few minutes ago, which is a best-of-two game. I won the first match and we were playing the second match. When my opponent was going to destroy my Oni-Cult Anvil, the game crashed and show me the defeat screen (that happened at 18:50 aprox). With that "lost", I am out of the Historic Metagame Challenge. Have anybody experienced the same? Please, could somebody help me? Thank you in advance.

make it easier to add copies of a card to sideboard
As it is now it is not as easy to add cards to the sideboard as the main board. You have to always search for the card and add it from the card collection while in the mainboard you just click on the number of copies to add another one - please make the process similiar.

Shop missing summer sale bundles
The guildmaster collection and Matt Jukes lands bundles have disappeared from the shop.
They were available this morning, but have disappeared a few hours later.

Magic: the gathering arena
Hi, I'm and user from a Samsung A12, my phone isn't compatible with the game just because you said it but i got it from another place and install it in my phone and played very very well and enjoy a lot this masterpiece, but today i tried to open it and it says that i have to download it from the store cause there might be and update but there isn't and obviously in the google play store also says that my device isn't compatible with this product... i know you rather keep this product available for strong devices…

Re-add ratings and rank data to logs
The ratings and rank details have been in the logs for, a very very long time.
The recent publicity about the nature of mmr ratings and how there are apparent bugs in that rating does not magically (pun intended) turn data which was freely included historically into a bug to hide.
Many trackers rely on rank details to provide value to customers or as differentiators in general.
Rating data, which does not directly affect rank, does provide insightful data into performance of the player and how their overall skill is being translated.

Emote limit and navigation
With the number of emotes now available, it is disappointing that players are limited to selecting only 10 for use at a time.
Would love to see this limit at least doubled and to help with navigation of the increased emotes, being able to use the mouse wheel to scroll through the emotes menu in game would be awesome.

Arena Summer Sale Matt Jukes Lands
I just purchased the MTG Arena Summer Sale Matt Jukes Lands cosmetic bundle for 750 GEMS and none of the card styles are available in my collection. I did not recieve the products that I paid for yet 750 gems were happily taken from my account.

Suggestions
Can you implement an option to offer a draw to your opponent? There have been so many games that go on forever like a game last night that I had over 2 million life even while getting attacked by 50 Angels and still gaining 50,000 life during my opponents turn. It FINALLY ended in a draw. It's annoying to be forced to play for an hour when we surely both know it will end In a draw.

Pauper on arena
Pauper would be an excellent addition to arena for gameplay, community usage of common wild cards, and for bringing in older sets.
Pauper is an excellent eternal format that is accessible in paper, provides reliable viability to midrange decks for players who enjoy midrange metas. It would also be endlessly accessible to players on Arena because most players have an abundance of common wildcards.

Can't start ranked or Brawl games
I am unable to start Ranked or Brawl games for about a week now. Arena even allows me to select multiple formats as if they were multiple choice, but the PLAY button is always disabled.

damage not working (replay needed)
A replay of last game should be primordial because I was playing ranked standard and for 2 games during the countless games that I have done ... there was 2 specific games and let me explain ...

Tutorial Nicol bolas fight frozen after blockers declared
During the tutorial scripted sequence he declares Chaos Maw and Volcanic Dragon as attackers and I send my three Spirits to block, declare blocks on his dragon twice and once on his Maw, then cast the instant to give +2/+2 on the spirt, all intended. Then it resolves... and nothing. He doesn't attack. I've been sitting here for 15mins waiting for combat damage to resolve. Not a very good introduction to your game may I say.

Scute Swarm, Game Timer
I was playing a game against a fellow whom had used three scute swarms, It wasn't a problem as I had the Tasha keeping them at bay.. however, when the player continuously dropping mana on the field the game timer kept timing down, and after the card count had finished the timer seemed to have swapped over to my turn, while the counter was still deploying scute swarms on the opponents side.
This happened two times in a row, causing them to have something around 1,000 +1+1 scute counters..

connection lost
Connection keeps dropping; Connection Lost
The MTGA client was working just fine. I played a few BO1 matches with no issues. Then, in the middle of a game, it started freezing. At first it was momentarily, then it froze altogether and I got the windows "program not responding" message. Since then, I've been unable to establish or establish and keep a connection to the server. I've tried a number of resolutions:
1. Restarting the client.
2. Restarting my machine, then the client.

Quick draft loss, never played
Was in a quick draft, hit play. Went to loading screen, sat with an unending spinning timer that hid the cancel button. Upon closing and reopening the app, I had one more loss than previously without ever even seeing the match. I'm asking simply for my 750 gems back or 5000 gold as I've been putting a lot of $ into this game and if customer support cannot redeem a honest mistake on their clients end I will happily quit donating my money for drafts.
