you have a cut off for text which is shady and the entire help process and customer experience is all against the customers. I do not understand why I do not have multiple iterations of digital content as well as a reliable and simple way to reach out for support. very sad indeed. contact me via email at 5207328030 or adam.murdock@hotmail.com. you product is good, but you are swindling people and that is not! In client; refresh log in history - to switch account easier.
I'm trying to switch between two for MTGA and would appreciate a button to clear related blocking cookies and cache. Clearly the email and password works here (feedback site) and support site. But trying these same credentials; MTGA refuses to log in (as if the account doesnt exist).
Using the first account I logged into, I can easily log in and out of that.
Currently running Windows 10 but this is a problem with MTGA and how it detects accounts. Since I cannot transfer assets; there is nothing I can game from having multiple accounts.
Lets work on client stability…

Opponent Goes First... Too Often... In a Row... Per Week...
Wizard, what in the s*** is going on. I don't get a lot of time to play magic, but lately I've been doing explorer Ranked. Last week I got a streak where 7 times in a row did my opponent go first. I just quit at that point. I log in again tonight... guess what... I'm at 6 and counting. Not only does this extremely reduce my enjoyment of the game, but some poor *** is waiting for me to play my turn while I report this.

You know what feels great after losing a match and feeling bad about it. Some smarmy, smiley-face jerk asking you if you had fun. Like, I should be having fun right? Everyone else is having fun. Just look at that smiley face. Oh you're not? Well let's dwell on it. Seriously. Annoying.

What an absolute slap in the face to the community that gives you more money than you would ever know what to do with. 1,000 xp... Such a joke. You people are scumbags and you need to go to ****. You can't even give up some gems or a few packs, greedy bastards. Not to mention this pathetic insult you sent to everybody is causing bugs so just more suffering for your supporters. Disgusting bunch of clowns.

Grim Tutor Surveil Bug
attempting to play Grim Tutor leads the game to think im surveiling, but because im not surveiling i cant interact with anything. The first time this happened someone had responded with Zacama by dealing 3 damage to something. after grim tutor got to resolve it left me with the surveil bug. The second time at the start of my turn i had cast it, and the same thing hadhahppened.

creature didn't return to my hand after fading hope
Opponent used fading hope on my creature but the creature didn't return to my hand. Instead the creature stayed on the battlefield with summoning sickness but could not be interacted with. An additional card error happened later in the round with sublime epiphany.

Arena on Mobile crashes Constantly
Arena keeps crashing for mobile, it could crash during a game, or during deckbuilding.
Step 1 - open MTG Arena on mobile app.
Step 2 - play some games.
Step 3 - repeat Step 2 until crash. It freezes, and if you start it back up, you can continue and finish the match, chat won't be available, and the game screen goes black after the match.For the deck building crash,

Auto pick bug: next pick was picked automatically when dragging card to draft deck
Reproducing:
On the last pick of pack one, I tried to drag the card into my sideboard. While dragging, the timer ran out. Then, it auto-picked the first pick of pack two without me even being able to look at the cards (I think they flashed for a split second, but it auto-drafted a random card for the P2P1).I am using Mac
The expectation should be that this only picks last pick of pack one instead of picking the next card for me as well.

Timer runs down even while taking game actions
Currently, the timer runs down even while taking relevant game actions. Until shortcutting loops is implemented this needs to be changed, since several infinite combos that can be executed within Magic's rules and have the required cards in Arena still don't work properly. Currently one of the central parts of the best deck in Pioneer/Explorer (Green Devotion) doesn't work according to the rules because of this issue.

Game froze during starting game, before mulligan. Opponent used all his timebank but nothing happened.

Mobile battlefield full
If you make a large number of creatures in mobile (anything that goes off the screen, the creatures will not stack and if you try to attack with any of them, it removes them all from the screen visually. If let's say you make 30 haste creatures and want to hold some back, once you start selecting them you can no longer see them or select them individually. At that point your only options is to attack all or not attack. This is very frustrating and cause me a game loss.

Settle the Wilds not activating properly.
I lost a game because Settle the Wilds forced a black land and didn't let me search for a card, the opponent had no cards that could have caused this and I'm even more infuriated that the UI for the support site keeps bringing me to this page.

Rankle and Once Upon a Time causing client to crash
Lost two cube drafts to this bug. When opponent attacked with with Rankle the game crashed repeatedly while opponent was choosing discard/draw/sac. Second time opponent cast Once Upon a Time and the game crashed while opponent was selecting a card. Both times I was only able to rejoin the match after my time outs were used up and the game auto passed priority.

Squeeky sound
The game has always had issues with sound. Sometimes it cuts out and other times you may have music but no effect sounds. About a month ago the sounds goy worse. I get either no sound or a bunch of beeps and squelches. I've had to turn off the audio completely and I use YouTube to play some background music. I use the Gregorian Chants or Templars Singing in the rain as greta sound tracks to play the game with. Frustrating that there is no audio. This is on Windows 10.

Shacklegeist doesn't choose Manland
While I'm attacking My Shacklegeist fail to tap an opponent activated manland. (cave of the frost dragon)
My opponent was able to block and I lose.

Abuse of game mechanics
Hello, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. A certain player under the nickname CBT, in the Historical game mode, collecting a deck entirely of cards that add cards and in conjunction with the artifact Ivory Tower. I think this combination does not give 90 percent of the players any chance to win. Which just seems like bullying and harassment. Which in addition looks like abuse, way to get easy wins. It left a negative impression that any player can use this combination.
