1. Search for Azcanta bug

   Two times tonight I have been in a winning position and during opps turn for an unexplained reason when I activate Search for Azcanta I immediately lose the game. There was nothing on the board in either case that should cause this and I had 30+ life . It is obviously a bug so check it out.

2. Triome art style bugged

   I bought the art style for the tromes, however, whenever I play them, they only show as regular art style, I tried to enable the art style but nothing happen. In my deck it shows as alternate art but not in the game.

   My gem purchase goes to the drain. Please fix it.

6. Dropped connection during Premier Draft

   During my game in premier draft, my opponent disconnected and the game died, resulting in him losing the game and 1500 gems.

7. Bundles Disappeared From Store After Purchase

   I purchased the Adventure Bundle from the store with Gems, which worked fine, but when I returned to the store to purchase one of the other bundles with gold (the bundle with Narset and two other Planeswalkers) the bundles are seemingly missing. The bundle layout of the store completely changed and I'm unable to find or purchase the one I wanted anympore.

8. Rule inconsistencies

   So, there are 2 rule inconsistencies I’ve found while playing that don’t work during the game. First, if a creature with deathtouch has a spell that makes it fight another creature, deathtouch does not apply since the wording of fighting is “they deal damage equal to their power to each other”. Deathtouch only applies to combat damage. Second, if I enchant a creature with white auras and then give it protection from white AFTER the auras are already on, the creature does not lose the auras already attached to them. Both of these have happened to me in game and can impact it severely. PLEASE FIX!

   So, there are 2 rule inconsistencies I’ve found while playing that don’t work during the game. 9. Mulligan smoothing does not properly account for 'X' CMC cards

   I'm aware that Arena has a 'smoothing' algorithm designed to reduce the chance of mulligans by giving players a better chance to have a starting hand containing the nearest number of lands to their CMC, but I've noticed that this doesn't properly account for 'X' CMC cards.

   I've been playing a simic ramp deck at my local game store for quite some time now and had been having no problems with starting hands (I'd mulligan in around half of the games I played, rarely more than once, but that seemed fairly normal), but when I replicated the deck on arena I found myself struggling to get a good starting hand, frequently mulliganing to five and just having to make do with whatever I had.
   I quickly realised something was wrong, so I looked into it and found an article about Arena's 'smoothing' algorithm, realising that to be the problem.
   I run 28 lands in the deck, so I should see 3-4 lands on average in my starting hands, but I was only ever seeing 2-3 lands, which made sense with the smoothing algorithm, as Arena recognised the average CMC of the deck as being roughly 3. The problem is that I run 'X' CMC cards such as Hydroid Krasis and Finale of Devastation, which Arena recognises as having a CMC of 2, even though I would never cast them for that. Typically I would never cast them for less than six or seven mana, so if Arena took this into consideration this would raise the average CMC of my deck to around 4, which would cause the smoothing algorithm to give me far more 3 and 4 land hands, which would be a lot fairer.

   Over recent months I have been attempting to get around this problem by altering my deck to raise the CMC that Arena recognises, and while I have had some success, this never lasts long as another update or a banning keeps putting me back to square one.
   I've now run out of alterations I can make to the deck without completely rebuilding it, which I'd rather not do until rotation, as the deck still works fine on paper, so I'd really appreciate it if you could get this fixed so that I can see the deck off properly, as it is unlikely that I'll get to use it at my local game store again before rotation.

10. Mac client is horrifically bad.

    Crashes on startup, crashes before a match, crashes again before the same match, crashes again before that same match again. That was in draft, by the way. Crashed after that game, too. Crashes in the morning, crashes in the evening, crashes at supper time. Go to an Oprah show? You get a crash! Take it in the car? You're totaled! Want to watch a movie from 2004? You get an academy award winning Crash! Going to a wedding? Crashed. I might actually hate this more than Dave Matthew's "Crash Into me". UFO in 1947? You crash in Roswell.

    Oh, and what kind of video game in 2020 can't go full screen.

    The workaround is probably to stop playing magic.

    I completed the player draft portion of my event and now when I click play to play my first game I get a "Network Error" "Unable to join event. Try again later."

15. Game auto-targets wrong creature

    opponent had a heliod (2/5 devotion) and the orator. i cast one of the spells that banish a creature (wanting to hit heliod) but since he wasn't a creature at the time, the game auto-targetted the orator (which i did not want to waste the spell on) instead of giving me an arrow, which would let me realize my mistake and cancel.

    i think it's a recent change. furthermore i think it affected sparky too - i know, no one cares about her but a game needs a bot. when i went to try a brand new deck against her, i had a paradise druid on board and nothing else (hexproof); sparky cast 2x pacifism onto her creature. she didn't do that before, i think.

17. Deck List causing client to stall

    I have been using a specific standard deck for over a month. In the past couple days, when I try to view the deck list and sideboard for changes, the game freezes on the 'Waiting for Server' screen.

    All other decks are loading fine. However, it's critical that my only competitive deck list is accessible and editable. Strangely, I'm still able to play with it.

    I've tried copying the decklist and changing the name, however any attempt to load any iteration of the same decklist will freeze the game.

    I'm using the Mac client, loaded through Epic Games.

18. Deck Edit Bug

    when i press the deck edit button to edit a specific deck, the state is still communicating with the server and u cannot edit the deck.
    i'm playing with a version of the iOS smartphone app and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the situation remained the same. I would like you to respond as soon as possible.

20. Matchmaking is really fun

    I'm playing the new artifact deck that has the "Simulacrum Synthesizer" card in diamond. Obviously a deck full of artifacts with which many players reach mythic easily in record time because it is an extremely good deck currently.
    I protect these artifacts from cards like "farewell or Brotherhood's End" with counters although it is not always possible.
    Curiously, they only match me against cards like "Karn's Sylex" well into the curve to ***** me and clearly not go up in the ranking since I have no response from artifacts on the sideboard. The algorithm knows how to harm me, it matches me against people who have cards that are perfect answers against your deck even though you know that they are completely out of use and practically no one plays them, in fact, I hadn't seen that card for 8 months, what a coincidence.

    I have a human deck that counters explorer's vampire rakdos quite a bit. Guess what, the algorithm only matches me 1/22 games against these, another coincidence.
    I switch to the typical Azorius control which doesn't go well against this deck and guess what, it's all vampire rakdos.
    So tier 1 decks are simply programmed to see fewer counters, which maintains that tier 1 status, otherwise they wouldn't sell as many wilcards. Which shows that it's all a lie and that if you are an average player and you make a creative deck that is good against the meta, you are not going to see that meta. Which shows how corrupt this system is.

    Don't worry, this doesn't happen to certain YouTubers, influential players or whales. They are never put against cards that counter them, never against good players, it is as if they continually have low mmr and reach mythic without trying (which is strange because they always rise to mythic but face players who make horrible mistakes. as if their mmr was always low), their opponents never give them well-curved cards that bother them, their opponents never draw well, their opponents never barely interact against their plan, etc.
    It feels like these people are matched against people who work in woc and let themselves win or new players or with horrendous rng. Good business, since they give them publicity.

    You're familiar with seeing YouTubers who make decks with less mana than adequate but never get stuck on lands... but they will still win and put up to the fourth land in every game, carrying 23 lands as if nothing had happened, while the rest of the average players You have to give thanks if you put in the third earth, as if you didn't notice it.

    They try to make us believe that the competition is not adulterated, but it is not credible. Meanwhile, average players have to be content with a ****** algorithm that never changes even though people have been complaining for years.
