How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Time out clock feels signficantly longer for opponents.
I'll barely spend a minute playing 3-4 cards with 5 triggers, but when it comes to my opponents turn, i was able to watch a 10 minute youtube video while they took their turn and only then did their timer seem to start running down. what is with this discrepancy

Game freezes during matchmaking
Ever since the Marvel Superheros update, the android app freezes consistently during standard ranked matchmaking. The timer will stop and the logo will stop its animation loop and the match won't be entered. Upon closing the app, it will say that my connection to the server has been lost and I will have been logged out and sometimes required to redownload app data without deleting old files, taking up space on my phone

Ethereal armor bug
Ethereal armor from duskmourn is an uncommon enchantment but when i try to use wild cards to get them it uses common wild cards

Plot lets you cast King T'Challa and I assume other flip cards.
My opponent cast the back side of their King T'Challa off their 2cmc Jace and King T'Challa were the exact cards. Sorry if this isn't a bug.

Crowd of True Believers Removing Full Control
When attempting to attack with a Viv with a +1/+1 counter on it, I enacted Full Control during my first main phase. Upon attempting to tap Crowd of True Believers when Viv attacked alone to make it have 4 power in response to the trigger (and subsequently being able to draw a card), the Full Control vanished, and the ability did not go through. This would eventually cause a loss of game, as I needed the card in hand to protect a game-winning possible option from a HYDRA Infiltration, so this is definitely a problematic item during a Premier Draft…

Rank falls after winning match
After winning my first match of the day, my rank falls dramatically. Today was #1582 while playing a match and won, only to fall to 95%. Started at the beginning of the July season.

Winter Orb should be banned from Brawl
I am also submitting feedback that Winter Orb should be banned from Brawl.
Winter Orb creates an extremely unhealthy play pattern in a casual singleton format. The card does not create interesting gameplay or meaningful back-and-forth interaction. Instead, it prevents players from actually playing the game by locking down mana development and dragging matches into repetitive, frustrating board states.
This is especially problematic in Brawl because players always have access to a commander, and certain decks can build around Winter Orb far more effectively than the opponent can reasonably prepare for in best-of-one matchmaking. Decks that abuse Winter Orb can…

Simic and green ramp decks appear underweighted in Brawl matchmaking
Dear MTG Arena Support Team,
I am writing to submit feedback regarding Brawl matchmaking and deck weighting, specifically concerning Simic and green-based ramp decks.
In my experience, Simic and green ramp strategies appear to be significantly underweighted in Brawl matchmaking. These decks are often matched against much lower-powered or slower decks despite having access to explosive mana acceleration, consistent card advantage, oversized threats, and the ability to quickly outpace normal gameplay.

Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes Stole my Gold
I started a Jump Into marvel Super Heroes event today (July 8) and selected two packets, Young Avengers then Boosted. After selecting the second pack, it pushed my bak to the event main screen with the optio nto "Choose Packets". I clicked on that. It took me to a screen that highlighted Young Avengers, but didn't show any other packs and the "Confirm Pick" button was grayed out.

Affinity doubles but auto skips even if you have playables
While using "Don and Raph" as a commander. Having him out on the field. Attack once with at least 4 to 5 artifacts on the battlefield. This would allow you to cast "Full Throttle" from your hand for 2 red mana. Now, you get two extra combat steps in a row, during ech of which give the next non creature spell, you cast affinity for artifacts. Which should stack. Allowing me to play cards like "Caged Sun" or
"Planetarium of wan Shi Tong" for free with that many artifacts out. Or a largely discounted "Traumatic Critique". But if I am…1 vote -

Jump in marvel
When you play the jump in for marvel superheros, if you select 2 of the same color for packs. I.e. Young avengers (red) and Thor (red) it will freeze and lock you out until you restart the game. Then you can reselect your pack but the second one MUST be a different color. This needs to be fixed.

STOP WITH THE BS DEALS BMATCHMAKING
Constantly playing against 60 card preset decks that are completely rigged and completely unfair to play against.
Conceding 10 times just to play one actual possible Fair game and then you only deal me two land or 15 land and nothing in between.
As far as I can tell, your algorithm exists to ***** me over and force the opponent to win.
On top of all of this, you consistently deal me one of The three most expensive cards in my 90 card deck more often than I ever get a card that I have four of.
