How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

draft match froze and then I lost with health remaining and cards in my deck
In the middle of a draft match it got stuck on my opponents turn and then I unexpectedly lost ending my draft run

frozen opening hand
I am playing drafted brothers war, and during a match; I cant get past the opening hand. It states opponent is choosing his mulligan and then it never proceeds. I can open the start menu and everything, but cannot choose any options?? Seems my only option is to concede.

Match freezes during opponnent turn
Opponent was about to use his (or her) timeout and then the hourglass froze and nothing change, the hhourglass stays but there is no more fuse. I'm Stuck on the game and I had to concede after a while because I was unable to continue.

Freeze mid-match
PC
Mid-battle after activating ability of creature, game freezes.Only possible to enter options.

Cannot "done" out of sideboard (Bo3 Standard)
I got stuck in the sideboard and the "done" button would not exit me.

Hey I just spent 10 Euro on this game, purchased a Brothers war draft and my opponent went afk. Sadly nothign happened for about 10 minutes, then I restarted my game. When I came back online I saw a Loss in my Draft. I want my money back right now tbh.

Disconnect during match
Either the match ended or the opponent disconnected.
The opponents timer didn't move anymore.
This was my third loss in a draft so I would prefer to get my entry fee back.5 votes -
TODO: Autotapper should produce needed color
The Autotapper fails to produce black mana to cast my black Acererak the Archlich.
To reproduce:
I control (all untapped) Bontu's Monument, Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea and Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy. All my lands are tapped. When I cast Acererak the Archlich no black mana is produced and it cannot be cast.Note: the autotapper works if I do not have Bontu's Monument

Opponent did not time out, I got a loss
I was playing in the Explorer Metagame Challenge, and was going into my fifth game. My opponent stopped playing but did not concede, so his timer started. When the timer was supposed to run out, it got stuck on the last second. I waited 30 minutes and still nothing had changed. I force closed my game and restarted to see if it was on my end, but came back to a loss. I don't know if this is a cheating thing or what, but I'd at least like my entry fee back. Attached are my logs.

turn clock
My opponents turn clock ran all the way down from 10 minutes then started counting up. I closed the game and re-opened it and apparently I lost the entire match... This was my win to masters and was up a game in game 2 and was about to win. I never lost internet connection. As I was streaming on another monitor. What happened here

I haven't been receiving my mythic rares from my the brother's war mastery pass I purchased
I haven't been receiving my mythic rares from my the brother's war mastery pass I purchased.
At first I thought that maybe I was getting mythic rare wildcards, but I checked the number before hitting level 51 and after hitting it, I had the same number. Also, I read that it meant I would be getting a guaranteed mythic rare card in the next pack -- that did not happen. And also read that it meant I would get a mythic rare as my next card reward -- also didn't happen. I have missed out on 6 mythic rare card…

Server lag during draft match
While playing my first game of a draft match, the game kept stalling and "Waiting for server," making the match unplayable. My internet connection was fine, so I'm not sure what the issue was, but I ended up conceding, as I'm sure the match was as torturous for my opponent as it was for me.

カードを唱えたら、それがスタックに乗ったまま解決されずにゲームが進み、操作もできずこちらの砂時計のみ進んでいき結局そのカードはプレイされる事なくスタックになったままゲーム続行、コイン返してください。

Product Suggestion
Played the card Shatterskull Smashing and paid x=7. I divided my damage and went to submit and after the hitting submit the game executed the animation for damage by none of it was dealt and the creatures were still alive. This happened in Cube draft.

Displacer Kitten Bug - not following card text on PC
This card exiled one of my creatures which was under my opponent's control, but didn't return it to the battlefield under my control.

iOS doesn’t handle stacking of identical infinite game loop tokens
iOS handling of creation of multiple tokens in gameplay loops does not cause them to stack.
Steps:
- create a token-producing infinite loop (e.g. soul warden, scurry oak, heliod)
- notice that as you create each token, they are created separate from each previous
- expectation is that once they have entered, they would form a stackThis is a problem because the screen scrolls very quickly and you have to scroll back to original creature to continue the loop.
This wastes a huge amount of time for both player and opponent.
This is handled as expected on PC client…

Draft game issues
During a draft game when I was playing on turn 3-4 and throughout the game I have experienced several different bugs (I skipped my turn, my lands weren´t usable, my opponent didn´t have to tap to play creatures - or it wasn´t visible on my screen, never ending waiting for server circle)..., as a result of which I lost my game(s).
I ask for 1500 gem or a new arena token refund to be added to my account.
